Product - Creamy stick eyeshadow in "lightly charmed gilded green" and I don't really know what that is supposed to mean. I'd call it a bright spring green with subtle golden shimmer. Texture is smooth and creamy and easy to work with - it doesn't tug on delicate eyelids when applying. Pigmentation is very good. Staying power is excellent and hard to smudge once it sets.

Comparisons - MAC Fluidline in Sweet Sage is a darker green with more olive tones.

Packaging - Fat automatic pencil type packaging where you twist the body to feed product up. Cap and casing are matte black plastic, with the last 1 cm on the butt end colored to represent the color inside.

Overall - Great product. Fun shade for gals who can wear bright greens.

My shade stick mysteriously broke in two. A part of me is inclined to blame my best friend, but the other, bigger part of me likes to think that this time Mac did not bring it's A-game.

The pay off is really weak on this colour. It looks sublime in the twisty pen device but on my lids, there's barely anything. I could just apply with a heavier hand, but I like my eyelids so I don't see myself bashing my delicate skin in when other brands pay-off extremely well with the lightest touch.

I wish I could love this product. It's MAC, it's the perfect green - but it sounds like I must have got the older, chalkier formula or something. This takes quite a while to warm up to apply and drags across my eyelids. I don't wear it that often because it makes my eyelids look crepey and old - and I'm 20! It is the most divine colour though and when I do wear it, it lasts all day. I'll keep trying!

I may have liked the packaging better if I had purchased a full sized one. I got this in a package of four for $15 from a Mac Sale.

This is a loverly green colour that I will sometimes wear under eyepopping as a base or other brighter green colours i own

This & Sea Me shadestick r the newest 2 my collection, & I think that MAC finally changed the formula of their shadesticks, coz honstly they r sooo creamy, long lasting and gorgeous, not like my Pink Cotour or sharkskin which felt like applying chalks 2 my lids.

One of my most used shadesticks! Lucky Jade looks phenomenal on my brown eyes. This to me is similar to Springtime Skipper or Juxt .. it's a light to medium acid green with an very light olive tone. This looks amazing worn alone with black liner, or as a base under any of my warmer greens. This also looks great as a wash with Bronze or Mulch e/s in the crease! I love the texture, the smooth application and the wear-without-creasing aspect of these. Also makes a great eyeliner on my lower lashline! One of the few shadesticks I've almost finished!

this color is so great under my green eyeshadows!! oh my, it makes my greens pop!! i wear it under juxt and meadow (which i think is discontinued). perfect. i think like my lovely penny shadestick this one is also discontinued too. i'll find a similar paint pot that i can wear when this runs out. i feel paint pots are similar just different packaging. the key to the paint pots i think is the brush you use.

This shadestick goes great with "Penny" for hazel eyed gals or perhaps green/brown eyed women too.

It's just like "Penny", which I reviewed as well, just another color. I do agree with another reviewer about it going on easier, and it is more of an olive tone than "jade". I consider jade to be a deep, rich green, and I consider this more light, natural green like in my review picture.

Great product! : )

This is a gorgeous color, love it. It is a little rough on the skin, but I don't care.

I think this could be my favourite shadestick, this seems to go on easier than others (but maybe its just luck of the draw) however, it seems less Jade than Olive (when I compare it to So There Jade powerpoint) but that doesn't matter, this gives a great emphasis on lower lashline to a neutral look, great for work!

this is the first shadestick i have which i got from a lovely swapper. it's a great base for green e/s. i found that the product glided easily on my skin if i warmed the shadestick between my hands. the color itself is a pretty light green color and can be worn by itself. i would repurchase this again but in a different color because i dont wear green too often

This is a beautiful pale golden green which looks very pretty on its own as a lid wash. But I got this to use as a base under green pigments and e/s, particularly MAC Metal X in 6th Sin. Haven't tried this with 6th Sin yet, but I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will do the trick of preventing creasing.

I use my finger to apply for a nice wash of color, and it's set very quickly once applied. It makes green pigments and e/s POP, so I love LJ for that!

UPDATE: I used LJ over UDPP, then applied MAC 6th Sin all over my lids and I got no creasing or budging at all! I officially love this shadestick and will use it as my green e/s base from now on. I also look forward to using this by itself because it is such a pretty color...

This makes a really good base for eyeshadow, especially pigment. I was impressed by the green colour and the shine, and the texture is smooth and slightly waxy so if you put a powder product on top (i.e. pigment or eye shadow) it sticks really well, and the colours blend really nicely. I am impressed! I would recommend trying out a shadestick at the MAC counter.

The SA tried this on my eyelid..and I'm in love straight away. Been wanting to try the shadestick for so long..and finally I did. I love the color, and they said the staying power is wonderful. so far so good.

I ADORE this gorgeous sheer green non metallic shimmery e/s. I am a brown skinned AA with reddish undertones and I was afraid to wear green e/s. This color is my new favorite. Also, it looks completely gorgeous with black or brown eyeliner.

I'm a firm believer in shadesticks... I adore them for a base or to make particular colors "pop!" This one does just that for all of my greens, whether it be as light as Pastorale or as dark as Emerald Green (or even as yellowy as chartreuse), it's a MUST for making those greens stand out that much more!

This is a very pretty shade on its own, but it tugs at my lids and is not very easy to apply. I used it as a base when I recently used steamy and club. It made the colors pop and my eyes looked great, but I feel that my MAC paints and Laura Mercier creams work a little better as a base. The one thing I love about thsi shadestick is how it makes the colors pop just a little more. For that reason alone I want to buy more, regardless of the tugging and uneven application!

I had bought an e/s in Swimming, but for me, it went on kind of sheer (I guess i'd be an NC20 or NC25). To remedy the sheerness, the MAC rep suggested I get the Lucky Jade shadestick to layer underneath as a base. WOW....the two shades layered together are really amazing. I wore my new colors for the first time yesterday and got compliments from complete strangers - including a salesperson at Sephora. Color me happy!

The shadestick is creamy and easy to apply and blend. In addition to using it for a base for Swimming, I use it as an eyeliner for lower lids and it looks fantastic.

This is one product I wish I didn't get. The color is chalky, it doesn't blend well and it doesn't make my green eyeshadows pop. It creases and fades, and I just don't like it. I haven't tried shimmermint s/s I heard that's better...but I picked up Chartru paint and that's amazing. Skip the Lucky Jade shadestick and try something else.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!! Have been using the ShadeStick in Lucky Jade and Taupographic and they are awesome. I was a big fan of Bobbi Brown's Creme Shadow Sticks (before she discontinued them) but even those didn't have the staying power of the MAC.

My *newest* favorite eye using this color is: Lucky Jade on the lid, topped with Urban Decay shadow in Shattered (blueish green), lined with Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Covet, framed with black Diorshow Mascara. HOT HOT HOT I tell you!!! I dust a little NARS Fathom under the brow and I'm good to go. This gives a lovely mermaid-y effect.

Obviously I would definitely repurchase and can't wait to try other shades!! :)
