I really like this scent for fall and winter especially. The predominant notes I smell are currant and raspberry, with a hint of vanilla. To me it smells exactly like Midnight Pomegranate, but without the incense of MP. The currant gives it a sharpness that keeps it from being too sweet. It also provides a bit of depth. This was a staple for me during the colder months this year, and I'm sorry to hear that it is no longer in stores (though at the writing of this review it is still available online at BBW.com) because it seems like this scent would be a crowd pleaser. But if you can get your hands on it, I would recommend it!

This review is for the tripple moisture body cream.
I love the smell, the lotion moisturizes my skin better than anything ever has. Its unfortunate they dont carry this in stores anymore, it seems to be really popular. Ordering it online is a pain but worth it

This scent is absolutely yummy. It's dark and fruity but not cloying; I can also smell some musk. I'd say this is great for nighttime; I'm just really saddened that BBW only sells this scent online now.

I like this scent. I'm not in love with it, but I really do like it. I don"t think I have ever had a scent quite like this. Anyways, this scent has sort of a dark quality to it if you know what I mean. The berry scent in this is not a light and juicy one, but more of a deep and heavy (but not too heavy) yet sweet type of berry, which I assume is why they called it "black raspberry". It also has a sort of effervescent type of quality to it, but it's very subtle, kind of masked by the berry notes. Overall, a very nice scent.

One of my new favorites! This is the only current BBW lotion scent that is not too strong on me, and that I don't need to mix with unscented lotion to reduce the strength and cloying of the scent. Although it smells strong out of the bottle, if fades a lot. I like that this dry-down leaves your skin faintly scented and the fruitiness is greatly reduced. I prefer not to smell like fruit. The raspberry cuts the sweetness of the vanilla, and the vanilla cuts the fruitiness of the raspberry. Very complimentary. Just LOVE this one! It will be a staple of my lotion wardrobe until it is discontinued, which I sure hope will not be anytime soon!

i like htis scent. its very fruity and girly but sometimes it smells like medicine to me which is a turnoff. but usually yit smels ok

I Love Raspberry Vanilla Body lotion it super hydrating sweet
and it last a long time on my skin I feel like super baby soft I get alot compliments using is not overwhelming just sweet ice
cream lotion very good for sensitive nose.

This has always been my favorite lotion scent, even when I was younger. I never get sick of the way it smells. This lotion scent in particular is nice because it's sweet and dark without being too much of either. The scent lasts a long time, and my boyfriend loves it. It's moisturizing and not overly oily or slick. It's just right.

Loved it the first day. The second. By the third day it gave me a head ache as it stared to smell like medecine to me!! So I stayed away for months then re opened it again loved it by the third day I was discusted again. It smells musky and fruity at first then to me it turns into that liquid medecine I used to get As a kid.

Honestly, when I smell of this, it's like i died and went to Heaven. It smells incredible! I absolutely love the dark, romantic scent of it. It has pretty great staying power, so I smell like I just applied it for most of the day. This scent instantly relaxes me, and I will definitely be repurchasing.

Smells good, and lasts really long. I love the matching shower gel and spray, they don't smell different as the lotion and when I layer all the products together, I tend to get more compliments. I normally don't repurchase bath and body works lotions/spray/shower gel more than once, but since I didn't want to give off the idea that it's a bad product, I said I would repurchase. Nice product, great gift for someone you care about :)

I really didn't like this product. I thought rather than smelling like black raspberries and vanilla, it reminded me of black currants, with a hint of iced tea. I really don't like black currants, so this wasn't a great thing.

The staying power is about as average as it gets. It simply wasn't bad, but it really wasn't anything memorable.

Meh. Simply meh.

I just got the lotion in the 3 oz size because it was "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" so it was 3 for $10! :) Very good price, and I love the new formula because it has Shea and Jojoba butter in it now, so it gets absorbed and moisturizes your skin more. It changed some of the scents though, but oh well. I like this scent because it's a sweet scent, and unlike all the other body lotions, it's not overpowering and sickly sweet, but more like a subtle candy sweet. This one doesn't feel oily either, so that's great. I can wear it to school without everyone wrinkling their noses and wondering where the smell is (embaarrassinggg!). That happened to me when I wore Dark Kiss (body mist). I love this!

I liked this lotion. Pleasant scent and excellent packaging.
I'd look elsewhere if your main focus is moisture (Mi Voga's Acai lotion).
It's my moms, and I would not buy this for me as it's not organic, but most likely for her again, as I love smelling it all around the house when she's out of the shower. Very sweet scent. Bath and Body works is opening in Hawaii for the first time in a couple months! can't wait.



UPDATE: it has petrolatum, and the scent became offensive to me after a while.

I got the squeeze tube version of this.
I like the smell, but it's REALLY STRONG. If I smell it for too long, I start to feel light-headed and even nauseus.
It's also very dry. It comes out more like a paste. Didn't do much for moisturizing.

I like the texture of this product but am not happy with the scent (cream). I don't smell the vanilla or the black raspberry. It has a sweet smell that I don't really know how to describe. It has a little bit of a citrus smell. I love things with hints of vanilla in them because it gives the product a "warm" smell but I don't get that with this product.

i love this. this is my favorite body lotion. it smells so amazing. the smell lingers too, it doesnt disappear. i usually put it on after i shower at night and then i go to sleep and my sheets end up smelling like it too. not only is the scent divine, but it performs great as a moisturizer. my legs and arms feel supple and soft after i use this and its not greasy at all. i will continue to repurchase.


its pricey if you buy it at normal price, i usually wait until they have sales then stock up. the only thing i dont like about this lotion is how long it takes to sink in my skin. too long. but other than that, im not complaining
