Also known as Vetiver Frozen. The "cooling agents" smell like a touch of menthol. The top notes are citrus-clean, sweeter than the original vetiver, and there's a nice green-herbal-minty aspect that carries into the drydown. As it dries down, it smells closer to the original Vetiver, but without the musky-warm bits (original Vetiver has tobacco, red pepper, and cedar). Smells like it was made to wear with linen as opposed to tweed (original Vetiver smells like wool and tweed to me). It's kind of simple, but sometimes in the heat of summer simple is what I want.

Guerlain's
Vetiver
Eau Glacée is much better than the
old-fashioned and much too peppery and mossy original version. The
pepper, moss and tobacco notes are much lighter in this version,
while the stronger and more sparkling citrus notes add a fresh and
soapy feel to it that smells pretty good. They share many of the
same base notes, but the dry down of the Eau Glacée version
smells much less heady, dark and earthy and instead smells more
modern, fresh and even slightly metallic. While it didn’t blow
my mind, I still really enjoy it. Again, much better than the
original. 3.5+ out of 5.

I tried it at a Guerlain counter today. The SA even gave me a sample. This is also known as Frozen Fragrance. The description on the carded sample is quite faithful. "An icy breath, both fresh and woody. A refreshing reinterpretation* of Vetiver. Icy citrus top notes (bergamot, lemon). A cool, spicy heart (pepper, neroli). A sensual and refined base (vetiver, tonka bean).
* Thanks to the addition of cooling agents."
But don't be fooled by the word "icy". It is not really so, I would say it is very cool, very fresh. The original Vetiver is way too strong for me. This one seems to be more approachable but I am still not impressed. I will let this one pass. Those who are looking for a summer fragrance may like it.
