Breaks me out, contains alcohol and makes my face sting. Is not as moisturising as drugstore alternatives. My skin is pretty sensitive and has reacted badly to Clinique's creams, but I think this is not as good and even more expensive. Disappointed.

I currently use an organic drugstore moisturiser that's 1/4 the price and doesn't break me out in rotation with this very expensive night cream to minimise its inflammatory effects on my skin - although I'm tempted to toss it entirely as it is giving me occasional breakouts even when used sparingly. Will not repurchase when it runs out.

This absorbs really quickly and looks lovely under make up. The smell is amazing as all Biotherm moisturizers are.
After reading a lot of reviews about breaking out from using this moisturizer, I'm not sure if I've broken out from it seeing as my skin is experiencing hormonal acne.
I find it isn't as moisturizing as I would like however the feel of it when you put it on your skin feels very smooth for a gel.

This line of Aquasource gave me the WORST case of cystic acne of my life. I discovered it in my mom's stash of stuff she doesn't use anymore, and unfortunately I found out why for myself. It gave her very bad cystic acne too. I just read up on Biotherm on beautypedia.com and this stuff is obviously not "natural" as they would like consumers to believe!! It is FULL of awful ingredients that are bad for skin!! I avoid this entire brand like the plague because every product I've tried has given me depression-inducing painful cystic acne, and I have otherwise great skin. Well, at least now I know why and it's not just me. There are obviously a lot of other reviewers who've had the same unfortunate experience. Even to those who don't have bad reactions to this.. why not put something with healthy ingredients on your face instead of something that has ingredients known and proven to cause harm in the short and long term? I just don't think companies who sell such products should be in business.

Meh. Did nothing for me. Also using the combined with the cleanser and toner from the same line I still got breakouts, despite this being a gel.

By the way, when is someone finally gonna wake up and create a gel moisturiser in a pump dispenser with an SPF....?!

Nice light hydrating fresh texture. Glides on smoothly, skin feel sgreat, but not moisturizing enough for dry skin. However I loved the smell and will repurchase if I ever want something light for nights out where I just apply a basic light moisturizer, MU and the full skincare regime just before bed. For now, Laneige water bank essence is also pretty good for that.

This is an amazing cream substitute for the summer. I've been using this for years. It's a light gel that makes your skin feel like it's being coated in spa water. It smells great, very gentle to sensitive skin and your face feels moisturized without an oily greasy feeling. This can even be worn under makeup.

I've been using this moisturizer for ages, and while I've changed every other aspect of my regime since then, this baby's been a constant in my life. It is very light and quickly absorbed (very important in Singapore's weather!), and leaves my skin feeling velvety smooth. I really like that the glass jar is made of 40% recycled glass, but at the end of it, it is still a jar and I don't like dipping my fingers into a pot of product, so one point off for packaging. All in all, I love this, and I don't think I'll veer away from this stuff, at least not in the foreseeable future.

Been using this moisterizer for 3 years and I do love it! It's light, fresh but yet provides the perfect amount of hydration for the summer. (I switch to a heavier cream for winters) The only problem is - there's no SPF!! I hate layering sunscreen over face moisterizer, so that's a real negative for me. I've tried to biotherm aquasource with SPF 15 and it felt sticky and dried out my skin. Other than the lack of SPF in this cream - it's great!!

After about 3 weeks of use with Biotherm Aquasource, I can conclude that it's a great moisturiser for summer time and during the day when it's hot. With it's gel-like consistency, it doesn't feel like you're applying a heavy cream. It absorbs quicky into the skin. But I don't find that it does a spectacular job as a face cream.

I have combination skin and I've used this product for years until realizing that it wasn't doing much for my dry patches so I've since moved on to other products. It's good for people with oilier skin, but questionable whether the formula is suitable for those with normal or combination skin. For my full review: http://jealousofmyskin.com/biotherm-aquasource/

This product is smooth and has a nice smell. It absorbs quickly into my combination skin and does not cause any breakouts. Keeps skin moisturised even for night time. This is my second bottle of this product.

This is my favourite moisturiser. I've been through so many, and this one is perfect. Doesn't break me out, isnt greasy, and has diminished my dry spots over time. I'm starting to get more and more into biotherm, although its quite a pricey brand.

This is the best smelling moisturiser ever. It's really light and gentle. I use this in summer or when my skin doesn't need a lot of moisture. The cleanser and toner are also good and I use them together.

I love love love this moisturizer! This is the only one I can ever use. My skin is very tricky in that it's extremely dry and tight right after I cleanse and tone it, but then very oily the second I put a moisturizer on and gets even oilier as the day progresses. This moisturizer is a gel based one so it feels so cool and refreshing on my skin and seriously moisturizes it, not by making it feel oily, but by making it feel natural like how healthy skin is supposed to feel. It soaks into the skin incredibly and no matter how much you put on, it never ever is oily or heavy, it will just take a little longer to soak in, and once it does it feels amazing. At first when yo put it one, it will feel a tiny bit sticky if you use too much, but that goes away in about 30 seconds. The smell is also really nice...nothing that smells fragranc-y or perfum-y...just clean and refreshing. I love it for all year round, especially summer and it's totally worth the price to me. If you get it in the kit with the matching cleanser and toner, the price is actually quite good. The cleanser is also amazing...it never dries out the skin but makes it feel super clean! but the toner is only ok...I like my Clean start by dermalogica toner much better because it never dries my skin out, has no alchohol and has really good natural ingrediants.

I have not tried Clinique's dramatically different gel (which is a LOT cheaper), but I will soon even though the price of it makes me a little bit skeptical about how it performs. Will update this once I've tried it though

****UPDATE: I have just bought clinique's dramatically different lotion and compared to the biotherm, it doesn't even come close! It's very silconish feeling and not moisturizing. If I put on too much it gets greasy while still not moisturizing my face enough. It doesn't have the same fresh hydrating feeling biotherm has and biotherm NEVER gets oily. I'm going back to biotherm once I use up the ridiculously giant bottle of clinique stuff.

I love it. Great for warm humid summers. Excellent for sensitive combo skin. Doesn't cause breakouts on my skin. Smells fresh and clean. Is very cooling and therapeutic with its gel-like texture which you can put in the fridge for a cooler experience. Crap dip-your-finger-in-me packaging which I really don't care too much for. Overall, I will keep buying and I'm not looking for replacements anytime soon.

It's very refreshing and absorbs into your skin straight away.
PERFECT for summer.
Didn't break me out at all but can be quite pricey.
Overall I loved this. Definitely a keeper.

Great products for younger skin. Used it in my 20's and loved the light gel and fresh scent. Hard to find but worth it for oily/combination skin that wants light hydration.

This works really well at first, but for long term hydration, it doesn't work well. I like how it's a gel rather than a cream though, application is clean and easy~

I have been using this product for the past 7 years. I did try a few other moisturisers but I've always gone back to this. I love the gel like texture of this moisturiser, so refreshing and doesn't feel as thick and creamy as other moisturisers.
