I have this in Asphalt. I've always found Urban Decay to have excellent, unique eyeshadows. The three in this compact, however, are boring and flat. There is a white shade, a light grey and a dark grey. I know they're supposed to be matte, but couldn't they have made them less dull?

I bought this on a whim at TJMaxx, and now wish I had stocked up! "Haze" is 3 beautifully coordinated shades of purple- I use the lightest right underneath my brows, the darkest in the crease, and the middle as an all-over wash of color on the lid. The shadow is a very soft powder, easy to build up for matte coverage. (I use my DvF crease eyeshadow brush). The compact is adorable- it comes with a mirror on the lid, so touch-ups during the day (although I have never needed to!) are easy! The only con is there is not much shadow in the compact :(. But would repurchase!

Again, this purchase was made at TJMaxx, and I bought the "Haze" trio. It's a beautiful trio of lavender, purple, and creamy white. I use the cream for the area closest to my brows, and the lavender & purple as a combination on my lids. The result is beautiful! My favorite part about these matte shadows from UD is they last an incredibly long time with activities throughout the day, and give a beautiful flush of colors perfectly matched!

I am so dissapointed that this product is discontinued!!! This is like the only matte shadows that isn't chalky and wacky. I still have it but I am almost out of the white in Asphalt. If you can get a hold of this puppy and is in need of a good, high pigmented shadow, this is it!!

I LOVE THIS SHADOW! I have it in "asphalt" and it is everything I need on my eyes for a night on the town. The dark colors made me feel like a goddess and I felt foxy with it on. It wears light and is easy to apply. GORGEOUS!

I dont own this but I have tried it and i was dissapointeed. The eyeshadows dont blend near as well as the shimmery ones. with the black/grey/white one the white gets black shadow on it and vice versa making it messy in the compact itself, and there isnt much more eyeshadow in it than in your basic UD eyeshadow compact but it costs $7 more. i would rather pay the extra $12 and get a shadowbox or a facecase.

I have the Threesome trio in Asphalt (white, gray, black; it comes in two other color combinations as well). It's an excellent product. As with other Urban Decay eyeshadows, the products are highly pigmented, so the color is true and bold (no wishy-washy effects here). With an eyeliner brush, the black shade is perfect as a black eyeliner; you can make the effect as subtle or as bold as you like, and the color stays put. This product would transition from the office to a bar easily; you'd just layer on more color for a stronger effect. One of the great things about this product is that the shades are complimentary, so you can really use all three at once (in other words, you won't use up just one color and then have two left over). The white is great as a highlighter, and the gray is a good contouring shade (the other two compacts are set up this way as well, with complimentary shades). Though it's not cheap, it ends up being a good deal because of the use you get out of all three shadows. Finally, it comes in a really nice, sturdy compact with a good mirror-- excellent for touch-ups (or for making that black liner and white highlighting more bold for evening).
