i almost threw this away but i'm glad i came here to read the reviews first, i thought i could just move the pencil over the area to remove the mistake, i didnt realize i needed to use a tissue too. so now it works good. i agree it will last forever

I don't even know if Avon makes this product anymore...if you can find on, grab it! The previous reviewers are correct - it lasts forever. Lately, I use it for something else though - eyebrow taming gel never works for me, so I use a bit of this Forgive and Forget pencil. It is wax-like. I work a tiny bit into my brows with an eyebrow brush, and voila! Holds much better than the brow gel.

Ditto on previous reviewer's comments! Super product--lasts forever! I just "write" over the mess-up, and tissue off the spot. It's a real time-saver, and certainly "dirt cheap" when you consider how long they last. I bought 2 in 2002, and haven't even opened one of them.

Great little product! In chubby pencil form, easy and convenient. You use this as sort of an "eraser" for boo-boos, smudges, smears, etc around the eye area. Works fabulously on both mascara and eyeliner/shadow, effectively removing the offending mishap and leaving behind nothing but perfection. Okay, you have to have done a perfect job to begin with to get that, but I guess my point is that the pencil doesn't leave any residue or "mark" of any kind on your skin. It picks up the smudge/smear exactly like a pencil eraser erases mistakes, lifting it away flawlessly. The pencil lasts a long time, because very little product is used each time you use it, and it is a generous size to start with so even after multiple sharpenings you've still got enough to last you a lifetime. Unless you really make a lot of mistakes. I don't know if Avon is still making these (mine is from 2000), but grab one if you can find one. Indispensable!
