I have a love-hate relationship with this brush. I have the one with the smaller handle that fits in your hand. The only thing I can think of comparing this brush to is my suede shoe cleaning brush (very rough). This is not a soft brush! I wish they had a tester available for this at the store. Since it was only $3, I figured I'd give it a shot. I first used my regular scrub using my hands only, then after rinsing, put a dime size drop of a cleanser on the brush and started cleaning in circular motions (very gently). Holy cow - it was so uncomfortable! After I was done, I noticed a lot of makeup came off on the brush. I always thought my scrub did a good enough job, but I guess not! So, this brush is good at removing makeup. After rinsing, my skin felt smoother and softer. The packaging is also convenient and hygienic. I really wish I could incorporate this brush into my everyday skincare routine, but there is no way this brush can qualify as a face brush. If you have active acne or are very prone to breakouts, stay away! The bristles on this brush are way too hard and rough. The only time I can see myself using this is to thoroughly remove heavy makeup, or maybe once a week in the humid summer days to exfoliate.

I love using this facial brush! i recently (Maybe a month ago?) started using this with the body shop tea tree oil face wash and it works wonders for my skin! I like the size of the brush now because it gives a lot more control than the bigger ones :P I have much clearer skin now too (Even that time of the month!) and would DEFINITELY recommend it (At least try! its dirt cheap, no pun intended :] ) and buy it again!

This is a must have part of my facial cleansing routine. Great for travels and saves so much money on facial wash. My skin is so much softer and my pores are much smaller. The brush is amazing and has really helped control my oily skin and breakouts.

I use this product to exfoliate my skin about twice a week. I used to use this product everyday in conjunction with my cleanser but I noticed that using it everyday actually created red bumps in my skin because I was over-exfoliating. For $3, this product is a cheap alternative to adding another exfoliating product to an existing regimen but be mindful not to over-exfoliate. Also, remember to allow the brush to completely dry before putting the plastic cap back on to prevent bacteria growth and replace every 2-3 months (depending on frequency of usage).

I've just started using this recently and really like it. I use it with my face wash, which only foams mildly, and this makes it foam more. Seems much more thorough than fingers alone. It seems to be helping clear pores, but I've made a few other changes at the same time, so I don't know if it's one thing or all the changes together. I will clean it with methylated spirits to make sure it doesn't grow bacteria. I would have liked if it came with holes in the lid to let it drain. I'll be interested to see if the metal clips that hold the bristles in rust quickly.

I gave up on body shop brushes after they've changed the design to a smaller one! I didn't like the bristles, I actually found it softer than the previous design! But it is hard to grab now, especially if you've got soap in your hands!!
I stopped buying it completely, and would only buy the ones that come with a handle.
For Ladies with Acne:
Its useful for the face, I have acne prone skin, and since I started using facial brushes I now only have few every here and then, my main problem was that my pores were getting blocked with dirt and dead skin, and since I've been exfoliating every day gently, I get a lot less, and marks fade out VERY quickly! Try it and be patient, you'll get used to it eventually.... my advice, don't listen to those that say its bad for those who have acne, try it and decide for yourself. Just don't be too harsh on your skin! Be very gentle.

It's a brush... I guess it is an OK brush and it's cheap (4€). You can't get too excited about the routine, because it's easy to over do it (the skin gets to dry and flakes, and I have oily skin). You have to be extremely diligent about cleaning it after using, or microorganisms will grow on it and colonize your face the next day (lol, true story!).
I preferred a tiny toothbrush I had (those for electric toothbrushes), since it was easier to get to problem areas, like the nose, without over exfoliating the surrounding area... (but I lost it and didn't get around to finding another).
Wouldn't buy again for the sole reason that I don't find it pratical and a toothbrush would do the same.
(I now find chemical exfoliation more effective and easy)

Its a very cheap alternative to the clarisonic (lol). Its nice and soft, it gives a gentle exfoliation to the skin when used with regular cleanser, and improves exfoliation when used with a exfoliator I believe. Its a cute brush but nothing impressive for me.

This little brush is great! It's tough enough to be exfoliating, but not too rough that my skin feels damaged or irritated. I like using it with a gentle cleanser and moving it in little circles around my face. In particular, I concentrate on areas where I am prone to blackheads (my nose and chin). For only a few dollars, I don't see how you can go wrong! My biggest piece of advice around this product is to be sure to give it a good clean after every few uses - I use Dr Bronners to clean mine, and then let it dry outside of its cover. It's lasted my ages and helps me keep my skin smooth and clear. Recommended!

IT IS TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE! Love it of hate it, you won't regret buying it. If you feel its too harsh for your face use it for your feet or other parts of your body!
I originally have the sephora facial brush and decided to give this one a try for comparison. I like this one ALOT better:) because it smaller and easier to use. I feel like it cleans better since it can reach places like the sides of your nose. NOt only its cheaper but I think it's a really good face brush for traveling.. :)

I've bought this product a week ago as ppl give high ratings about this product. For me it doesnt work, i think the bristles are way too harsh for my face. The bristles are kindda soft the first time after that it became way too harsh on my skin. i'm afraid it can make my skin pre-mature aging. wont be buying this again.

this is really nice facial brush, best what i have tryed so far. its just enough harsh, but still soft to kind of exfoliate and open up your pores. i prefer using this in hot shower and after it my face looks smooth and radiant! really nice especially if you want to exfoliate your face daily! the packaging is really cute. its clear plastic and it haves a cap wich is great when your travelling or something, so the brush doesnt get dirty or anything. it was 6 € and im quite happy i bought it :)

cheap product. I think it does what it's supposed to. cleans all the surfaces of your skin that needs exfoliating. I needed a facial brush to clean my skin with instead of using a facial scrub everyday- which tends to be very drying. hard to hold on to, and the bristles are just the right amount of soft.

What it Claims:
"Get a more radiant complexion with a soft-bristle face brush that gently loosens dead skin cells and impurities while stimulating circulation. Fits neatly in the palm of your hand for maximum control. The soft bristles are made from nylon and 100% vegetarian."
Claims - True or False?
1) "Fits neatly in the palm of your hand for maximum control.": True. The handle knob allowed for much better control.
Ease of Use:
This brush is really easy to use, and somes with this cap that will help store and protect your brush.
Bang for your Buck:
This is a really great product that has made my skin very smooth. There is no doubt that this brush has become part of my daily skin regime. I don't think that it is expensive at all at 3.00 CAD for each brush.
Final Consensus:
This is one of my favourite products. I highly recommend it to anyone who have skin in need of gentle exfoliation. Try not to press to hard on the brush or it might be too rough on your skin.

I'm so glad I decided to buy this brush. I use it once a day, and when it wears out I'll definitely repurchase.
Pros:
- Very cheap
- Does a great job at keeping my skin squeaky clean and smooth everyday
- The bristles are not harsh
Cons:
- It has to be rinsed very well so as to remain clean, and after usage it can't be left in its casing if you want it to dry properly

I picked this up on a whim because I had switched to using a solid bar soap on my face, and I wanted something to help make the soap application easier. The first time I used this, my skin felt amazing. And if I go a few days without it, my skin feels rough. Use a very light hand, rubbing gently in circles, to avoid scratching your skin.

I bought this on a whim based on a recommendation from a youtuber and I definitely don't regret it. I purchased this for $3 at The Body Shop store and have been using it for probably around half a year by now. I replace every 3 months or so, and love it enough to get backups for when i really need to toss but don't have the time to head to the mall.
The brush is small and round with a knob, which makes it very easy to hold and swirl on your skin. The size of it makes it easy to get in the smaller corners such as the sides of your nose as well. I normally wash my mu off with oil cleanser first, then hop in the shower and use Purity face wash in conjunction with this brush.
I have to admit, I don't think i can go back to the days without using facial brushes any more. I use this daily and together with the exfoliating pads i use after shower, pimples and new breakouts are few and far in between. Usually nothing pops up until I STOP either this or the pad for a day or two, or switch to some other product that just doesn't agree with me. My skin feels smooth and definitely looks a lot more radiant than before. However, i have no noticed any diminishing in pore size or black heads. Unfortunately for me, seems like it's really not doing much for me there.
My main issue with this brush is the lack of quality control. I have used about 3 or 4 of these brushes by now and noticed that some brushes are distinctly harder than others. Also initial uses are almost always far softer than after using it for a week. Sometimes i can tell it's about time to toss by how harsh it feels on my skin (though one time, the brush was hard from beginning to end). It would be really nice if the brushes can at least be the same level of softness between brushes...
Price is great though. For only $3 it'll last a good 3 months or so. Much cheaper than DHC's Hinoki brush which is $17. Even though that one might last longer, i don't particularly want to keep a facial brush that could have trapped bacteria and dead cells from my skin. However i will still try DHC's in case it works better. But this would be great for traveling and not being afraid of accidentally loosing it. :D

I'm using the Body shop's tea tree line for 2 weeks already but the results are just okay. However, after pairing this facial brush with the Body Shop's Tea Tree facial wash, I found noticeable results the following morning. My usual problem areas forehead and chin are incredibly smooth.
I rinsed it but didnt but put the cap on right away. When I know it's already dry, that's the time I put the cap back on.
I bought it for 165 pesos in the Philippines which is about 3$USD.

I liked the idea of having a facial brush with the knob instead of a handle because I thought it would be easier to use. Well it is, but the bristles are far too harsh and my skin isn't particularly sensitive. I tried using it a half dozen times. I soaked it in hot water before use to soften the bristles, but the ends of the bristles are just too harsh and no amount of softening helps with this. In the bin it went.

I've started using this in my cleansing routine and I really like it. It really does brighten your face and it helps circulation too. Totally worth getting, especially at this price. Having this, I feel no need to get the clarisonic. The great thing about this is that it's very portable. The clarisonic is really bulky in comparison. And this brush doesn't waste electricity. It did feel a bit harsh today but I think that's because I didn't use a light hand.
