It is a sheer translucent light pink shade. You definitely need more coats to build the colour up to a candy light pink. It goes on a little streaky.
I usually use 2 coats for my fingernails for that sheer healthy polished look.

I have darker skin and have been looking for a pretty pink that actually goes on pink after a couple coats. This is beautiful!! Very buildable to a light Barbie pink. Great shine. Perfect for that polished look with just one coat. Love it.

I love this color! On me it shows up as a bright, light, lilac pink. Or maybe it just has some cool tones in it. It is a great neutral color without having to sacrifice fun. It is bright and ladylike. And fun. I think it is a great color for those ladies that like neutral colors but want to venture into bright colors but not drastically. It is worth every penny. I bought a whole bunch of these because I've had such a bad experience with nail polishes I love. Most of them have been discontinued. I didn't want to risk that with this one. And like all OPI polishes, this has an easy application.

I would like this color more if only it was a little pinker, and less milky. first of all, it is very sheer and if you have unhealthy yellowish nails like me, it will show through this polish. this is why i started to use this polish as a coat to go underneath colors like Teenage Dream, ulta twinkled pink, and china glaze's cleopatra (anything glittery or shimmery). i LOVE it as a base. it brings out the shimmers of my sheer polishes. however, it doesnt work alone for me. some people like the sheerness of the pink, but it's probably because their nailbeds are healthy :(
it's still something i would recommend if you arent going for any attention-grabbing nail polish if you wear it alone. nevertheless, it is one of my ffavorite baby pinks and its a great investment because it works with so many other polishes!!

Such a cute pink colour. It's sheer yet build-able up to a pale pink. Perfect for spring, or french manicures.

This is sheer, but I expected that based on the reviews here. It goes on almost clear with a pinkish tint at first coat, then it builds up to a bright barbie pink with four coats. I likes the buildability of this colour and the jelly finish is a plus.

Vert pretty off white/light pink jelly. Perfect shade for Spring and Summer. I think this would be appropriate anywhere and in every situation. I took off one lippie cuz it was not completely opaque in 2 coats and three would have been too thick. Still, I do recommend. :)

This nail polish wasn't and isn't streaky at all for me. I loved it so much after getting a manicure i went to hunt it down. Its a light sheer pink that reminds me of a pink jelly bean. very pretty, subtle but sexy especially with a tan.

"Heart Throb" is a sheer, true - but it builds like a champ! I've never seen a sheer so pigmented while remaining a sheer. It's a beautiful rose petal pink, classic feminine shade. If you're into pinks at all, you probably have something similar to this already, but if you're newer to pink polishes (like I am) it's definately worth checking out.

Oh no! Nope, not keeping this one. I bought it today at Ulta and thought it was gorgeous in the bottle, but unfortunately I didn't do my research on here to find out that this is sheer (I think I need an iphone so i can do my research while looking!). I applied coat after coat and it was never opaque, but instead very sheer and glossy oh and STREAKY. I wanted a light pink, but opaque. This is going back tomorrow for an exchange for another pink.

I'm a big fan on neutral shades for my nails, and this is one of my favorite pinks. It is a gorgeous pale pink, but what I like about it is that it is not your typical milky pink. It's not exactly bright, but it has a pop of pink and it is a nice sheer color that works great with a french manicure, but can be layered to provide a more opaque look when you do three coats. It's incredibly versatile IMO. I love that it is a nice jelly finish too, ultra glossy. OPI polishes last longer than others as far as durability for me, and I love the brushes.

Got my first pedicure about a month ago overseas, and got this on my toes. I took a risk and chose a pale pink, and it turned out pretty well! The colour is perfect for Spring and Summer and it's lasted weeks on without chipping or anything! Definetely purchasing it.

I really like this one. I don't have anything like it. The finish is jelly, and it's sheer. I can see the whites of my natural nails through it, even with 3 coats. It gives a polished(no pun intended) look, and is not overwhelming. I bought this to maybe use it for a french manicure, but I see now that it might be slightly too pink to look natural for that, but I like it on its own. Also it goes nicely with my skintone which is fair and cool. The color is a cute baby pink without any obvious cool or warm undertones.

My most-used polish & HG French Manicure shade! I wear 3 coats & people are always telling me how beautiful my nails are! Not too pink & not too chalky. Goes with absolutely any outfit. Timeless. Give it a try, you can't go wrong with this one!

This is a very nice color for spring and summer. I generally wear two coats which results in a sheer, yet bright-ish pink. I own far too many baby pinks already, so I was looking for a color with a bit of a POP, but still wearable for work. This shade does the trick! I recommend it if you are looking for a cotton candy pink that has more color than most light pinks, but still maintains a sheer, easygoing feel. If you want more of an opaque, I am certain that three coats will give you that result.

I wanted a bright, a bit out-of-my-comfort-zone pink polish for spring and this fits the bill quite nicely. As noted, the biggest problem with this polish is that it is quite sheer. It took about 3 coats to make it pretty opaque but I still wish is was darker and more pigmented, especially when you pay $8.50 for the polish. However, I will wear this many times but since you get so much polish in the bottle, I likely won't have to buy this color again. I've added a few pictures where I have used 5 coats in total- one base coat, three coats of polish, and one clear top coat. Overall I'm rather pleased with this color.

I'm wearing this polish right now!
This color is very bubble-gum pink polish, but it's still soft. The color itself is sheer, which is a down fall and which is why I gave it 4 stars. I only applied 2 coats of this, and that made it pretty opaque for me. It's still a little sheer in some places, but I don't like putting more than 2 coats of polish on my nails, 4 coats total (base, 2 color coats, and a top).
I won't buy this product again because I rarely ever buy the same nail polish twice. O.P.I nail polishes have 15 ml of polish, which is A LOT! And since every season they come out with new colors, I rarely ever buy the same polish again. But I do love the polish, it's great!

I bought this nail polish aaaages ago but didn't use it until last week! It's a very sweet, girly pink. I used 3 coats to get it mostly opaque... I can still see the whites of my nails through it, only just though. It's very subtle so appropriate for work. I'd buy it again if I were really into pink nails. Up to the usual OPI standard, first coat went on a bit streaky but evened out when it dried and even more so with another coat. Lovely colour, just not a HG for me.

It's a great class kind of pink. Great for pink french manicures. It looks nice with any white design basically. If worn alone it'll be a bit sheer, but 3 coats of this should be fine. It dries very fast also.

Heart Throb is a pretty jelly pink color. It's really hard to find a baby pink that doesn't streak. The application was nice and smooth, and the pro-wide brush is always a plus. I used 4 thin coats, and each of these coats dried very quickly. After 4 coats, I still slightly saw my nail line, but it didn't look bad. I could have done 5 for it to be completely opaque. Overall, it's the beautiful baby pink color that I have been searching for!
