Used this product for about half a year. Quite liked it at first cos it gave me the exact amount of coverage i wanted - light/medium (buildable), matte while still giving a hint of radiance to my skin. Blends very well into skin-tone too. However, over time i felt that this, when worn for long hours (> 8hours) every day, tended to clog pores. Oil control, while decent at first application, also lasted for quite a short time (2 hours) before i turned into an absolute oil slick again. Packaging is nothing to shout about - don't like how cheap it looks and too much powder came out of the sifter (completely useless) every single time. Pity this didn't work out too well for me cos like i said, i liked the coverage and how it blended into my skin. I have a refill pack left but i think it'll be a complete waste to just throw it away. I guess this is a semi-decent product to put on my face if i ever need to leave the house for a couple of hours and want minimal make-up. Just make sure to double (triple, if you can) cleanse afterwards.

Been using this for years and still loving it. Great even if use alone. Good oil control and offers slight coverage.

I use this powder everyday when I'm going out without fail. It gives me good oil control for the entire day when I'm outside, even in a humid country like Singapore. It makes my complexion seems better, pores "disappear" after application as well. I'm using the natural beige shade and it's just nice for me, I didn't have an oxidation issue. The price is slightly on the expensive side due to the ordinary packaging and the extremely little amount of powder. The refill is still quite affordable though. I don't like the packaging as the powder spills outside the filler, this resulted in the puff picking up too much powder so I don't bring it out for touch ups. Otherwise, I think this is a good powder, good coverage for a loose powder and with a great oil control.

this powder is indeed light and offers pretty good coverage. however, i just couldnt find the right shade that suited me as i'm in between the light beige and natural beige shades!

also i think this powder started to clog my pores and this resulted in quite severe acne on my cheek area which i never experienced before until i started on this particular product.

will not repurchase.

I really like this powder. Layered over sunblock, the coverage is quite nice and smooth. It can be reapplied without clogging my pores. I have actually exercised with it on without breaking out.
The sifter isn't well designed. It never seems to dispense the right amount of powder. But the puff is nice.

I have been using this product for more than a year and I find it effective for acne-prone skin. Have used other powders before and feel that this is the only one that doesnt cause me any break-outs. Good for oil control but only lasted me half an hour considering the fact that I have really oily skin around my nose. Would definitely recommend it!

The disadvantages include the bulky case that takes up space in my make-up bag and that the powder tend to spill out of the casing. Price wise quite affordable as they offer refills that can be purchase at $39. Powder with box sold at $64 in stores.

Great product. gives a coverage that is higher than most Loose powders but not as much as 2 way cake.

The only thing I wanna complain is that if used daily, It last only probably 2 months at most!

I used to use this product for about a year or so, till i settled with Chanel's loose powders instead. Ettusias powder is not really suitable for my combination skin and tends to gather into oil pool everywhere. With Chanel, i look matte most of the time, and touching up perfected the look while with Ettusias, u cant overdo the touching up, lest u look... patchy. I wont recommend this for tropical weathers, as the talcum settles into the large pores and constant blotting is needed.

I was recommended the darkest colour bec of my warmer skin tone. Powder is finely milled and nice to use but the packaging is a bit bulky (tho it is very cute). Oil control is okay considering my skin is very oily and practically everything I wear melts in this tropical Asian weather. May not be a good powder if you are darker than NC30 bec the colours are limited.

This is my first loose powder, so I don't have any brand to compare.
PRO : Light coverage, cute ( but heavy ) packaging and leaves my skin luminous.
CON: Not so oil-controlling, still needs blotting.Reapply may look caky. Not sure if it is a culprit for my acne or not, but I had a mild breakout after using it.

this loose powder doesnt break me out. AT ALL. enough said. it is a god-sent for all girls prone to breakouts. i just love love love the stuff from ettusais.

using this in conjunction with dan kern's clear skin regimen (www.acne.org) the result is brilliant. i hardly break out now. even if i do (the once-a-month hormonal ones), they die down in a day or so. discovering dan kern's clear skin regimen and ettusais has totally changed my life!!! im serious!

FYI, i've been following the regimen for more than 6 months now and using ettusais for about 3 months now. my skin is in an even better condition since i've started using products from ettusais =')

UPDATE (21 June 2008): still following Dan Kern's regimen (it's been 2.5 years now) and i rarely break out now. so i've switched from Ettusais to La Prarie (powder foundation) and Jill Stuart (loose powder). i've never been happier :)

Im really not sure what this is doing for me. All i know is that if i pile on too much i look like a chalk-face. However i have to say it does help alot in oil control. I stopped this for a day and went back to my Loreal True Match pressed powder, and i was a oily frying pan face by noon. Then i realised how good it was at oil control. Coverage is almost zero, maybe thats not what it's meant for. Anyhow im not sure if i would repurchase, until im finished with it and i can find another highly raved about loose powder. Its also fricking expensive for a loose powder! SGD$$66!

EDIT: its been a year and this powder has finally run out. I have moved out of the Ettusais phase and im not looking back. This powder makes your skin look dry and rough! If you dont believe me, try it on your hand, then walk to a Clinque and Shu counter and try THEIR powder. Then you will know what im talking about. Worst of all, this ettu kid's play powder costs more than Clinique and Shu's. Ive grown up and realised that Ettusais is nothing but fancy packaging and gimmicks targeted at young girls.

i bought this product right after i've cleared all my pimples. i wanted to use something light and would not break me out. so far, i really love this powder. it gives a light coverage but reduces pore size and even my skin tone. i love it, but a bit too pricey and the packaging is way too bulky to carry around :-( i will try DHC's face powder since i trust DHC's product and its way cheaper.

Decent light coverage for face when I'm not using foundation. Lurve the cute pinkish packaging..looks like marshmellows. The puff is real soft and nice. However it didn't offer much oil control for me despite what it claims to do. Didn't cause any outbreaks for me though. Also made my skin real smooth. Would buy it again when I finish the current one.

I have just bought my first refill of this after shopping around almost a whole day looking for (better) alternatives. I didn't find anything that beat this for colour (i get the Lucent shade for my NC25 skin) and finish.

It is v easy to use and seems to disguise rough patches (which i didnt know i had till i tried on shu uemura's loose powder which also smelled like dust!). I thought the refill at S$38 was pricey, esp since u still have to buy a powder puff at S$11, which they shud ideally throw in with the refill pack. The pack only comes with a new net sifter.

The casing for this product is big and bulky and definately not travel-friendly. If you're traveling with this stuff, be sure to screw the lid on tight (between the puff and powder, it comes with the compact)
other than that, the stuff is great on the skin and very natural looking. Kinda on the pricy side.
