I have the "lite" version of this shampoo/conditioner. I really like it. This cleans my hair very well without weighing it down or leaving any residue. It makes my naturally curly & thick hair easier to manage & easier to straighten, (since I usually straighten my hair). I also love the smell. The only complaint I have is that the bottles should be bigger for the price. Overall, I will definitely buy this again.

I love the grape smell of this. It made my entire shower smell fruity! Second, I love the bottle cap and how it pops open.

Now, I really like the product, too. It does weigh my hair down a tad but it makes my hair super soft and shiny. I'd probably buy this again.

I've been using this Shampoo (and Conditioner) for about 3 months now, and it is hands down, one of the best sets I have ever used. I have very thick hair with a tendency to be dry and "thirsty" and this wonderful set gives my hair so much moisture, it's divine. I do however, use a seperate shampoo once in a while so as to make sure my hair doesn't get used to it but otherwise, this is an amazing product. Only downside is it needs a pump but atm I'm using a squeezy plastic bottle I bought seperately and it's perfect.

I love this shampoo. I originally got a small "to go" sample of it from trade secret for $2 after smelling it. Gosh this shampoo smells amazing! I then found it at t.j.maxx for $5, so I thought hey why not?

I love it. The smell, the smoothness, it's amazing! I also love the cap, lol. You just press it and the lid pops up! No longer do I have to struggle to lift up the cap of any other shampoo bottle with my slippery wet hands from the shower.

The only reason why I won't be buying this again is because I switch up my shampoo and conditioner everytime I run out. Just so my hair doesn't get "immune" to the shampoo.

I love this shampoo - it's done wonders for my hair. My hair is coloured, thinning and fine. I was losing a lot of hair when I shampooed lately and my hair was always breaking. This product came to the rescue and has healed my hair making it more managable, stronger, silkier and it's growing in thicker and stronger! WoW! What I love most is that it doesn't build up on my scalp - ever. I use it everyday - usually I get a build up with formulated shampoos and my hair gets lank and the folicles get plugged up with product. This shampoo removes everything, leaving my scalp feeling fresh and clean, without stripping. From wash to wash my hair is silky and feels great. It doesn't lather up like it's full of detergent, but it does lather, and cleans my hair perfectly. It feels good upon rinsing out - silky and clean - no desperate need to grab the conditioner. I just have the shampoo - bought it at winners for $7, so I went back and bought the other last bottle they had because I knew I would want to keep using it. Smells great too. I don't have the conditioner - I use Paul Brown Resurrect conditioner.

I'm kind of surprised by the bad reviews! I had an absolutely excellent experience with this product. While it is expensive for a small amount of product, only one tiny little squirt of shampoo washed my hair fine. It made my hair absolutely soft, not so much silky, but it detangled it as well. I got a lot of compliments when I used it every day and people requested to touch my hair. It even made it look brighter because of how soft it was. One bottle lasted me two months with about everyday use and I have been looking for it in stores since but I just can't find it! I would love to get my hair that beautiful again.

I got this shampoo & conditioner for a birthday gift 2 months ago. At first, I really liked the fruity smell, but I am used to expensive shampoos having thick conditioners - this one was thin and you need to use a lot of it. After a few washes, I was noticing my hair texture start to change (it is long & color treated, but still great hair). My hair was feeling brittle and my scalp would feel itchy after my shower. Also, I was noticing more hair loss (I'm assuming because of the scalp issues). I do not have sensitive skin, so I know this isn't an allergy issue. I kept using the product, not understand how awful it was. But last week, I switched back to Bedhead Moisture Maniac, and my hair is back to normal. I love Bedhead Moisture Maniac, but I am still looking for something else because sometimes you just get tired of the same orange smell.

I will never use this Sexy Hair product again. I won't use the smoothing lotion I received with it either, because it also just made my hair feel brittle, dry, and even sticky.

I loved the smell of this shampoo, but hated the way it performed. I bought it after a stylist friend had used it on my hair. She obviously put some other product in my hair that counteracted this dud of a shampoo. It would not lather well no matter how much product I used. It left my hair unmanageable, not silky at all. Something about this product made my hair almost sticky. I would never, ever use this again.

OK---so many great things about this.
1. It smells amazing
2. It feels so great lathering---nice and lathery for those who like it that way.
3. Rinses totally clean
4. Leaves hair silky smooth in the shower
5. Smells amazing
6. Smells amazing...

haha It is kind of a fruity/sweet smell. Whatever it is, I love it and I got a great deal at a discount beauty store---10$ for a huge liter bottle. The only thing I would change is to give it a pump because with the bottle being as big as it is, it is kind of annoying to have to pick it up and squueze the product out. Oh well...for 10$ its def. worth it. <3

FYI, I have very thin, damaged, overprocessed hair. I got this for 9.99 at Marshalls. It smells nice but it's awful. It doesn't smooth my hair at all..in fact, my hair felt a lot more dry after I rinsed it out. I also tried it with the Silky Sexy Hair Leave In Remedy and together, they were absolutely horrible. My hair came out a lot more frizzy and poofy. Reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like this works better if you already have decent, halfway smooth hair but if you need a lot of help, you should probably skip this. I should've known not to buy this..I've tried other Sexy Hair Concepts products before and they never worked well with my hair. I've tried much better smoothing shampoos..Davine's Love Smoothing Shampoo is so much better..I just wanted to see if there's a cheaper alternative that works as well.

definatly not that ballin. i was expecting a great product to match the great fruity pebbles smell of the shampoo and conditioner and i also had high expectations because everything else sexy hair i've used has been amazing. but the silkysexy hair shampoo and conditioner just didnt cut it. i have waist legnth long hair that isn't think but isn't thin. the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling weird, like there was too much product in it, but there wasn't any product at all! i guess if you go from using herbal essences to silkysexyhair, you see a difference, but i went from using KMS silksheen shampoo and conditioner to the silkysexy hair shampoo and conditioner and it was definatly dissappointing

A friend recomended this product for me so I bought the shampoo and conditioner in a set for about $13. I really like it. I straighten my hair 2-3 times a week and also dye it so it is usally really snarly and frizzy before I straighten it. This shampoo made my hair so soft. I could tell it was working just after rinsing it out. My hair felt so smooth like I didn't even need a conditioner. After drying and straightening my hair it still felt really soft and looked shiney. I really like this stuff and it's not too badly priced.

EDIT: So after two days of using this my hair devloped a film over it no matter how hard I tried to wash this stuff out. It felt like there was product stuck in my hair....so gross. My hair also became really dry. ICK.

The thing that gravitated me towards this product was the scent of it. I really love the scent of all the Sexy Hair products so I decided to try this shampoo. It really smooths out my hair, but I found it a bit hard to lather when washing. I would buy this product again if I had $13 to spend on a pretty slim bottle of shampoo.

Terrible stuff. I've never had a shampoo dry my hair like this did. I used it for a week and my hair was horrible and staticy and flyaway so in the trash it goes.

PERFECT product. Well, perfect for my anyway. This product is honestly perfect for people who have thin hair (each individual strand) but yet have a lot of it. I have pretty straight hair naturally, also. And if your hair is dry on top of all that, this product is just even better. You will LOVE it. All other types of hair don't seem to though, from what I've heard.

I was really hesitant to buy this at first, but the lady who works at the salon I always go to INSISTED that I buy this product. I had never tried this line or bigsexyhair, so I was thinking "Why buy this when I can go buy Redken or something else? I don't want to destroy my hair." She kept insisting & there was a 2-for-1 type of sale for the shampoo & conditioner, so I bought it in addition to my regular ones.

Pretty much... I LOVE IT. It's my new staple. My hair is not weighed down, but it definately clean. There are no frizzy or flyaway hairs either. Moisture is restored and it's good for color treated hair as well. I recently bleached my hair (highlights) a few times after I started using this product & this product helped to restore my moisture loss as well. My color is still vibrant and left unchanged from before. Silky, shiny, PERFECT hair. It really does wonders- trust me.

On top of all that, it has a nice scent & texture.

I decided to buy the Silky Sexy Hair Shampoo and Conditioner when it went on sale for $9.99, and it isn't such a terrible purchase. I really like this shampoo and the way the water runs through my hair after I use it. It gives my hair a nice feeling that it has never had before. This is def. one of the better shampoos I have used.

UPDATE: This was the first salon shampoo that I've ever used, and now that I have tried others I have something to compare it to, therefore new comments...I find that it doesn't lather up quite as much as I'd like it to, but it does make my hair feel silky...and sexy ;)
