Recently I tried the L'Oreal Superliner in Black Lacquer. I heard about this Eye Liner via YouTube and I thought it was going to be the really good.
It's good in the sense that it has a nice applicator and, the black is very pigmented. However the reason why I HATE this eyeliner is because it will look quite nice for about an hour or so, then throughout the it will gets sticky and travel up and around my eyes. I have never had this issue with an eye liner before. I tried using it under primer and even setting it but it just doesn't wear well throughout the day.

I found this liner terrible. It's nowhere near black enough so you have to apply over and over to get a decent colour! Back to my trusty £1 primark eyeliner which is still the best I've found!

I love this eyeliner. Very black, easy to use, long wearing, doesn't smudge, doesn't fade and has a matte finish. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued where I live :(

I wear winged liner every day and had been searching for ages for a liner which works well enough for me. I have tried high end and drugstore and ultimately this is the best one I have found. Very often, with most liquid liners, the brush tip is so hard and the formula is so liquidy that it streaks and you get a gap in your liner, where the greatest brush pressure is. You therefore have to go over your liner again and again to get it opaque. You don't have to do this with this liner. The formula is fairly opaque and dark and the felt tip brush is soft, more like an artist brush so streaks are very rare.
The formula relies on the premise that you won't rub your eyes. If you do, your liner will flake. Otherwise, though, it won't budge or smudge. Because of this aspect to the liner, you do need to work fairly quickly with it. If you don't and your liner dries and you need to reapply, you need to be gentle with it or you will push away the previous liner with the brush as it flakes away.
Another issue is that because of the packaging it isn't necessarily clear what you're going to get. I have purchased Carbon Gloss and Ultra Precision, though they seem to be incredibly similar. You need to read the label carefully to make sure that you don't end up with an odd colour or something with sparkles in it.
Otherwise this liner is exceptional. I repurchase it constantly and intend to do so again when I run out!

This eyeliner is a great alternative to the Lancôme Artliner.
It has a sponge tip which I personally prefer over the brush tips that some other liquid eyeliners have and the product is very pigmented!
I have the Super Liner in vinyl black and it dries with a wet looking finish. I know that there are other liquid eyeliners which dry and look matte but I really wanted that wet look.
Great product. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a liquid liner!

I've been waiting for quite some time to pick up a liner so on impulse picked the super liner black lacquer. The colour was a really nice intense black and did not smudge at all. Unfortunately, for my sensitive eyes this product just aggravated it more than anything else and left my eyes sore for a week.

i really, really wish i liked this more than i do. i have the liquid eyeliner and it's so easy to put on and it stays on really well, but it just doesn't come out black enough for me. it's almost like it's been diluted as it comes out quite thin and slightly streaky. after reading such good reviews i'm hoping that maybe i just ended up with a faulty one or something because i really really love the applicator so i wish it gave me the effect i wanted.

I accidentally bought the black with gold glitter in it but that's not why I hate it. I personally don't like bendy nib applicators.. it was hard for me to control it and it always seems to give a really thin line and it's hard for me to make the line thicker if I wanted to. The glitter one can come off very easily, for example I let it dry and then went to curl my lashes and some of it just rubbed off?! And for a more expensive drugstore eyeliner I just think this is rubbish!

I love it.It's easy to apply, has a matte black finish which doesn't smudge and lasts long on my oily eyelids. The whole day to be exact. This is the best I used so far.

This is a review for the black crystals super liner.
Yes. What an idiot I am for not picking up the plain black one, I got the crystal one by mistake and at home was thoroughly disappointed it came out more shimmery than black, and I love my liquid eyeliner to be intense black, so for me its un-usable now.
Also the price was pretty high considering the fact that I know there are better liners out there for a quarter of this price, but maybe I'm just speaking from a broke students perspective lol
The only positive thing about this particular liner was the applicator, it did make it super easy to apply the liner in a short amount of time.

My fave! Keeps on all day, takes a moment to dry, very precise tip.

I'm reviewing the pen form of this eyeliner. I bought the Revlon Colorstay pen eyeliner first which was absolutely horrible. I then got this as a replacement and I'm so glad I did, it's brilliant. I fell asleep on a long car journey (3+ hours) and when I woke up it was still perfect. So easy to apply, lasts forever and is a really intense black. Amazing product.

I use eyeliner every single day, and I tried quite a few. This one is by far my favourite. It stays on all day, really all day long. It doesn't smudge or crack or change colour. Thanks to the feltip it's really easy to use and lets you create thin or thicker lines. I'm really impressed with this product and recommend it to just everyone.

The general performance is OK in the the colour is nicely black and the staying power is quite good. The thing that brings this liner down big time is the brush. For an eyeliner that advertises 'Ultra Precision' the chunky brush is not what I thought I was in for. I want a thin fine brush not a clumsy chunky one that I got.... very dissapointed!

I have had this product for ages. it has a long felt tip applicator, but I still feel like i have control over the lines that I'm creating. I love this liner and will buy again

Here in Mexico we have the Super Liner Duo form of this eyeliner, the main difference is that the brush tip is slanted so you can use it on the slim side for a thin line, or with the slanted side facing forward for a thicker look.
I really like this product, it delivers a real black line and it has great staying power, but it will still come off very easily with makeup remover without leaving trace. The brush tip is tricky, but once you get the hang of it is pretty easy to do simple or winged cat eye lines.
It's pricey, around $12USD for a tiny tube, but I got this like 3 months ago and I use it almost every day on my upper lashline and is still good to draw a perfect line.

This review is for L'oreal Paris Super Liner Black Lacquer in Black Vinyl. This liner is certainly intense and dramatic. They are not kidding about that. As someone who shies away from liquid liners, this is really easier to apply. I love how rich, black and shiny the color is. This has no shimmer. It is completely matte but it doesn't just sheen, it shines and that makes it pop!
Unlike some of the other reviewers, I find that this eyeliner actually stays put all day. I am giving it a 3 star rating because I cannot use it everyday as I would like to. This is because it flakes into my eyes which is very uncomfortable. Yes, it does look perfect all day but there are micro flakes that make their way into my eyes and I find myself running to the nearest sink to flush out my eyes. That is not pleasant and I really shouldn't have to flush my eyes everyday just for the sake of beauty! I don't even wear glasses or contacts but I imagine that this would be a contact lens wearer's worst nightmare!
**CONTACT LENS WEARERS BEWARE!**
It really would have made the perfect black liner if not for this issue. I sure hope this is not a norm with liquid liners otherwise people will have eye problems soon enough.

I bought the L'oreal Super Liner in Black Lacquer (waterproof one)
-It really is waterproof.
-It's a very carbon black.
-It stays on all day.
- The felt tip is AWFUL, almost like a sponge, absorbes all the product in a matter of seconds.
-The tip is not very thin, so this product is not appropiate for doing sharp edges or thin lines.
-The very tip somehow dried (i noticed this the first day of using it!) and had to go to the tube over and over again to "refill" it with product. So you end up wasting a lot of product. Also the rest of the felt tip is full of product, so you end up making a total MESS.
-It's very stiff. You can imagine how bad this is.
- The packaging is very big, for no purpose and the tube has a vig wide
All in all, i think it has got a GREAT formula, but the brush/felt tip is just AWFUL. You are not able to do sharp edges nor thin lines with this. I don't recommend it and will definitely not buy this again.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY! I really wonder why there are good reviews on this product. This eye liner sucks big time! lasting factor: 1 /10. I applied it on my eye liner and had to go over a few times so that the line will be more consistent (i dont draw fine liners). the best part, after just 1 hour, some part of the eye liner seems to disappear! i used my finger just to touch it (testing) and my oh my, its like 1/2 the eyeliner just disappears!! its really very very lousy! considering its from loreal? This is probably just worth 50cents! huge disappointment! dun buy this product! its a super big waste money!!

From where I come from, there's only 1 colour available, Black!
It seems to look dark enough but somehow on my eyes, it seems abit streaky. Some parts will look darker and some will look lighter. So i'd have to coat it over to ensure it's black enough. I made a mistake of thinking this was waterproof and went out with it to a amusement park. One splash from a water ride had my eye liner running all over my face. When mixed with water and it got into my eyes, it kinda stung. so be careful when washing this off. Even tears will get tthis eyeliner running. And for the inner corner of my eyelids, the eyeliner can barely stay for 1hr. This does a good job of staying put though if i'm shopping or at a party that is water free. Smudges slightly after being out for 5hrs and i have pretty oily lids. MUFE's eyeliners dont work on me at all. Nor does BB's gel liner. For the same price, there are many other felt tip eyeliners which are waterproof. As such, I won't be purchasing again, will be on the lookout for another that is able to sustain oily lids and is waterproof.
