Lovely texture, mild fresh scent. It's great to apply a lot just before bed and wake up with smooth lips. Cute packaging and it's very convenient to keep everywhere (in your bag, pencilcase etc). Has a lovely look on the lips.

I really like this product. I've used Nivea's Repair and Protection for quite a few years now, but I don't think the product is necessarily that great at healing chapped lips or anything. I think the product is best at maintaining smooth lips and also, to give a little slip.

I really like this lip balm. It's not too glossy and looks very natural. It doesn't smell or taste like anything which is good sometimes. It doesn't have SPF so another lip balm for the outdoors is needed.

I work 7 hours a day in an air-conditioned room, and also in my room it has air conditioner too, and this lipbalm doesn't really help my dry lips. It works for the first 30 minutes, but then I have to reapply it. Also it feels weird and doesn't really moisture my super dry lips. Still looking for great lipbalm/lipcare, and The Body Shop lip butter seems great, I'm going to try it and will give a review!

This is my HG lip balm. You could say I'm a bit of a lip balm junkie, because my lips are constantly dry and chapped, and I'm forever searching for that perfect balm that has lasting power and moisturises well enough. I have tried so many brands but Nivea Repair and Protect has to be the best one I've used. It stays on for a long time, doesn't tempt me to lick it off with any smell or taste, and doesn't feel thick or waxy. It moisturises well. But the thing that converted me was its repairing power. I used to have this OCD type behaviour where if my lips were chapped or flaking, I had to pick compulsively at them until there were horrible holes everywhere and they were bleeding. Gross, I know. However, one night I put this lip balm on before I went to sleep, and in the morning my lips had completely healed, with only a few marks left. Luckily I've stopped picking at my lips, but I find myself coming back to this lip balm again and again.

I have extremely sensitive lips that tend to dry out and crack easily, I cant even use vaseline without my lips beaking out in little bumps. This is the only lip balm I have ever found (believe me I've tried them all) that soothes my lips without causing any sort of reaction. I agree with the people who said you need to apply a few coats but other than that I have nothing but positive reviews for this product. I Highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive, dry lips like mine.

I have gone through 3 of these.
Its a good lip balm for everyday use, but i've moved on sadly..to blistex.

But I do like this and I would recommend it to anyone if they have dry lips!

This is probably my favourite of the Nivea lipbalms I've tried. I use it at night before bed and it keeps my super-dry lips moist until morning. You need to apply more than one coat though, I probably draw it back and forth 3 times. I like it way more than Hydro Care, which seems to disappear after half an hour. The smell is inoffensive and non-minty-medicinal, unlike what seems like every other brand of non-fruity lipbalm.

LOVE THIS LIP BALM. this is just about the only lipbalm i will ever buy, i say that because i like softlips (the green one) but the dial always breaks on it. i love this lip balm so much that when it was sold out at my local walmart i bought 6 packs online. theyve since replenished the stock but changed the packaging. its a good uncoloured unscented lip balm which i like, ive heard too many things about the toxicity of fragrance. ive tried all other nivea lip balms and unlike their original this one isnt shiny however unlike their mens version which is matte, this one doesnt cast a white shade on your lips after you apply it, the mens one does. furthermore, the packaging is great, it hasnt broken since ive bought it and it lasts a fairly long time. all in all DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN

Pros
-price (around $2)
-packaging (doesnt break unlike softlips and easy turn style)
-moisure (keeps my lips moisturized for a WHILE)
-texture (glides around like the original nivea, matte finish)
-scent (unscented)
-amount of produce (good bang for your buck)

Cons
-sometimes i cant find it in store

If you're looking for a good cheap lip-balm, this is the way to go! Smoothes my lips and keeps them from flaking. A good base to use under lip-sticks, as the formula of these lip-balms are quite creamy. They don't feel waxy, and don't have a strong scent. For the price, they are definitely worth trying out. :)

im surprised at the high rating for this product. to me, this is just mediocre. not emollient or moisturizing enough for me. i won't repurchase.

This is just like Labello Medicated. It doesn't have any sort of medicinal smell or taste. It's pretty neutral but it does heal lips. Also, it's not waxy like and it leaves a smooth application and has a little SPF. I was so happy that Nivea brought this to the states because it's such a wonderful balm. I hope they bring the rest of the Labello line over.

The best affordable lipbalm...
it provide long lasting moisturization and it does not feel greasy at all...
the smell is also nice and my lips condition improve after continuous wearing... hardly need to retouch and very very suitable to be used before lipstick... never made my lips chapped and my lipstick stays on and did not flaked.

Great lip balm! It moisturizes better than most more expensive lip balms, it leaves my lips smooth and hydrated. And it's cheap!
Update: I guess I was spoiled by Reve de Miel because after I've used that one I realized that this Nivea balm only 'fakes' hydration. My lips feel moisturized only when I have it on, since I have to reapply it every 10 minutes I use up a stick in two weeks or so. I guess I would still repurchase because in case of a lip dryness emergency I will be able to find it everywhere

I don't have super dry lips and i don't really have problems with my lips. I just bought it because i had dry lips at the time. I don't really see the difference with lipbalms.I think they all do the job no matter what brand it is... except for some.. but this one is a average one. The packaging is cute, i like light blue.. and its pretty easy to use! Fin.
