this product is decent and does it works ,it removes dirt residue and cools the skin ,i use to have some blackheads on my nose(vry less though) but now i am happy that all my blackheads have vanished .....even ingredients are safe and contains salicylic acid(to prevent acne) and witch hazel (best for toning skin) ,i am using second bottle now :)

This review is for Visibly clear Blackhead eliminating toner.
This toner is powerful. It smells like alcohol. I dont have sensitive skin and this toner made my skin burn. It does take the last traces of makeup off great but it did not eliminate my blackheads and I did not see any improvement in my skin so I will not repurchase.

Bought it with high hopes that the blackheads on my nose and chin would finally meet their match but nothing happened..... I used it continuously for some time but no results. Oh well. I guess the search will still go on haha.

This is awesome awesome awesome. I used the another version of this, it is called Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Cooling Toner and it works amazing! It left my skin so soft, smooth, clean and refreshing. I have very oily skin and is acneprone, I find this product really good, but try not to use it in the morning because it can cause redness when your skin is exposed to sunlight. I always use this at night.

I would definitely buy this again, the smell is really great but I think that it'd be better if there are no fragrance added into it so that it won't cause sensitiveness on other skin types.

This toner really helped me with my combination skin. It used to be very oily on certain parts of my face and after using this product, my skin feels more normal. It can be quite drying if your skin is already dry, so I'd recommend to use a moisturizer too. This toner is able to remove any makeup residues on your skin and make your skin feel clean and soft. It won't do any miracles and remove every blemish on your face, but overall it's a good product.

This is the first time I used this product. The bottle is almost finished and I will buy another one! I have an oily T-zone, which has a lot of bleackheadings. This toner clearly reduced the blackheadings on my nose and forehead. It is also good for whiteheads, I guess, because they reduced tremendously. I so have some, but much less than before. Also, this products didn't overdried my skin and is quite affordable. I will definitely buy it again.

I LOVE this astringent! I have combination skin, i'm dry everywhere but my t-zone which is generally oily, so i only use this on my nose and forehead, but these are the only places where i have whitehead issues. I bought this product to help get rid of them, and wow only after 2 days of using this they are starting to dissapper and my skin is glowing! It's controlling the oilynesss well and i am very pleased. I think i may start using this all over my face to get the same glowing effect, and hopefully it doesn't dry it out. I'll update and let you know! But overall, i am pleased. yay neutrogena!

I've been using this toner for a year and won't go back to anything else. It's definitely not a miracle worker, but can you expect that from a Neutrogena toner, really? This stuff is doing the best job at keeping my skin clean and cutting down on oil production. I use it twice daily together with the matching Neutrogena foaming wash and my skin feels very clean and taken care of. The toner smoothes off flakies and dry skin, gets rid of makeup remains and makes my skin very soft. I didn't find it drying at all, even though my skin is not that oily.
I noticed that during the day my makeup stays on longer if I use this in the morning, and I'm getting considerably less clogged pores and dried out skin if I use it before going to bed. For me this is enough from an astringent.
I don't think any product can get rid of blackheads, the only way is a facial (steam up, fingers in handkerchief, press). What all these products are good at is preventing the return of blackheads by reducing oil production and balancing the skin's moisture. Neutrogena's toner does all this besides claming down any redness I get after facials.
(By the way, this line is sold in a transparent-orange packaging in Europe, it's probably still the same product...)

I use it for, maybe, 2 weeks, and I see that my skin is better.I don't have black spots, but my pores are being clogged from everything (and black spots is the next step, actually), so I decided I have to switch to something more stronger, than my Decleor toner.
With Neutrogena I feel that my skin is cleaned, and the dirt is coming out from the pores, so I can just remove it with my fingertips...Considering that the price is really fine, I will buy this product again

I really like this product. It actually decreased the size of the blackheads on my nose which is something that no other product has ever done. I use this at least three times a day, which I think may be the reason why it gets results.

I bought this due to the positive feedback on MUA. I wasn't expecting it to get rid of my blackheads..I was buying it more for acne control. This product did what I expected it to-It removed traces of dirt and makeup so my pores wouldn't get clogged as easily. I use this after school and I can see brownish stuff on my cotton pad (some of this is the skin's natural oil though). It didn't really get rid of any blackheads, as far as I could tell. The smell is awful, but I got used to it. Bottom line: This is a good product for minimizing breakouts, but don't expect any miracles for your blackheads.

I love this stuff! My favorite astringent by far and I have tried tons. I'm horrible about remembering to review products, but I'm afraid if I don't review this then it will be discontinued. This does an amazing job of getting rid of my blackheads AND smoothing away flakes without over drying my skin like some astringents do. Don't get me wrong - it is drying, but for my oily skin it is perfect. It's a combination of glycolic acid and salicylic acid - both work wonders on my skin. My favorite use for this product is for those late nights when I come home too tired to take off my makeup, instead of using makeup wipes, I soak a cotton pad with this stuff and go over my face - it doesn't remove everything, but I wake up in the morning with smooth skin and no blackheads! Which is a total miracle with my skin - highly recommended!!

I like this toner a lot. It has improved the quality of my skin a bit, but hasn't done much for my blackheads...like everything else I have tried they are still there even after using the product for over a month.

I love the Neutrogena Blackhead Scrub, but this toner is bad. It does not work for me, and it smells and tastes (if you get some on your lips) bad. It has both salicylic acid and glycolic acid, and so does the Clean and Clear Cooling Toner, but the Clean and Clear smells better and leaves my skin glowing and smooth. This toner does not. Sorry!

I can't say more than this. This is by far the most fabolous toner for oily skin with large pores. The skin looks absolutely flawless after using it, and it literally glows. I've even considered stop using foundation, because this do wonders to my skin!

I love this toner! I have oily skin on my foreheads with large pores and this toner has done a great job of eliminating breakouts and refining my pores. It hasn't been too harsh on my skin and I'm able to use it once or twice a day. It has a refreshing smell and my skin just glows after using it!

I have just started using this product but I love it so far. I have several blackheads on my nose and I already feel like I can see a difference. The alcohol smell doesn't bother me because when I'm done I apply moisturizer and it takes away the smell. I would buy this product again!
