This is a good moisturizer and after a month my fine lines are smoother. But I'm looking for a cream to erase my dark circles, that's why I won't purchase it again.
If you are looking for a fine line reduction product, then go for it.

In an eye cream I look for something that is going to moisturise the under eye area and get rid of fine lines. Puffiness and dark circles aren't something I seek an eye cream to target.
Firstly with Retinol, it is important to use sunscreen.
I have been using this product for a short time - with immediately noticeable results.
Lately my undereye area has been a train wreck! Overworked, dried out winter skin, and a predisposition to using my eyes far too much when I smile have all contributed to this area becoming a problem zone.
Immediately prior to using this product I had been regularly using LP and Estee Lauders eye creams to no avail.
Other creams I have found effective - but not as effective as this - include Shiseido Benefiance, and Payot Contour Yeux & Levres.
Within a much shorter time frame RoC has really zapped away those fine lines. I feel like it has taken a couple of years off within weeks.
I use it once daily (in the evening as it doesn't give great hold to my make up). Make sure you moisturise twice daily as an eye cream can't do all the work alone!

Where I live, this is called 'retin-ox wrinkle correxion anti-wrinkle eye cream'. I'm guessing it's the same thing. The texture is great- smooth, light, but still sufficiently moisturising. I credit this to the hyaluronic acid. It's also great at preventing the puffiness to which I am so prone to...even better than Ginzing in this regard. It's pretty value for money and I like the simple and hygienic tube packaging too. While it hasn't gotten rid of the one fine line I have under my right eye (yet?), but it does prevent my concealer from creasing.

I got this product thinking it would be the answer to my prayers ....get rid of the under eye circles :) but it did nothing after using it well over a month. I would never buy this again or recommended it to anyone.

I had heard such great things about RoC skincare products & their effectiveness for first signs of aging, but after two months of using this product, I am unimpressed.
At 35, I am just starting to notice fine lines around my eyes. As I tend not to drink enough water, when I'm (often) dehydrated, the lines are more apparent, of course.
I've been fortunate to have been able to use cosmesceutical brands such as Kinerase, Murad, and (medispa) Kate Somerville. Prior to my purchase of this so-called corrective eye product, I was using Olay's Regenerist Eye Serum, with relatively good results. I was hoping that the RoC would offer a bit more hydration & repair.
It hasn't. If anything, I'm noticing the fine lines MORE, as well as MORE (almost the beginnings of crow's feet?!) around & under my eyes.
Not at all hydrating, and I very little moisture.
Won't be purchasing this one again, and may send the rest back to RoC (with receipt) telling them so.

I buy this eye cream to erase the first wrinkle under my right eye. It works. I could see the wrinkle becomes less deep. Not bad.

This is my favorite eye cream ever. There only good points about this product, can't complaing about anything.
First this is an anti-agening product who can be used starting with age 30 or when u notice the first fine lines. This product treat wrinkles and also ,the first wrinkles under eye,and it will be a bad ideea to use it before..just in case. This is a product based on retinol that can be used to smooth the first lines..and this is "Intensive anti-wrinkles cream" in tube,15ml.
Is very gentle with my very senstive eyes,i can sometimes use it alone with no other moiturizer on top and still woke up with fine skine.and no dry patches or other dry areea.
The price is decent, the pacakage is better then a jar..and for me it like a miraculos potion with results from first week.
I start to use it one year ago ,iam at the 2nd tube and i can't use it often then every 2nd night.
I will rebuy it again, this is a great product.
On pakage is also saying : for sensitive eyes, non comedogen product.
This are the ingredients:
Aqua,Glycerin,Lactose,Ethylhexyl Palmitate,Hexyldecyl Stearate,PEG-100 Stearate,Glyceryl Stearate,PEG-8,Retinol,Panthenol,Magnezium Aspartate,Zinc Gluconate,Copper Gluconate,Polysorbate20,Stearyl Alcohol,Carbomer,Disodium EDTA,Sodium Hydroxide,BHT,Ascorbic ACID,Clorhexidine Digluconate,Ethylparaben,Methylparaben,Propylparaben.
31august2010 UPDATE:
i quit using this product and replace it with Avene Eluage.
After all most 2years i noticed, next day after i use this eye cream..my eyes are senstive, red, watery in morning..and after awhile, not only in morning i mean all day and sometimes the next day.I did stop using it and my eyes stop to tear and i dont have that strange sensation..like having flue (red-watery eyes, watery nose, snezeeing often).
Now i can say i got an allergy at retinol maybe or just at this eye cream..not sure, maybe i will re-test it after few months.
For me it was important to say here the truth becouse too many people waving about some prods and..forget to update after a while..and when u buy a prod based only on those reviews,u get dissapointed.
Ladys this is a very nice eyecream,i got real results by smoothing my fine lines,i never had redness,or itchy, dry patchs..no milia.Never had on skin any sign of iritation.
I used the first tube with no reactions..and the 2nd tube almost half and now i got this alergy. There is not a rule f i got this sensitivity everybody will have it.
And i dont know if this is the reason but,the first tube i got it in Spain (some Islands i lived before) and the last tube in another country from Europe.I did checked the package..like expiration date and compared the ingredient list..they look same..but didnt check where was made those prods. It could be a reason true.
Overal rating still 5lipies but i will not buy this eyecream again.

I had issues with this the first 3 days i used it and i was very fearful i would maintain the crepey look, however after night and day use, on the 4th day it reversed and my eyes actually looked plumper and more smooth, i still have a few lines, but that is age and previous sun damage, so i did not expect a complete miracle with this, however its been 3 weeks now and they have maintained their smoothness, concealer does not congeal under my eyes or look dry when its applyed over this, i didnt notice alot with the dark circles but mine are not as bad as they were several years ago as i have a better diet and sleep patten, so for someone who has dark circles they may not see strtong results, however the multi correction says it helps so i will try that one next to see if there is a difference, i will continue to purchase this thgouh.

I'm 28 and I don't have any wrinkles whatsoever but I do have terrible dark circles. I usually apply layers of concealer under my eyes and I noticed that the skin around my eyes aren't as taut as they used to be. I find myself having to pull my eyes to apply my eye liner. Well, after a week use of this I noticed that I've been applying less concealer and I found that my skin has become more taut (meaning I don't have to pull my eyes to apply my eye liner). I apply this day and night and have had no reactions to it. For this price I think it's well worth it!! I hope they do something about the cap.

Retinol eye creams seemed to disappear for a while so I was stoked to find this brand at Priceline. It's more than I like to pay but when it comes to eye wrinkles I'm not so strict! This absorbs well and feels 'firming' , I don't have deep wrinkles around my eyes, but this does seem to help minimize the appearance of the ones that are there. It'd be perfect if it contained sunscreen.

Lately I have started to notice fine lines at the 'crows feet' area of my eyes so I thought I would try and nip it in the bud by trying this product. I have to say that I didnt find it particularly moisturizing or that it did anything to reduce my lines but that could be because I had only been using it a few weeks when I noticed that it had started to make some areas of the skin under my eyes come up in red, peeling patches that looked like small chemical burns. I do have skin that is quite sensitive so not everyone will have this reaction I'm sure but I have discontinued using this product and will not re-purchase.

I have read some wonderful reviews of this product so I tried it for the fine lines that are just starting to appear around my eyes. The first night it felt like my skin was burning but I stuck with it (hoping for the magic) until day 8 when my skin was so red, scaley and dry that just touching my skin was too painful -let alone putting this stuff on. It literally bought tears to my eyes!

When I couldn't find my beloved Nivea Q10 eye cream, I decided to try this even though $20 seemed like a lot for drug store eye cream.
Well, this is nourishing, non-irritating and makes the wrinkles around my eyes much less noticeable. I'm on my 3rd tube and my only compaint is the packaging. the tube twists and since it is metal, I'm scared it will split and leak. It also has a bad habit of leaking into the cap a bit.

I love this product!
I've been using it for a year or so, but only started using it regularly during the past month because I had been having problems with dryness around my eye area. After using this the dryness has gone away and I've noticed my eyes looking a lot brighter. It reduces puffyness, and darkness around the eye area.

I tried this because my 82 year ole granny swears by Roc products. She had a Merle Norman store for years and she prefers this over them. I have great skin but my eyes are showing some ageing, so I tried this. It isn't a quick fix, but over time it works, and I am one that wants immediate results. I use this with other eye products(Philosophy, Borba) and not would not be w/o it. It is also cheap compared to other eye products I have used.

I read the spotty reviews on MUA and pretty good reviews on Drugstore.com (which discounts ROC) and I decided to give it a go. It is very light and did not seem like it was doing that much. I have been running through different products all year to reverse the sun damage, years and puffy dark circles that seem to have suddenly appeared around my eyes. I decided it wasn't working that well and moved on to my next experiment, and after a few weeks I noticed the crows feet around my eyes suddenly reappeared, and I thought wow, that ROC eye cream was really working. I started up again and within a week I noticed a difference, and after a few weeks the crows feet are almost completely diminished. I also noticed less dark circles, which I had attributed to another cream, but I stopped using that also and the ROC seems to be helping with all of my eye issues. I had to use this for over two months to really see a difference, so if you want results you need to just be patient and wait it out. Not much works on me, but this one is great!

I am not sure about the results I am having with this product yet but I had to review it because the packaging is terrible. The cap is very difficult to get off and the tube is made of a hard aluminum that has cracked. So I guess my problem with the cap is fixed because I don't have to open it to get the product out. It just comes out through the crack in the side of the tube.
Ok - I am revising my review because I have bought the product again because the packaging has changed. I don't know if I see any improvements but have not found anything else better to try. So I will give it a true test with the new tube.

For me this is a very frustrating product. I am in my early 40's with fairly good skin but a tendency towards broken capillaries. I have the beginnings of crows feet and was given a sample of this. At the end of a week I can honestly say that it had diminished the crows feet, however it had also given me more broken thread veins directly below the eyes. I discontinued the product and the broken thread veins have begun to get better, but it's taking time.
If you have sensitive skin, or a tendency towards broken capillaries, get a sample of this product and try it somewhere less visible before trying it around your eyes.

i'm an asian guy 33 years old with puffy dark circles under my eyes due to lack of sleep and slight lines creeping in. this cream didn't do very much for me besides making lines appear MORE visible for some reason. i've tried my share of eye creams and the best one i've tried for my demographic and goals is kinetin brightening and something eye cream but it's discontinued... so gonna try arbonne re9 now, hoping i can brighten up my eyes again!
