This is simply a wonderful neutral medium matte brown eyeshadow. This is and should be a staple in anyones eyeshadow collection but Anna Sui goes on so smooth and silky. I would definitely purchase this again (if I ever run out!)

First of all, I'm a sucker for Anna Sui's cute packaging. I'm not crazy about the rose scent, but it's nice. Color 501 looks a bit dark in the pot but on me it looks like a soft cocoa brown: pretty, subtle, and very blendable. The texture's wonderful too. I just wish her shadows didn't have the rose imprint, I'm always hesitant to dip into that lovely thing.
