Yay, glitter. Not much to say about it, is there? This product is a jar of relatively fine, white, sparkly, good old glittery glitter. Can't get it to stick to an eyeshadow for the life of me. Plus, bloody expensive for what it is - aka just glitter. Flecks of sparkle. And a pretty neutral sparkle at that, I don't see the "gold" in it, or any other color. I find no difference between this one and the Reflects Pearl one. It's all white glitter. Don't get me wrong, I like the product very much; I'm just bitter about the absurd amount of cash I had to dish out for just glitter (can't say it enough). Oh well, what's done is done; now that I have it, I do enjoy it. Can't really fault it for falling off either. Unless I find a way to tame it (like a sticky base), glitter will be glitter. I'd just prolly go for something less pricey next time, since I use it so seldom.

One word...Gorgeous!! I bought this the other day @ the NYC Pro store & used it last night! I put it with retrospeck from lid to brow bone saddle in the crease handwritten in the outer corner & padded the gold on the lid & added feline eyeliner! It came out so pretty!! I said I wouldn't buy it again because its a lot of product in the package even though I don't really care for the package, I wish there was a sifter so that if it did spill it then so much wouldn't spill out. And the price is expensive about $21.50 a little more expensive than regular pigments!!

i got this in one of the holiday sets. at first i thought i was never going to use it. i mean, glitters on your eyes? nah i'll pass. but then it was during the holidays and i figured, why not? i should do something extra. so i grabbed it, used it and OMG it's so pretty. it's so finely milled and it just makes your eyes look shiny. i would love to try more of MAC's glitter :)

This is breathtakingly beautiful! I would repurchase over and over again but one jar lasts so long I have not yet needed too. I apply this to add dimension to certain eyeshadows and it is nothing short of amazing.

This is insanely gorgeous! I wore it for a dance performance and it was just beautiful! I love it because it doesn't have obvious glitter hunks, just super sparkly pieces that reflect light like mad. If you apply sparingly the sparkles are spaced out quite nicely. Great for the browbone (I wore it over vanilla pigment) and for the upper cheekbone. The color is a light gold that looked nice on my very fair skin - it's not too warm. Must.....get.....more.....reflects......

I've fallen in love with the reflects line, and gold is one of my favorites. The glitter is soft, not over the top at all. You can add it on top of many different shadows to create an interesting and beautiful eye look with demention. I would buy this product again,no question asked.

Get this.

Seriously.

It's the BEST golden glitter I've ever tried. Why? All you see is the reflect, not the actual glitter, which makes it great for photographs too. You don't have all these little dark specks. It will last forever and it makes a wickid liner too!

I freaking LOVE MAC Reflects Gold glitter. Unlike their regular glitters, the reflects are incredibly finely milled, and are just easier to work with, and more subtle to wear.

Reflects Gold appears to be a light ivory in the container, but once applied .. has a gold flash that's just incredibly soft and beautiful! This definitely warrants using either wet or with the mixing medium for better application, but it's so worth that extra little step for the gorgeousness of it once applied. Looks stunning used wet on the lid just above the lashline for added sparkle that doesn't look to over the top.

I can't recommend all of Mac's reflects glitters highly enough. They're basically glitter that's ground into a powder form that has an intense sparkle and the staying power of a pigment. Of course, the usual rules apply: you MUST use a base and you must use a brush with firm fibers and pack the glitter where you want it to go. These glitters are great for people who aren't comfortable using chunkier products around their eyes, or for those who aren't experienced with glitter in general.

In addition to using these around the eyes, they're great mixed in with hair gel, body lotion, lip gloss, or nail polish.

I absolutely LOVE Reflects Gold!!!! It's soo easy to use and a very very tiny bit goes a very very long way. I'll have this stuff until I die. I usually pat it on top of a neutral look.
My goal is to collect ALL of the Reflects glitter MAC has available. LOVE THEM!

my friend on here had given me a vial of this last year and i can't believe i've never rated this! i LOVE this. one of the prettiest m/u i own. it's glitter but it's so fine that it's so much easier to work w/ than other regular glitter. i mix this w/ lipgloss..add it to my eyes when i want some sparkle. it looks white in the vial but when on eyes..when light hits it..it sparkles gold. so pretty and so many ways to use this. will buy a full size when i run out.

I love love love MAC Reflects Glitters. I think I have almost all of them. This is a lovely fine gold glitter. Its super sparkly and shiny. Not sure if its eyesafe but I use it near my eyes with no problems so far. I don't think I'd line my eyes with it or anything. There is enough glitter in these pots to last a lifetime I think. I've had mine for two years and haven't even made a dent.

I got this with the holiday pigment sets 07 and let me say, this stuff is BRILLIANT! It's basically clear, finely milled glitter that flashes gold. I use a bit of Mixing Medium to put this to the inner and outer corner of my eyes whenever I need some sparkle (I know it's not eyesafe...). You have to look at this under various lightings, I just can't keep my eyes off those sparkles and glitz! So glamourous and gorgeous. A little goes a long way so the small vial will last me ages. If you have access to a Pro Store, go get this! It tops every look off!

I got the sample of this as a present, and I am glad that I got it, 'cause otherwise I would not consider buying a glitter.
It really looks beautiful on my lips, until now I've been just mixing it with a lip balm.
Once I am definitely going to buy this one.
It is a white glitter reflecting gold.

I got this as part of the 2007 Curiousitease holiday pigment set in warm. I am pretty surprised that I actually like this. I personally would have never purchased a glitter product on my own, but this is certainly a worthy addition to the train case. Make no mistake, though. This is NOT shimmer or frost. It is glitter, but very fine glitter. It appears white in the jar, and flashes gold. It's actually fun to use as a wash over eyeshadow to add a holiday look, as a highlight (although I think you need to use precision in placement to be able to pull that off), to add to the tips of eyelashes, or to glitter up the decolletage. I have mixed this with lipgloss, but so far not much of a fan with that use yet. In my hair it kinda looks like dandruff (!) so not good there, either. I have black/brown hair, though, so a lot of things could look like dandruff - I'm sure other hair colors would have more success. The little vials that the pigment sets come in are generous, and I am sure it will take me years to use this product up, as you only need a tiny amount per use. I would gladly take more of these in future holiday sets, but as fun as this is, it doesn't really motivate me to either buy the FS or to repurchase in the future, since it's not a product I would use regularly, other than for going to parties. Nevertheless, I really don't think that anyone who buys this will regret it.

What to add unbelievable fire & sparkle? This is the product! I bought this after a MAC SA put this on my lids in a Pro Store. I was stunned to see glittery, gorgeous sparkly shooting off from my lids. The sparkle is in a nearly imperceptible white base (it seems to lighten if worn over another color). All you see is the sparkle once it's on. Careful--this glitter can go everywhere. I haven't tried this yet in the mixing medium (or visine for that matter) but it might not be a bad idea. (Please check to see if this is eye safe before you wear on your lids).

Perfect. Just, perfect. I'd recommend this to anyone who's looking for an attention-grabbing glitter. This white-gold sparkle (no green or yellow tones) is finely ground, it's even lighter than pigments. I use it mixed with lipgloss or foundation, with lotion or hair gel, and around eyes (though the glitters are technically not eye-safe). Gets EVERYWHERE just from opening the jar, but at least it's a pretty mess. :)
$14 at MAC counters and stores.
