I've been graciously lining the pockets of various etailers since 2003 and I have to say that Bissy's body butter is one of my all-time favorite body creams I've ever used-etailer or retailer. I have never had anything that sinks in so quickly and moisturize so well. This is just an incredible cream and I got it in spa tonic which to me smells just like Love's Baby Soft Lemon. I like to use it mostly in cooler weather but with wearing skirts and shorts, my legs need a lot of help and this stuff is wonderful. Can't say enough good things about it. As an added plus, I'm using up what I bought last summer and it smells and works as good as it did then. Great shelf life!!!

This body butter is really nice. It's really moisturizing, but it soaks in very nicely, and I felt like it stayed on my body all night. I have it in 2 scents: blueberry muffins, which I hated, & vanilla blossom, which is lovely.

I have silky body butter in Vera Wang Type, Amazing Grace Type, and Pink Sugar Type. All of them smell delicious! There is no underlying scent from the base cream, so the scents are very true, which is difficult with my favorite scents since they are so light. Vera Wang's bath products for her fragrances are horribly remiss and the body cream for Amazing grace smells strange when it goes rotten after about two weeks *grumble*



This body butter is soft and thick. Not whipped and watery like many drugstore brand body creams. Although it is thick, it sinks in with some moderate massaging. I can even use my computer after putting it on - no slippery keys or anything. It keeps my feet and elbows super soft. Love!

I have now tried the Silky Body Butter in 3 scents: Brown Sugar and Vanilla, Sandalwood Vanilla, and Snow Angels. I love it in all of them. I think it is like frosting, at least it looks like it, but feels incredibly soft and thick. I love thicker creams because I live in the desert, so my skin is always dry. This leaves my skin silky smooth and the scent lasts all day. Give this one a try.

I'm captivated. I would use this all over my body 365 days a year. This stuff soaks in like no other. It moisturizes ALL Day and threw sleep. The scents are there all day. I'm in love. I wish she would sell these in the summer too, but I understand. My favorite scent so far is Bamboo Sugar Cane, it's a fresh, great for summer, happy scent - no heavy fillers and the lasting fragrance is just amazing!. It's a green bamboo with citrus (sweet lemon highlight) but so more intoxicating than that, I notice a fresh almost green mango (or exiotic island fruit) and a hint of pinapple! It's fresh and light (not musky) and not one of her sweet foody scents although implied in the name.Even though it's not listed on her site any longer she will make it for you (I emailed and asked and then just listed it as a scent). I always make sure to order alot (roll-on, body sprays, butter, and lotion in one shipment to say thank you and to have stock.) All her products to me are top notch and I no longer can live without them. Bissy's deserves to be the #1 Body retailer IMO. P.S I was soooo impressed with her Pink Sugar dupe too, OMG!

My review for this product will be in three parts: texture, scent, and shelf life.

TEXTURE: The texture is absolutely amazing and resembles frosting. I have really dry skin, so to me this butter isn't really greasy. But I can certainly see how others may find it greasy since it is quite thick. You do have to work it into the skin a little bit. Once it has been worked in, it leaves the skin pretty soft.

SCENT: I got this in pineapple noel. I can definitely see the appeal of this scent, but it just isn't for me. To me this is pineapple with a hint of vanilla. I always feel like I'm slathering pineapple juice all over myself when I use this, so I am not such a great fan of the scent. I just don't like walking around smelling like the remnants of an old can of pineapple slices. It's unfortunate I don't love the scent since it lasts all day long.

SHELF LIFE: For a handmade product, the shelf life is actually pretty good. I've had this for about a year and it smells almost as it did when I first received it. The pineapple scent got stronger over time and the butter turned from a white color to a creamy beige (because of the vanilla scent) after a few months. However, the ingredients haven't separated and the consistency I think has even gotten better over time.

I know BB has closed and reopened since I bought the last products from there. If the formula for this product has remained the same, I will certainly repurchase--in a different scent, of course.

I am sad BB has closed. I really like this butter. It's a nice, non-whipped texture that is pretty moisturizing. I have this scent in both Doodle Bug and Pineapple Noel. Both are great scents. I like them both. The butter is slightly greasy on me, which is the reason I took off one lippie. I would have bought this again if BB was still open. I have been using it on these warmer days, and it seems to work just fine. I don't mind butters in warmer months. It's just a really nice moisturizer.

I love Bissy's Body Butter! It holds the scent sooo well. I can smell the scent hours later when I use the body butter, and the texture is absolutely awesome and VERY silky smooth:) I love this product and will buy it again in many different scents:) My favorite so far is the Pink Lemonade! The scent is held for hours!:)

I Love Dina's Silky Body Butter! I have tried many scents!
Banana Pudding-loved this very accurate and no artifical notes
Birthday Cake- Perfect Birthday Cake Scent! Great for Layering with other scents!
Buttercream- Makes my mouth water! this is perfect by itself or to layer with fruity/berry scents.
Clean- This goes great with my chemistry but I have heard it does turn on other people! It really does smell like I just got out of the shower!
Coconut Cream Pie- This was a BIG miss for me! Very artifical on me No Thanks!
Got Milk?- Very sweet scent reminds me of a light cookies and cream.
Hot Cocoa- Very accurate cocoa, you can smell the cocoa beans ;)
Jack Frost- PERFECT for the holiday's and anytime you want that minty vanilla kick!
Lemon Drop Cookies- YUCK!!! I am sorry (know this is a fav. but it turned so sour on me)
Sugar Wafer- Smells very rich and sweet would be good to layer with VBN
Sugar Cookies - This was just too much for me, too sweet had to swap it
Tangerine Peach Paradise- An all time Fav! Perfect for spring/summer! Very refreshing and fruity!
Vanilla Bean Noel Type- EXACT DUPE if not better! Pure Perfection!
Vanilla Milkshake- Perfect for blending with other scents esp, fruity ones!
Vanilla Pear- Very mild but a nice soft scent

In my first order from Bissy's I got a couple 2 oz. Silky Body Butters to test drive. I have to admit, they are the perfect consistency for me. I live in a hot climate so I can't use body butters that are too dense. This body butter spreads easy and absorbs well. No greasy feeling left over. I was very pleased with this in Orange Juice Cake and Brown Sugar & Vanilla; great scents! I will definitely be reordering this product.

This silky body butter and the sprays are my faves from Bissy's. The silky body butter is PERFECT in consistency (like a cold cream wuthout the "ick" factor). Non-greasy and terrific in the following scents: PINK SUGAR - not an exact dupe but very close and yummy, CREAM & SUGAR - a fabulous sweet, milky scent, ORANGE JUICE CAKE - a MUST HAVE for it's citrusy-bauttery-vanilla-y goodness, BROWN SUGAR - warm and wonderful, CREAM & SUGAR - light and good to layer, SPA TONIC, GEORGIA SUNRISE, LEMON POUND CAKE, and many more. I love this butter...it's silky just like the name..it sinks right in and isn't greasy. It also holds the scent really well...It's great for those winter months when your skin is a bit drier...

I have sent this to many friends and everyone loves the feel of it. Even though it is rich and smooth, it may not be enough moisture for some. For me it is perfect and so many of her scents are superlative. In coconut cream pie, it's just decadent. Thank you dina!

This is a very nice thick, rich cream. It absorbs very quickly and leaves skin very soft and silky - no greasy residue. It also holds the scent extremely well.

I don't like this formula at all. It's a thick, stiff cream that doesn't melt into my skin well. It leaves a greasy film on top, and my skin still feels dry underneath. It does seem to hold scent well, but I'll be sticking with Bissy's fabulous original body butter. It's smooth and extra creamy, like yogurt. That one is perfection!

Nice formula - mine came in a 2 ounce white tub with black screw off lid. Soft on my skin, rubs in well, and holds the scent beautifully. I really liked this formula, it was like a thicker cream for me. It has a nice whipped, warm frosting texture and I am liking it the more and more I am using it. My skin stays soft all day!
