Love this lipstick, i have a browny- pink colour and it's gorgeous, very hydrating, very smooth, very natural, colour choices are lovely. I don't know if Rimmel still do this lipstick though.

Some reviewers seem to be mixing up the Volume Boost lipgloss a.k.a. "Full Volume Liquid Lip Color" (of which I have, oh... five different colors of) and the Volume Booster *Lipstick*, which is the lippie in the metallic red casing.
I didn't have any noticeable plumping effect, but not too bummed about it because I chose this for the color. I have "132 Audacious", which is a lovely peachy rose shade. Nude bordering on MLBB. At the store, it was a toss up between this and the color "Thrill", which is more of a beige nude.
There's a slight tingling sensation when I put this on, but not as much as with the lip gloss. Also, the lip gloss smells sweet, like candy and vanilla, but the lipstick... well, it smells like Play-Doh. Really. Thankfully it seems to become undetectable after a few minutes.
UPDATE: After getting Revlon's Mauve It Over, I've realized the Rimmel, in comparison, washes me out. It's still a nice peach color, but I've given this lippie to a friend whose low-contrast coloring it suits better. Funny aside: I forgot to mention the supposed Volume Boosting aspect, so she came back to me all startled by the "cold" feeling (tingling) on her lips. heh-heh. She agreed it made one pucker up, involuntarily. We then spent the rest of the day imitating porn star pouts.

I bought this in Foxy, number 102. I was going to buy Birthday Suit but it was very orange, and I was looking for a nice, nude pink.
Foxy is lovely, not too pale.
I dont see any volume boosting happening though. I didnt buy the lipstick for this purpose so I dont really mind, but I kind of think that a product should do what it says on the advertisement, so I took a point off.
It seems to stay on well, and is very pretty if you put some clear gloss on top!
Oh and I love the red packaging!
Would buy again!

I bought 3 of these in Clear as i found them in my local '99p shop'!! couldnt believe they were only 99p each lol so took the last 3! I use it as lip balm and before applying lipgloss/lipstick, it gets rid of any lines on my lips, leaves them so silky n pouty, makes them pinker and i love the tingle! i apply it before i go to sleep and i wake up to hydrated lips! i love the smell of them its like sweet kinda vanilla. x
this is what they look like

I have this in Foxy 102, a nice salmony pink. It doesn't really give much extra volume but it's a cute everyday colour and I like the tingly sensation. The price isn't bad either. Overall, a nice product but nothing worth shouting about.

i like this product i thought it plumped up my lips and had a nice tingling sensation. also it was quite moisturising for me but that might be because i put lipbalm on before hand. but when i took it off it left some sparkles on my lips.

I bought this in 048 'Shocker' as I wanted to replace a l'oreal one I'd recently finished which was too soft.
This colour was very similar and it goes on smoothly with the usual tingling sensation. However there was no plumping and it seemed to dry my lips out and leave them puckered and old looking so wouldn't repurchase. Shame as the colour choices are lovely.

Especially for the price, you can't beat this product. I love the brush applicator; it feels really good applying the liquid lipcolor to my lips. I have this in Flirty, which is a sheer pale lip-enhancing kind of pink with a bit of sparkle, and it looks great with my light beige skin and ash blonde hair. Paired with Maybelline's Dream Mousse Blush in Pink Frosting, my face comes alive. Like other reviewers, I did take off one lippie because of the lack of staying power, but other than that I am very impressed with Rimmel lipsticks. I will be buying more.

This was the first lip plumping product I ever tried. I have to admit, it did seem to plump my lips a little. I even took before and after pictures. I liked the color as as well. But after awhile, the cooling feeling didn't happen anymore when I applied the lipstick... and so did the plumping. So much for a good product.

I had been wanting to try this for awhile, but the shades were all so dark for me! I finally saw a nice MLBB shade named 'Flirty' and decided to try it. The first couple of times I used it I felt the tingling and thought it might have plumped up my lips a little, but I don't think it did. Now I don't feel anything when I apply it. Nice smooth texture, and I like the brush applicator. Since it doesn't plump, it's now just another MLBB gloss. Would not repurchase.

I really liked the color I got...I don't remember it's name, but it doesn't really matter because it irritated my lips and they got all ichy and chapped =(

Got the Clear Volume Boost and the "screamer" red color. Neither have any real tingle, nor do they seem to plump at all. Bummer.

Like everyone else it seems, I have this colour in Hello! The finish of the lipstick is a lovely sheen. Its a nice colour but I don't like this lipstick. I find it quite drying, and despite the tingling sensation immediately after applying there was no noticable increase in the plumpness of my lips. So i'm giving it two lipsticks as it fails to deliver on its promises

I bought this in "Hello!!" (can't forget the punctuation in that), which is the absolute PERFECT shade for me. It looks subtle but still gives me a deeper lipcolour. I love the tingle, although I don't see any noticeable change in lip size (which is fine for me, that's not why I bought it). I don't like how it feels, especially near the end of the day - it usually feels a bit sticky and slimy - so I use a lip finish over top to keep it lasting, which also completely changes the texture of it

I got this lipstick in Hello. Its a very nice shade of red that would compliment any skintone. Its not like whoa im wearing red lipstick incase u didnt notice. I even wore it to school without feeling overdone. It made my lips tingle but they didnt seem any bigger. The lasting power sucked. It lasted for like 2 hours before i had to reapply. It didnt cake or feather and didnt make my lips dry which is an added plus :). I would buy this again but maybe in different colors. Rimmel has the best shades.

I hate the tingling sensation, I love the texture and the pigment. I have this in 040 Flaunt, a coral pink (I don't see any red). The color is so girly and summery and if you use it with a brush you get even go for a natural look, it's very buildable. It's also very creamy, I'll definitely keep buying it.

I really like this lipstick! I bought it in Saucy (170). It goes on smooth and gives you a pleasant tingly feeling. As for the lip plumping effect, I did notice a slight change in lip volume. They made my lips look sort of rounder, more even, and a bit puffy (in a good way). The only thing I didn't like about it was that is wasn't very long-lasting...it comes off on anything that touches your lips. All in all, it is a good lipstick and it's also quite cheap. I'd buy it again.

I fell in love with the retro red lips in the magazines. I wanted something that was creamy enough to blot and dab on with my fingers, yet still red and deep.
I bought this lipstick in Screamer 080, a deep sexy cherry-red that really flatters me. It has a slight pearly sheen to it.

I bought two shades, Plastic 040( a dramatic bright red) and Pose 090( a neutral light brownish red) and I am impressed. First, let me address the claim this volumizies lips by 40 percent. Well, I have full lips so I didn't notice any major changes other than a slight but flattering pillowy look. Which is how my lips look after I use the more expensive products out there. So, Rimmel satisfies me in that area -next- the staying power of the lipstick is impressive ! I have the hardest time finding any lipstick that will stay on my lips for more than five minutes- I've tried everything from MAC to SEPHORA to Elizabeth Arden- none of them work- but for whatever reason this Rimmel product stays put! Can I tell you how excited this made me? It's versatile, as well. I can go for a juicy, wet look or a hint of stain, without the lipstick sliding off by the first half hour. The aplicator has a wee brush on the end and I find it helps me "paint" on my lips in a precise, no mess fashion. Yes, there is a tingly sensation- like a york pepermint patty effect- which I like tot hink wakes me up a bit lol-- the smell is a hint of vanilla and rather pleasent in my opinion. I can esaily combine the two color choices, so that's a plus. Furthermore, I have a hard time wearing red, but these two choices ( pose and plastic) are like finding my own personal red lipstick nirvana. It's not drying on my lips, either- a big plus as I live in a very cold region of the northeast. The price is just crazy cool excellent, too! Love it!

I bought this and I think it's just called "Boost". It's a very pretty color but kind of dark so I have only worn it once when I was going for that dramatic look. I am disappointed though because I didn't notice any "volume boost" to my lips. I guess I shouldn't expect that in any little drugstore lipstick, but still. They shouldn't claim it if it doesn't happen. But putting that aside, I think it's good lipstick. I like rimmel's marketing..with the whole London (I am obsessed!) thing, so that's why their products appeal to me, however, I'm not sure if I'd buy again just because there are so many other products out there!
