This was given me by a lovely friend. It's very pigmented—one coat is all you need to tint your lips a pretty shade of rosy-bronze, with a subtle shimmer. Not a shade I would have thought to buy for myself—it's frighteningly dark in the tube—but it is surprisingly flattering! I couldn't wear more than one coat though, as it would definitely be too dark a plummy bronze for my skintone. It's light and reasonably comfortable to wear and only a little bit drying. It's a shame about the really rather clunky Estée Lauder packaging.

Frosted and grapey on me and much too much unless thoroughly blotted. It is a red-based grape color with a glittery finish, again, unless blotted, in which case it is kind of YLBB if YL happen to be the color of Welch's Red Grape Juice. I guess it is semi-matte, meaning that it has a decent longevity and isn't greasy like a L'Oreal, and it does that thing matte lipsticks do where the color gets kind of muddied and undefined "FLAT" after a while. I've seen worse. This isn't a great color for me personally, I prefer a rosey/bronze look and a thinner glossier finish. Also it is hard to coordinate this color with eyeshadow looks. I had it on with Bare Minerals Tan Lines, and the two don't work together at all. I wouldn't pay $22 for these lipsticks at the store when you can get them on EBAY for five dollars and sometimes less than that.

I have bought this lipstick twice. Got it in a FWP and it goes well with my fair (NW20) skin. For me, this works as a day and night lipstick; it is somewhat frosty, but on me more berry like than bronze. Very good all-around color, and lasts fine for me. Right now, my HG.

I bought this color as a substitute for Clinique chocolate bronze.
This color is a plummy brown with specks of gold in it. It is pretty.
It is kind of a sheer coverage. I like it but I don't absolutely love it. I think I am still stuck on chocolate bronze but this is a pretty shade to
keep and mix with other colors or just to wear on my off days.

This is beautiful lipstick; the color is rich and lustrous. It smells good and feels good on the lips. The packaging is elegant. Even though the price is steep; it's worth it.

I recently found this in my mu stash. I'm happy to have rediscovered it. It is a great nightime lipstick and has a great smooth texture. Depending on what color lipliner is worn with it will change the way it looks drastically, moreso than what I've seen with other lipsticks. Could look very bronzy brown, or burgundy plum. It is kinda similar to one of the Clinique Black Honey lipsticks- I believe it is called spice.

I was lucky enough to get this as an extra and it's Gorgeous...It looks plum in the tube but when applied it's a bronzey, rosey, golden shade.and what's more impressive,is that it doesn't change to a horrible fucshia or berry shade like most rosey shades do on my acid lips.Extra creamy smooth texture.Smells nice too..Similar to L'Oreal Shine Delice l/s or Rouge pulp items.

Pretty color, works well my my light skin and dark hair and dark eyes. The slight shimmer is very pretty. On me it's a cross between a shimmery burgundy &/or a shimmery rust type color. Works well with warm or cool and looks great when wearing black. Very moisturinzing and stays put.

I got this as part of the NOrdstrom Anniversary GWP. The MA relayed to me that this shade was one used at the Oscars??? HMMM... But anyway. This is a metallic finish lippie in a bronzey plum. Color looked great on my NC30 skin with a nudish taupey shimmery smoky eye. I like the color but i found this to be very slightly drying. not bad but not the best formula IMO. Lasted as long as any lippie ( several hours )and no noticeable scent. Nice color that i think would work with everyone.

Hmm. Pretty bronzey shade under department store lighting (and in the tube), but on me, NC30, it turned into this garish purplish shade with slight gold shimmer. Ick. Love the name, hate the color.
