Hate the smell. Do not like lavender, however it is refreshing and my skin feels really smooth after use. I haven't seen any improvement in my skin as of yet but it has not broken me out, I have really sensitive skin, and it is really soothing. I like the spray bottle packaging.

This product smells wonderful.. but that's about it. Save your pennies folks, and make your own lavender and rose water mixture. Your skin will thank you for it, since there won't be any creepy chemicals lurking in your homemade bottle.

I wish they had a maybe rating because I only sampled this. It seems to be a nice thing to put on before moisturizing my skin with the vanishing cream. I think I need less fragrance and my Dermologica toner might be better for me. I'd be open to trying more toners from lush tho.

I wanted to like this, but I can't! Why does Lush day it's natural, yet the product contains perfume! Yes, they have some essential oils in there with the lavendar and rose, which are fine, but perfume, especial on your face is a terrible idea - not only does it cause irritation and potential breakouts, the chemicals are dangerous. I would be ok with this, if they didn't claim to be natural!

When looking for an alcohol-free rosewater toner, I came across Lush's Eau Roma toner. At first, I would have given this product 4 stars because it's a good toner and has some lovely ingredients in it. However, I now prefer Thayer's Alcohol-Free Rose Petal & Witchazel toner because you get more great toner for less.

Lush's toner is not too expensive, but you get 100ml for $9, but you get a nice 355ml of Thayers for between $7-10, and their ingredients are mostly (or all?) organic. I also love the natural rose scent in Thayers.

These days, I choose Thayer's over Lush's because I find the witch hazel in Thayers' a great natural remedy for calming breakout skin.

I went into LUSH for a few samples since I had just heard about their products. I have very sensitive skin and am selective on what I use on it since I am prone to reactions. This is the 5th sample I have tried. I think that the fragrances they use are what bothers me. I use other products from other brands that have some similar ingredients in them that my skin does not have a reaction to. I wanted to like this, but just can't use it.

In love with this toner! I really recommend it to ladies with sensitive skin that leans on the drier side like mine. I've only been using it a few days but there's already a noticeable difference in my skin texture. Now my skin feels super moisturized and supple. This also helps eliminate the redness my skin gets after showering/washing my face. I will update if anything changes, but as of now this may be my new HG toner.

Hands down best toner I've ever used. Luxurious and gentle, nothing like the horrible methylated-spirits-in-toner's-clothing crap you get from most other "skincare" brands. Essentially just rose water and lavender water so makes your skin really soft and supple and smells amazing. 9999% recommend!

well done LUSH!i have been a fan of lush products for a number of years now and this is one product i just cannot live without. it is by far the best toner i have ever used. my skin goes through changes depending on the season and this product is just perfect to calm my skin down. it keeps my skin moistured, removes cleanser brilliantly, makes it feels smooth and fresh and smells great (rosewater and lavender, what else would you expect). it really changes the look of my skin, even if i am not wearing makeup i get a lot of compliments for my skin. i will buy this toner again and again.
i would totally recommend this product, especially of those of you who have sensitive skin.

This product is such a con. The ingredients are rosewater, lavender water, scents and paraben preservative. This in a spray bottle costs £7 for some reason. Which is strange because a 250ml of floral water costs around £1 from any indian grocers and a spray bottle isn't that expensive.
It works ok, similar to boots organic rosewater toner but less effective. It's hugely over priced for all it is.

There isn't anything this $20 product does that your own rose/lavender water mixture wouldn't. I have no idea why Lush would pollute this with methylPARABEN in addition to fragrances many people are sensitive to. They're only in there to make you think you can't make the product yourself!

This is absolutely my go - to holy - grail toner. In my country, it is about the same price as other drug - store toners. And, because it is a spray bottle, it lasts a lot longer. I love that this toner is alcohol free and smells beautiful. On hot summer days I take this with me and spray it around as a refreshener. I also love that the toner is in a reusable spray bottle. I re-use the spray bottles and add my own essential oils to make other toning waters.

I tend to have combination skin and other toners tend to leave my skin very dried out. I think this toner is great for combination - normal skin as the plant extracts have great acne - preventing properties whilst the water hydrates without being overtly oily.

Do we really need a toner? Probably not. I like using it as a refresher - sometimes I carry it around with me but I usually forget. At $9 for 3 ounces I can make my own and have using aloe water, essential oils (lavender and rose).

I love this product, you get a lot of it for the price (around $8 for the 3.3 oz bottle). It's very gentle on the skin. I use this as a toner and also I spray this on my face before moisturizing, as it helps the lotion absorb better. Although I believe this product is targeted for dry skin, it works well on my oily skin, I have NO problems with it making me oily or causing break outs. My only qualm is within a week of using this, the spray started coming out unevenly. But it IS a great product and I will buy again.

Eau Roma comes in a black spray bottle, costing £7.00 for 250g or £3.75 for 100g travel-size bottle. The product itself is a clear water with a slightly soapy floral scent. It is a mixture of rose and lavender water.

I mainly use this to remove residue left after cleansing. I spray it all over my face and neck, leave to 'sink in' for a minute and wipe with cotton wool. It leaves my skin feeling both deeply clean and hydrated.

It is described as a "toner for dry to normal skin", but I find it to work wonders on my combination, sometimes acne-prone skin. I also use it not only as a toner post-cleansing, but spritz some on whenever my skin feels parched or in need of refreshment. It's great to have to hand to cool you down in summer.

I find this toner really helps prevent excess shine or dryness on my face; after a month of regular use, I hardly ever need to use blotting sheets or loose powder throughout the day, and areas such as my neck and cheeks aren't feeling tight or dry. I imagine it is great for any skin, and at any time of the day.

Awesome toner all in all. Toners say how they are supposed to even out skin tone, and while every other toner i have tried has NOT, this has. It has evened out my skin tone very nicely and has balanced my combination skin awesomely. Never makes my skin dry, just always soft toned out and smooth. Love it!

I picked up Eau Roma Water a few months ago after using plain Rosewater, I read some good reviews & since I have sensitive skin I wanted to try it.

It worked well to tone my skin & reduced a little redness. My face also felt great after using it. The negative however is that I don't like that it has perfume in it. Not only is the perfume a little strong but a product for sensitive skin (on the face no less) shouldn't have added fragrance in it - it can irritate it. I know they're trying to make it smell appealing but floral waters already have a nice fragrance.

The other negative is that the atomiser/spray spurts out toner rather than spraying a fine mist which I think wastes product.

I've since bought a litre of Bulgarian Rose Floral Water & Lavender Floral Water to made my own toner. It works just as well, doesn't have any additives or perfume. These floral waters smell heavenly - probably a bit better than ERW - without any perfume added. The huge bonus is that it was much cheaper & now I have 2 litres of product so it will last a long time.

Sorry LUSH! Not repurchasing this one.

I was given this a sample when I was looking at AOBS and didn't think much of it. I don't even like toners really and don't see the point. However, this is lovely and actually does something to my skin. I was putting straight lavender on my face, which left it slightly irritated, but the distilled rose and lavender oil in this is helping my dry, yet break out prone face immensely. My only gripe is the price and the parabens. Seriously, Lush get your act together on that. But I will repurchase because of the soft and smooth skin I have been getting.
