DROOL - This one one of the first ever HE eyeshadows I bought wayyy back in the day from the Tantress collection. I think I still have the empty copper colored pot!

I just recently found my backups stash and found two more Goldbits I must have bought in a frenzy when it was re-released with Lustre vision.

Unlike a lot of old makeup I used to LUV but find underwhelming these days, Goldbit has stood the test of time.

Maybe it's just nostalgia but it's the perfect light peachy gold. Great for all over when I'm feeling minimal and always as a highlight!

Silky smooth champagne color, lots of small sparkles, but nothing glittery or metallic. Blends in gorgeously with everything else. Would definitely repurchase if I can.

This is a LE eyeshadow. I agree with one of the reviewers. It's lustre which generally lacks pigmentation, but has amazing color payoff. I mainly use this for my brow bone and inner corner of my eye. Its a champagne color with small glitter. Its nothing over the top so I do like it.

The perfect gold highlight shade for my yellow toned asian/polynesian skin. Love the shimmer, love the super-blendable formula, love the long-lastingness (lol) and the great colour pay off. Will buy again if I ever need to because this will last me ages.

Goldbit is just kick bootie! This is definitely one of the better MAC lustres that they've released. Goldbit is a peachy shade with loads of shimmer in a champagne/gold base. This is definitely an eye brightener for me, and despite being a lustre which generally lacks pigmentation, this has amazing color payoff! An incredibly versatile shade that serves great as an all over "wash", a browbone highlight and works really great as well in the inner corner of the eyes. Definitely a must have for me, one I wear often and adore. Tragically of course .. also LE :(

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS E/S!!!! I use it EVERYDAY as my brow high light. It's so pretty. I don't know what I'm going to go when I run out :( I guess I'll have to try Urban Decay's Sin. I've heard they're similar...

OMG - I love this shadow - I only purchased one of these and have yet to find a similar substitute now that it's gone. Beautiful color, great as a highlighter shade or even alone!

I don't know why I haven't reviewed this before now! I bought it when it came out with Tantress and loved it so much I bought a backup when it was repromoted with Lustrevision. Goldbit is a slightly peach-tinged champagne with shimmer, and it's the perfect highlighter! Since it's a Lustre there is a bit of fallout from the finely milled glitter particles, but it's minimal, and does not detract from the gorgeousness of this e/s. Definitely in my top 3 MAC e/s, and the only one I've bothered to get a backup of. (NW15 for ref.)

Just got from a swap and even though it's a bad old lustre, I do like it. I apply it like all my shadows with a patting motion to build it up and it's quite pretty.

I swatched it next to URBAN DECAY SIN (UD SIN) and it's nearly identical. Sin has a yummier texture so if you can't get Goldbit get Sin.

Sin has a better color payoff as well.

I still give Goldbit 4 lippies for being so darn pretty.

hate to bring down the average~ but goldbit isn't showing up on my lids (I'm NC25 btw), luv the texture and the color in the pan, but it just isn't working for me... *sigh*~

this is my favorite eyeshadow ever. Unfortunately it was a seasonal product and has been discontinued and I haven't been able to buy it in years. I have spent all that time since then trying to find a mac shadow to replace it trying retrospeck and another1 I cannot remember off the top of my head; but this one looked perfect on me. I would wear it with just some mascara or a little eyeliner on the outer corner of my eyes and would recieve so many compliments. This is the best eyeshadow color I have ever bought (and I have bought far too many) .

This did not live up to the hype for me. I am a champagne shadow addict, so I had to have it. Since it's discontinued, I was able to swap for it. I was disappointed; I thought it might be my HG, but alas, 'tis not. It's very, very similar to Stila Kitten in my opinion, although it has a "finer" shimmer and is a tad lighter than the Stila. I prefer Kitten, which shows up better on my PPP skin, and will stick with that.

Very pretty pale champagne color with hint of gold to it. Tried as a base but its almost too light for my fair-light skin so I find it works better as a highlighter. Nice that its subtly sparkly but not too much so.I had this shadow a year or two ago and barely used it so I swapped it. I decided I had to have it again so I swapped for it once more. This time Im not letting it go:)

Great MAC eyeshadow! This is my first MAC eyeshadow. It makes an excellent everyday look with a hint of shimmer. I always reach for this eye shadow. If only MAC eyeshadows were cheaper!!

This is one of my favorite MAC eyeshadows of all time...I'm a champagne eyeshadow addict and this is so perfect in so many ways. It gives an iridescent golden glow, perfectly neutral (not too warm) and goes with so many other colors. One of my favorite combinations is with MAC Patina and Moth Brown. It's also great with olives or on its own. NC30-37/MMM/Oily-Combo. Loses one lippie for slight chunky fallout, otherwise this eyeshadow would be perfection.
