I really wanted to like this eyeliner duo as the packaging is SO CUTE, but after using UD 24/7 liners AND Makeup Forever e/l, I cannot possibly get past the fact that this Paul & Joe product tugs at my eyelid and does not apply smoothly. I returned this!

I love how this product glides on while delivering just the right amount of color on my brows. Packaging is as usual, beautiful. I bought this in brown and the color didn't turn out red like other browns can so thumbs up for this one

Typically gawjus P&J packaging, containing another great product. This dual pencil has two eyeliner shades (others in the range offer a lipliner coupled with an eyeliner) - one being black and one being a beautiful steele blue. They are both very soft and blend like a dream and have quite good staying power. They're not smudge proof, but I like than in a pencil as I like a soft line. Once in place they do stay put for me all day though. The blue is a beautiful colour... sort of a dark slate/grey blue. At just USD$18 I think this is great value.
