Too bad they discontinued this. I managed to dig up a mini version in a clearance bin and I really like it. The color is "Beach Party" and it's a great, bronzey reddish-pinky color. Really fresh and healthy-looking. Plus, it has a nice minty tingling sensation/scent that's not overwhelming at all. I got mine for 99 cents. I'm sure you can still find these at dollar stores and Big Lots-type stores. Worth trying out (but don't get too attached!)
ETA: Figured out that Maybelline's Wet Shine Fusion lipstick in "Sparkling Bronze" is a dead ringer for both the color, formula and finish of this lippie, minus the mintiness.

Too bad they discontinued this product. I was rummaging through my makeup and found my weather wear lipstick. I bought it at CVS a long time ago in "Flower Child." It was already on clearance, plus I had a coupon so I only ended up paying about 80 cents! I love the gold-ish shimmer "Flower Child" has (the color goes well with my skin tone), but I think I should put chapstick on before I apply because it looks a little cakey on my bottom lip. I love the tube it came in as well.

Great color and shimmering qualities. I was able to find a great shimmering berry brown shade perfect for my yellowed toned asian skin.
However, will not repurchase because 1.) packaing sucks, flimsy and breaks easily 2.) lipstick lasts bout 1 hr and its gone.

This has a very minty smell and taste. Plus it makes my lips tingle a bit. I can use one layer for a sheer look or I can build it for more colour. I have this in Romeo and also Flower Child I think. Romeo is redish-maybe a slight hit of fushia. It looks very nice. This is not too dry but not very moisturizing. The SPF 15 is a nice bonus also. Did I mention that this is also very cheap?

I have this is Jewel - a beautiful rosy color with some shimmer. I think this would look good on just about anyone.

i got this in GIRLIE...it looks like a nice light pink but on my pigmented lips...morphs into a lavender-pink that is not flattering on my MMM w/ yellow undertone, C5/C40 skintone....it applies quite smooth and the taste minty! unfortunately, i like my revlon moisturous l/s way better bcoz of texture and color selection!

This lipstick in Romeo was a really nice surprise for me! I had never purchased a Jane lipstick before when I saw these on sale 3/$6 and couldn't resist.Romeo is a rose red/pink with just a hint of glimmer. I NEVER wear lipstick this bright but just bought it on a whim. I think I get more compliments when I'm wearing this than anything else. And not "nice lipstick" compliments, but more like "Wow! you look great today" ...so i guess my usual neutral lipstick si all wrong! This stuff wears forever too!

Help! I've been hooked on the color 'Campfire Grrrl' for a couple years now and I can't find it anywhere! Did they discontinue it?
I'm amazed that for only $3, Jane has formulated a moisturing, creamy lipstick that actually contains spf (not to mention the light mint taste). I like this stuff as much as any Clinique lipstick I've tried and it's only a fraction of the cost!
I tend to have dry lips--so I'm pretty obsessive/compulsive about always carrying lip gloss with me. But, this is one lipstick that I don't feel the need to bring the ol' pot of gloss along with.

I have mixed feeling about this product. On one hand, I love the color (I have: next to nothing)an the itsy bitsy gloss, but on the other hand, it makes my lips like have been stung by a bee after 10 minutes.. yup I'm probably allergic to this :( I really want this lipstick to be Okay in my lips.. But I think I couldnt buy this again.

Because I love minty glosses, I had to try this lipstick. I bought this in "Sea Shell Chic" and I am so happy with it! It looks likes a scary old lady orange/coral in the tube, but on my lips it's a gorgeous pale peach shimmer. The mint in it is very strong... it smells and tastes wonderful, as well as gives a great cooling effect. The staying power is fairly decent for a drugstore lippie... I only hope I can find other shades in this line that I love just as much!

I bought a $1 mini tube of this in "Girlie". It looks like a nude pink in the tube. When I first put it on, I was worried that it would be too frosty, but it ended up looking very pretty.
And it is minty fresh! Don't get it unless you like mint.
I would definitely get this again, but perhaps in a different color - there are so many nice ones!

This lipstick was pretty good. I liked the minty-ness of it, it made it more interesting. The colors were pretty good too, I have it in Girlie and Romeo. Girlie is a really nice light pink color that looks like it has some frost in it, but the frost doesn't show up. I like the color it gives my lips..but I find that the color doesn't really spread evenly or something, it gets gunky on my lips and settles into the lines. Romeo is just a red that turned fuschia on me. Nuff said. I doubt I would buy these again except for the fact that I love the color that Girlie gives me.

I really love this lipstick! Not the most moisturizing, and not the longest-lasting, but nice and smooth w/a fresh, light mint scent. I've got:
"Campfire Grrl"--warm medium-red, no shimmer
"Bahama Mama"--medium rich coral orange, slight shimmer
"Jewel"--cool deep pink w/slight shimmer
"Flower Child"--medium true pink w/goldish shimmer
"Mocha Polka"--beautiful semi-sheer taupe shimmer--a bit pale for me, but lovely over other colors.
Each is nicely pigmented & fairly true-to-color (same on lips as in the tube). Don't love the plastic cap (which has cracked on 2 of mine); but for about $3, these are definitely collectible keepers!
