Love the crisp, spicy green tea smell. It's amazing.

I first smelled Au Thé Vert many many years ago from my Mom's perfume collection - she was actually the one who introduced me to Bvlgari fragrances. I remember I loved it then - and now, about 10years later I found two whole 5fl.oz.bottles at such a great discounted price! Now I can enjoy the fresh, citrusy green tea scent that I loved to steal spritzes of from Mom's bottle years ago... And I look forward to wearing it a lot and remembering Mom each time I do. :)

I've gone back and forth on Bvlgari Green Tea over the years.
Sometimes fresh and classy, other times the coriander and cardamom dominated in an unpleasant way. Right now I'm loving it again, and the drydown has a lovely rose note. Reminds me of being on vacation at a fancy hotel. The translucent light green and silver bottle in the classic Bvlgari design is a personal favorite as well.

Love this stuff, it's subtle and light but smells divine. Compared to the white tea version this one is much nicer and didnt give me a headache at all, its so good.

This is a light green almost citrus scent. I love it as it is light and doesnt hang around just a subtle scent. Sadly it is discontinued in NZ so enjoy it while you can.

The original, state-of-the-art green tea scent. Unfortunately, I've smelled this (or, actually, cheap imitations of it) so often that I can't really appreciate it as it deserves. But if you like the classic green tea accord, you owe it to yourself to try this. If you want something close but more definitely feminine, try L'Artisan's The Pour un Ete, which has more jasmine.

This smell is very special. I like how I cannot find other imitations. Very neutral and seems like a boyish active girl when I use this.

I'm generally a tightwad (trained as an economist) but occasionally splurge. This fragrance really does it for me, not flowery at all, just uplifting...like a cuppa tea...fresh, not too light, not too heavy, probably unisex, will not offend people in an office, but makes you feel like you have caught an updraft, and you have the wind under your wings. Let the first few astringent notes dissipate, and then a gentle subtle citrus/tea with a hint of spice lingers. Get lots of compliments, people say "I like it, but I can't describe it....what are you wearing?". both men and women like it.
PS went on a perfume website, where this perfume was reviewed and it indicated the spices are bergamot, pepper and coriander (they are VERY subtle, by the way. The florals are rose and orange blossom, and they are also very subtle, like they were wafted on a breeze. Rose scent is reputed to be a relaxant and mood elevator, so maybe that accounts for the effect I was getting.

I love this juice after the initial dry down. The layers are complex but once it settles, it lasts a long time. I not sure I would have ever tried it had I not gotten luck in a swap! I guess that's what MUA is for! UPDATE - Meh.

In the pre quiz I clicked that I wouldn't purchase again, but only for reasons that have nothing to do with how lovely this smells. I bought this in 2000. Fell in love instantly with it on the dept. room floor. I wore this scent, one spray, nearly every day until the bottle ran out. While I wore it, not one person - friend, family or stranger told me I smelled nice, or that I smelled at all. I wasn't trying for compliments - the smell itself makes me happy though dark and woodsy are my usual favorite scents - but this experience was interesting. Not even a peep from any one. I mean really having Bulgari GT on was like having an imaginary friend. Appropriately odd for an really odd time in my life. I did notice that party guests sure would spray this - my bottle - on themselves in the bathroom.
The scent reminds me of spring, the first green. This is a quality fragrance, but like with all higher end fragrances its final scent depends on your chemistry with it. Try before you buy. Resist the temptation to purchase on the spot - let the fragrance fade to its base note before making a decision. If you purchase any way, I now find spraying my clothes hanging in the closet with a couple of sprays of my fav. scent leaves the true intended base note, one that does not ineract (clash) as much with my body chemistry.

This is the only full-size bottle of perfume I've ever bought. It's delicate and spicy and comforting, and, miracle of miracles, doesn't give me a headache or turn into some nasty smelling hell-brew just after spraying. I took off one star for longevity. On me, this sometimes disappears after just a few minutes. Nonetheless, I still love it.

I bought this fragrance for a summery change from my normal fragrances (Bond #9 Park Ave and Stella) and am really enjoying it. It's got a nice green tea scent with some spiciness and not too much alcohol. The staying power is good, and it's never overpowering. Good stuff.

Fabulous summer fragrance! I love Bulgari The Rouge in the fall/winter and The Vert is my summer favorite. It is very sheer and fresh. Bulgari manages to make a sheer citrusy fragrance without the nasty bug spray effect in so many other so called summer/citrusy fragrances. The staying power is a little weak but the fragrance starts out so sheer that this does not surprise me. Pay the extra and get the big bottle--well worth it.
A Classic!

I completely agree with the reviewer below who described this as clean, subtle, elegant and refined. This fragrance manages to be clean-lined and transparent yet with a slight spicy rasp that makes it interesting. Very nice for summer. (This review is for the regular version, not the Extreme. On me, the regular version is softer, rounder; the Extreme seems sharper and goes a bit too "masculine" on me.)

Well, this is another tea fragrance that does not work for me. I like the initial citrus however, afterwards the fragrance just turns sour. I don't get any tea notes out of this and the sourness is quite unpleasant. I guess this just does not work with my chemistry.

i like bulgari company, i consider it one of the sophisticated companies in making perfumes, their perfumes are unique and you don't smell something like their perfumes in the market(just like dior perfumes which i am a great fan of), and this perfume is no exception, it has a clean crisp scent, but unfortunately it smells really funny on me which i don't know why, i spray it on my wrist and after it dries down i get the most odd smell, which is very pungent and strong, i think it doesn't go well with my body chemistry so i gave it to my husband which smells great on him, i think unisex perfumes don't work with my body chemistry.

Well, it doesn't work on my skin, which is a shame, because I love the idea of these notes. It goes on as sharp green tea and bitter citrus, then begins dry down into a peppery, faintly floral scent that ends up ultimately as leather and bergamot men's cologne. It smells very much like English Leather on my skin at the end. It's not a bad scent and will work for some ladies, as the sense of an expensive leather purse with metal fittings could be imagined out of the scent-imagery, but the English Leather idea stuck with me and I kept wondering if I was supposed to smell like I was wearing men's cologne or not. Definitely Unisex in that fashion, but it's going to end up too masculine on some. I am unfortunately one of those ladies.

Maybe the best green tea scent I have ever tried. So light, clean and subtle and yet not at all boring like so many other clean and subtle "office" scents. There are many green tea fragrances out there. In many of them I can't detect green tea at all. In this one the green tea is really present. It's not at all sweet but rather citric, herbal and a little smoky in a very soft way. Very sheer, very elegant fragrance. For every day use, not for summer only.

I so wanted to love this product after the 5 star review Chandler Burr did for the T Style Magazine. Unfortunately, this just didn't work for my body chemistry - it smelt oddly strong, like pepper along with an amalgam of various Asian spices of which I have no desire to smell like. The Thé Blanc suits me much better - it's a lighter, much more fresh scent.
I'm sad to report that the Green Tea smelt so cloying, annoying and frankly disturbing. I hated wearing it (but did so for the first few days to give it a chance) and now I have no desire of ever wanting to spritz this again.
