The color of this pigment is stunning duo-blue/violet. Usually I hate metallic eyecolor, but this one is an exception (along with golden olive pigment). There is also a lot of product, so if you get some pigments, get them different from what your friends have so you can swap small sample jars of them.

What I don't love is the texture. It has the same chunk problem that Frozen White pigment (also a stunning color) has. This needs some sort of mixing medium.

First off, I LOVE pigments with a passion. Unfortunately, even though I was really looking forward to this one it just fell short. Even with a primer the color payout was less than spectacular compared to other shades I own...the fallout was more than average and I just felt it was lacking. Maybe would work as a blending color or something but I just don't think I will be reaching for it all that much. It is pretty but just too pale for what I wanted it for.

I love this color over MAC Deep Truth eyeshadow (or any other deep blue eyeshadow). This looks better layered a blue or purple base/eye color. This really makes my brown eyes pop. Great color for Spring and Summer.

Love it! Just returned makeup from venomous villains that I didnt like and got this pigment along with some other great stuff. Color is gorgeous! The price is kind of high for me, but I got it with my store credit. The color is so beautiful and you get a good bit of pigment. It's worth it. This is a must have. Another color I want it kitchamas.

I love this pigment! It was the first one I bought and it's wonderful. I usually wear looks that are more neutral or just a pop of colour. This pigment was another way I could wear colour without it looking too much. It's also easy to intesify by using water or fix +

Very pretty blue/purple/violet color ...... this MAC pigment is exceptional ...... excellent quality, long lasting, and the price is good for the amount you receive especially given the fact that you hardly need much to do both eyes ....... this looks beautiful on brown eyes (especially if you have cooler skintone) ......... I use Cornflower on my lids and on my lower lash line and then lightly line the outer corner of my upper and lower lash line with Carbon eyeshadow and finish with two coats of black mascara and you get a very pretty smokey look ...... please note that this is very pigmented so use a gentle hand or you can end up looking like Mimi from the Drew Carey Show.

This is a pretty and interesting blue with pink reflect, for this type of color softwash grey is a lot better.
This one is bit on the frosty and bright side,so it isn't very versatile and it isn't one that I end up reaching for.

It's nice, but too bright to wear on the lid for me. Only for the lower lashline.

I looooooove this color. It's quite unique. The pinkish glitter gives it an indigo like tone when blended out. Looks great paired with a soft pink lipstick.

This has to by far be one of my favorite pigments by MAC. It's a shimmery light purple/blue. It looks gorgeous paired with any deep purple eye shadow. I did a look with grape pigment with a little cornflower over it and it makes such a beautiful purple!! love, love, love! If you're a fan of purples, definately try this out!

I'm on the fence with this one, The color is amazing, esp at first application, but then it faded so fast! I was completley washed out by the end of the day, I'm sure I'm not meant to wear the color, but I figured the pigment would of lasted longer than on hour on my skin...

As far as pigments go, this is certainly rates high in colour but I'm not 100% loving it once you apply it. I'm a MAC NC30 with black hair and eyes. This colour has amazing lasting quality but the actual texture is what bugs me a bit.
The colour in the pot is a duo chrome ... the base is a mid blue with grey/mauve tones and it flashes a vivid pink violet at times. It looks great in the pot but when you apply it onto the skin, it loses the duality a lot. On the skin, it really looks like Violet pigment (which is gorgeous) but it kinda disappoints because I was hoping for something different than a pigment I already have.
It's not as finely milled as Vanilla pigment but it's definitely not as flakey as Rose or Kitschmas. Overall, it's a good pigment but perhaps not the best one MAC brought out.

I LOVE this colour! I love purples in general but I really love this. I use it as an eyeliner. I bought this 2 days ago. The vile is so large, I don't know if I'd ever need to buy again. I gave the price a 3 because it is rather pricey. I also gave the packaging a 3 because I have this fear of knocking it off the counter and spilling it all into the sink!. I tapped some into a smaller jar and put the large one away. Some say it's blue with lavender but to me, it is definately more purple.

When I saw the pictures online, I could swear it was blue. I desperately needed a blue pigment and the only one available was Cornflower. When I finally received it, I saw it was purple and just looks blue on pictures.
It is a rich purple color with pink sparks. At first, I did not like it but I received so many praises every time I wore it that now I like it quite a bit.

I'm NC 15 and I love Cornflower! It looks bluish in the jar but on my skin it shows up as half purple/ half blue. It's very bright and I love to wear it either as an all-over lid color or as the darker color in a look. It looks FANTASTIC on brown eyes! This pigment is very finely milled and easy to blend.

I'm not a fan of this at all. I hate it, in fact so gave it to a friend of mine, who is half Spanish / Mexican and it looks gorgeous on her. On me (NC15) you can;t see the blue and it just washes me out. One thing i did like about it was the texture. I liked that!

Fun color! Depending on how the light hit it, it looked blue, violet or pink. Very hot as a liner, I was able to create a smoky look that was not harsh. very pretty. Smooth and easy to blend as well.

I hate Cornflower. When I apply it it seems to become a dull bluish grey akin to that of a bruise or under-eye bags. I usually have to save it by applying Azreal Blue pigment which is more of a pure blue colour. Perhaps cornflower should only be used as the dark shade in the look, because it does not "shine out". As with most MAC pigments, Cornflower has great staying power, and great pigmentation - the colour is difficult to work with however.
