Bought this from the great reviews here on MakeupAlley when B&BW was having their sale. Good thing I only bought one. Like the reviewer below, I have dry skin on my body (my face is combo), and I have used Dove unscented for many, many years. Tried this hoping it would be more moisturizing than Dove. It ain't. As previously stated by reviewers, the bar is very large and cumbersome. It is expensive and doesn't do anything that Dove doesn't do. Sorry, no sale. I threw away the partially-used bar and went back to Dove unscented. Everything else I have tried from True Blue Spa has been outstanding.

Didn't care for this at first but stuck with it to see if it would grow on me (or at least to use it up so I wasn't wasting my money). I quite like it now, I was previously using Dove beauty bar unscented but wanted to switch to something else. I have very dry itchy skin (body wise) with various problems (psoriasis, acne, KP, it's not good). This soap has helped a bit, it hasn't made any huge different but it doesn't dry out my skin either which is what I was looking for. I think that for my skin no soap/wash will add the kind of moisture I need but I at least want something that isn't going to make things worse. I hate the scent and I think it's overpriced which is why the 4 out of 5. Overall this is one of the better body cleansers I have used. Would repurchase.
Edit - picked up the much cheaper, Exact body bar (available at Independent Grocer) and it works better and smells better (I picked up a ginger scented one and a melon one). Keeping the original review and rating as is just wanted to add this.

Based on reviews here, and the buy 2 get one free promo at B&BW, I tried this soap. It's very moisturizing, creamy, lathers well, and has an unobtrusive scent. Definitely a product I'd like to keep around. Especially during winter months when my skin is so dry. A little pricey, but the bar is quite large. I went back to the website to purchase more as last minute Christmas gifts, and it's disappeared into thin air. I called customer service only to find it's been discontinued, but will possibly be reformulated and brought back. Boo!! I really hope, if they bring it back, that the formula isn't changed. Not a thing wrong with it, other than it was only available in the jumbo size and the packaging was rather utilitarian.
Update....Product is now available online again. No clue why the customer service rep told me this had been discontinued.

Love this shea butter bar. It's perfect for both face and body. Does not irritate my sensitive skin and even seems to clear my complexion. It is huge, but I solved that by cutting it into 3 "easy to hold" chunks. One for my face, one for my body, and I put the other chunk in a ziplock bag and use for travel. It lasts a really long time. I have been using this soap daily for a few years and only had to repurchase once. The lather is nice and creamy and makes skin soft and moisturized. Nice, mild fragrance that doesn't interfere with my lotions or parfums. I will definitely continue to repurchase.

I like soap bars better than gels or creams because of the amount of lather I can get from them. This bar leaves my skin so moisturized and I can even shave with it! I am very happy with my purchase. It also does not melt away as quickly as other soap bars.

I surprisingly like this bar soap. It's a bit on the sweet milky fragrant side but it's very moisturizing, lasts a very longtime, & doesn't leave a film on my skin or tub. I've been a bit lazy to return to BBW to repurchase this soap, so I've picked up a few Pre de Provence soaps online; however I do foresee repurchasing this soap in the near future. 1 lipie off for its fragrance.
For reference, I live in a very dry climate, & have dry acne prone skin.

I love this product! Not only do you get MORE than your money's worth but you get a soap that actually cleans without leaving you dry. True, its size is a bit large but I'd rather have that problem than pay more for less, like so many other soaps. Oh, and the suds are great! I hope they don't go messing with it in the future.

For women in my age category w/dry skin this is a wonderful soap. Can be used for both face & body, & unlike Dove it doesn't melt away, it's long lasting. When Christmas comes I'm going to give this soap along with their body cream to some middleaged women I know who've complained of soaps that suck them dry. You can't beat the price of $6.50 for a 7 oz bar. It's very lightly fragrant (almost no scent), lathers extremely well, & is oh so soft. Some say it has a scent of coconut but I don't detect it cause if I did I would be repulsed by it (I hate coco butter or any coconut scents). A great soap for the winter season, econominal too since you don't need 1 cleanser for face & 1 for body. You can't lose with this 1, it's definately a keeper.

The reviews for this were so wonderful I decided to give this a try when BBW was running BOGO sale on them (even though my soap supply can last years without replenishing at this point), I was shocked - I really did not like it, and I have met very few soaps I did not like. It is huge and hard to handle, it becomes soft and soggy in the shower so it is slimy when you pick it up. It feels somewhat greasy and gave my DH a rash. I have to figure out someone to give the second bar away to!

This is very moisturizing. I usually prefer liquid soaps than the bar form. Other soaps dry my skin out or leave a residue on my skin. Not the case with this one. It smells good, it cleans well without stripping my skin, and you get a big bar which should last you for a while. my favorite so far.

This is very nice for a bar soap. It is HUMONGUOUS and regular price is $5!! I have yet to find a large enough soap dish for it. It lathers well and leaves your skin moisturized. I love the light, creamy coconut scent it has. The massaging bumps are a nice touch, but I wish they could last the entire use of the bar. I'm not sure if I have ever given a bar soap 5 Lippies, but here it goes: 5 Lippies!

This is the best soap EVER!!! I ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ it!!! I have used it for years now and buy 2-3 bars @ a time, especially if they are offering a "freebie" with a purchase of over $10-15 as these are $5 a pop. However, they are HUGE and last forever and do not dry my skin out and keeps it nice and soft. They make a nice sudsy lather and smell wonderful! I will not use any other soap. They stopped making this for a short time and I was so frustrated because I could not find an equal to it. I try to stockpile it, but unfortunately do not have the room for more than a few bars at a time. You must try this if you suffer from dry, tight skin. (Not super dry skin, but just the kind that needs a boost) Like I stated before $5 for a HUGE bar of this. Primary ingredient is Shea Butter.

I love this soap! If you smell the soap directly from the bar, the scent isn't pleasant. At least for me it wasn't. It smells like a mixture of coconut and butter. However, once I wash my hands with it, my hands are left a very light hint of coconut and that's it. I also wash my body with this and it leaves my skin feeling clean without making them dry.

I've never been this excited about a soap. It is AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!! Its fragrance is delicious without being overbearing, it lasts a long time, it is sudsy, I like the size and the massaging bumps.... at the risk of sounding dramatic, I have to say that it has transformed my mornings. I feel happy about even my early morning risings - and I am NOT a morning person by any stretch of the imagination. I just hope that BBW does not even THINK about discontinuing it.

I received this for Christmas and it's great. I tend to not like soap bars for my body but this is really nice. The smell is a nice clean scent and not strong at all. My skin feels extra smooth. When I run out of this I will definitely buy it again!

Even though I have some gels I love, this is my everyday product. I love this bar so much! I have dry and itchy skin and this makes it feel so much better. I love the smell, love the size, and love how cheap it is! A bar lasts a really long time. I actually mix my gels on my pouf with it. Would not be without it!

I got this in a gift and although I agree with the other users about it being hard to hold in the shower, you do get quite a good amount of product for your money. I prefer shower gels to soaps usually, but this bar leaves my skin feeling super soft and silky. I don't mind the smell, in fact the scent it leaves on my skin is a very clean fragrance. Great soap!

I bought a couple of these huge bars on sale 80% off and just unwrapped one last week. It's hard to hold on to in the shower, but I successfully partially wrapped it in a bath pouf. Lathers great and washes away clean, yet leaves skin moisturized. The scent is pleasant, yet very sublte (enough so that my bf can use it and not feel girly). I like the massaging bumps too. Overall, very nice soap!

Awesome soap. On par with my favorite Fresh petit soaps. Very moisturizing, long lasting, and lathers well. The massaging nubs on the bottom are cute, but wear away quickly. My favorite part is the gorgeous scent... milky and sweet, yet subtle. You can usually pick these up B1G1 at the sale, I recommend it!
