After trying the Shea butter line from JF Lazartigue, I'm enjoying the hair loss treatment. I don't know if it's because of the economic situation, but I've been stressed for few months and my hair was falling. I take their vitamins on a daily basis and spray the serum on my scalp every morning. I already see nice results after 3 weeks of use.
This line is very concentrated and targeted to people who are looking for great results. I like to call their boutique in NYC to get the best advices. Love my new hair!!!!

I've been using this line for about a month, and I SERIOUSLY get at least one compliment per day on my hair now.

I had a consultation done by a JF Lazartigue rep at a beauty boutique here in Sacramento, and she analyzed my scalp and told me exactly which products to use and how to use them.

I'm following her directions exactly, and my hair has never looked better!

I am surprised to see such negative reviews on J.F. Lazartigue hair products. I am also surprised that this particular brand is not as well know over here in the USA as it is in Europe (I came from Europe 10 years ago).

I think for J.F. Lazartigue products, you need to know 'which' products are the right kind for your hair type. If you are using the right products, you will have beautiful, healthy hair all year round. It may seem expensive at first sight when you look at the price tag. However, if you consider how little you need to use the product each time, that a little goes a long way, and ALL the benefits that it is doing to your hair that most of other hair products would not do, you will realize that it is not that expensive. I am not associated with J.F. Lazartigue in anyway, nor am I a sales representative for this line. I started using this line about 15 years ago when I was in Europe. I used to get compliments all the time how nice my hair looked and often, people would approach me to ask what kind of shampoo/conditioner I was using. I stopped using this product for a while when I moved to the USA, mostly because they are not readily available as in Europe. I actually switched for about 3 years. I tried Fresh, Frederick Fekkai, Sisley etc. Although Sisley is pretty decent, and Fresh is pretty good. I don't really care for F. Fekkai. It is a bit better than those from the supermarkets shelves, but I would not call F.Fekkai products to be 'superior'. My hair was really messed up. They did not behave nor look in the way that I would like them to. For a long time, I wondered why my hair condition had changed so much, and was really spending a lot of money on other products, trying to fix/condition my hair. Finally, I switched back to J.F, Lazartigue, and my hair is back to its normal self again...so bountiful, healthy, shiny and manageable. I especially love the Bancoulier Oil Serum hair shampoo and mask, which I use only once every 3 weeks or one month. Other than that, I used Lazartigue for normal shampoo and conditioner. I would recommend this line to anyone who is loves to take care of her hair, and does not mind spending a bit extra for a superior product.

I gave it a 5 for packaging and that is all this stuff has going for it. I used several products from this line and they all disappointed me. I followed directions to the letter (I swear it's like initiation) and still nothing. Save your money. I swear their reps are only on commission that's why they hound you.

I am so sad that the products I bought from this line are so terrible. I have been under a bit of stress lately and noticed my scalp becoming greasy and sensitive. I actually wanted to buy Phyto products to cure it but the sales convinced me to try this line. For incredibly expensive hair products the results were very under-average. I really recommend you look else where. This line is a scam!

I was looking for Lazartigue Stimulactin treatment review, but didn't find it.
Well, first of all,I have to say that some Lazartigue products work perfect for me and some-not at all.I'm a big fan of Stimulactine 21 shampoo and scalp treatment.I was loosing a lot of hair about a year ago and Stimulactine really helped me to fix this problem. I also was taking Lazartigue multi-vitamines for 3 months.
My husband uses Lazartigue shampoos for oily hair and he likes it also.

Hated this line! When I was in NY on business 2 years ago, I went to the famed and beauty-magazine hyped JF Lazartique salon so they could put a strand of my hair under a microscope and prescribe me some of the right products! I had heard ALOT about this process and was excited for it!

Well, I left the salon having spent an arm and a leg on two huge bottles of shampoo (to alternate) and 2 conditioners (one daily and one a treatment) and it was a JOKE. None of the products (can't remember which ones specifically) did anything special and most seemed very unremarkable. I actually ended up calling the salon 3 weeks after and insisting on a full refund for everything I had bought because it was the most expensive hair line I had ever bought!! Luckily, they agreed and credited my credit card when I sent the stuff all the way back to NY from California. I HIGHLY recommend reading Paula Begoun's section on this line in "Don't Go Shopping for Hair Care Products Without Me" before buying the products of this line. And I also recommend making sure they still have such good return policies if you do try this over-hyped and OUTRAGEOUSLY priced haircare line.

I love Lazartigue products, particularly Vitacreme. I have never found anything better for my hair, it conditions great, gives it volume and keeps static electricity out of it (I have straight hair). I have found no other product that works as good as that one, so I am glad to fork out the money ! I also like the carrot conditioner (the shea butter doesn't work as well as this one for me). The shampoos I find OK, but not as good as the conditioners.

This is one over-priced, over-hyped hair care line. There are some good products but whoa! Some expensive shampoos and conditioners that are just so not worth it! I tried the Vita Cream conditioner, which IMO is not worth $33. I don't think I would even pay $10 for it because it didn't do anything, not even really untangle my hair! I tried the Rapid Drying Shampoo and besides the chemical-y smell, I didn't think it cut any of my drying time after. I also tried the Root Volumizer, which was nice, but you have to be careful with it - too much product gives the "white flakes" and it's not such a bad price at $18. Overall, I would totally skip this line. There are much cheaper lines out there that actually work.
