such a dull, unflaterring brown on me but I do like the formula and will try this product in other colours. it feels light and cushiony on but not too shiny. no taste despite the fruity name of the colours.

Let me start by saying that I am addicted to tinted lipbalms, and this one is my absolute most favorite of all. However, if this had not been recommended to me by another MUAer, I would never have picked this color out for myself as the color in the pan is a rather drab brown. Once applied though, it truly brightens my face without looking unnatural. Very moisturizing and lasts well, so I tolerate it being in a pot. Sadly, this has been discontinued. For reference, NC15 / BB Porcelain, dark brown hair and brown eyes, pigmented lips.

I love Stila's lip pots. They give my lips a natural flush of colour when I don't want to look like I'm wearing makeup and hydrate my lips beautifully. Of the lip pots I already have (Mure and Cerise) this is my least favourite as I find the colour a bit muddy for my tastes (I tend to prefer reds and plummy shades). That said, it's still a lovely colour on.

OKay it got a 1 on package quality because the lid comes off in my pocket by itself all the time. But it gets a five because I'm carrying it in my pocket all the time! THe color is perfect. You can put on a little for sheer covereage with good shine or a lot to really amp up the color. It doesn't fade much except when I'm drinking coffee (through a straw usually). I'm not a big fan of stila but this stuff makes me happy.

Although this lip gloss isn't perfect, its my favorite colored gloss overall. The color is great on me (PPP with freckles and brown hair/eyes). Its really subtle, which I like- its light enough that i don't look like a corpse, which i do with most "nude" lip products, and dark enough to sort of compliment/bring out the normally hard to see pigment in my skin. The lasting power of this is better than most lip glosses, but not as good as a lip stick (I find the consistency to be somewhere between gloss and l/s as well), so thats really my only qualm. When I use Wet n Wild lip pencil #666 underneath, as a base coat, it lasts a lot longer and looks slightly brighter, so for 99 cents, I'd recommend trying the lip pencil too. Overall, great color, and I'll be buying again.

This Stila lip pot shade, poire is the ugliest shade in packaging but looks the best on my lips :) These lip pots are not pigmented at all so definitely try it out before purchasing. I'd highly recommend this shade for those who like BB nude l/g or Bloom pout l/g but want something sheerer or less shiny to try this one!

Eek! In the pot this is one ugly colored lip balm. It looks like chocolate pudding (and the consistency is similar). On my lips it's not much better - it turns to a deep brownish orange shade that just looks out of place against my pale skin and blonde hair. While I love the texture and wear of these lip balms, I definitely prefer other colors (such as Fraise and Baie). I do love the flowery pots even though I prefer using a lipbrush to apply. I won’t waste this, I’ll use this sparingly for a hint of soft color, shine and moisture. But I received this in a Stila set and would never have purchased this color on its own.

I love the texture of Stila's lip pots. They are comfortable, unscented, and they don't dry out my lips. Poire is my favorite tinted lip balm. It looks brown in the pot but goes on peachy nude. I admit that I fell for the little glass pot with a flower design on the cover. It looks so pretty sitting my desk or vanity but sadly it's too bulky to carry around. I love Poire but it looks like I haven't made a dent in it because I don't carry it around with me. Since I'm on the road more than 50% of the time, I won't repurchase. What a pity, great lipbalm and cute pot, just too cumbersome to travel with. EDIT 7/27/2005: Upping this to 5 lippies and changing my mind to Yes to repurchase because I started carrying the pot around with me in my handbag. Its become such a staple I carry with me all the time now!

Poire is awesome even though it looks brown in the pot. It's a very nuetral and pretty peachy-nude on me and feels really wonderful on. I really like these lip pots and they are very much worth the price unlike some other glosses that are just regular tacky WnW type gloss. These pots are artsy on the countertop and so pretty on. I really recommend giving it a try.

This color reminds me a lot of Vincent Longo nude lipstain. The consistency of these is really nice and provides color as well as moisture to your lips. A pretty neutral lip color.

I love this. It comes in an extremely cute and highly practical little pot, which opens up to reveal what looks like a chocolately brown color with a hint of peach. On my lips this becomes a much lighter, and much 'peachier' colour. It's a beautiful shade in a very nice formula, that's light and creamy (not greasy or waxy) with reasonable staying power. This makes your lips look dewy and soft, as opposed to gleaming wet, and has a very comfortable feel. I really look forward to trying the other colours!

I love this color on my C4 skin, it's a great nude color. I use Sephora jumbo liner in Wood under this gloss and it makes the color last. I recommend applying with a lip brush.

I didn't know that this was a tinted lip balm. It has the best texture ever- really soft and creamy and light on the lips. I absolutely love it. The only problem was the color (poire)- it is orangey on my lips. I will have to try another color...

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. i tend to stay away from potted glosses since you have to use a brush and sometimes its just too much effort but this one is great. The pot with the designed lid is gorgeous! Poire is a odd looking terracotta shade in the pot but glides on a beautiful YLBB nude brown with hint of peach. Great with my NC30 skin. These are nicley pigmented too, i thought they were going to be really sheer but they have a nice amount of coloring. Moisturizing too.And the color will last several hours, even through a light eating. NO scent, kinda remind me of the NARS lacquers which i also love! Retail for $16 and a great product!

I love how moisturizing this feels. On me this is a beautiful YLBB shade, perfect for fairskinned redheads.

EDIT: since I started wearing this I've had alot of compliments and even people asking me what I'm wearing on my lips because it is so perfect. I can't recommend this enough. This is my holy grail!!!!
