I'm personally not a fan of the Dolly Girl bottles, but I do love the scent of them, and this one is no different. It's like the original Dolly Girl, only more playful and fruitier. Love it!

I like the scent, but it's like a combo of the original Dolly Girl and Dolly Girl on the Beach. Also, the bottle and packaging is so repetitious of the other dolly girl's that it's boring. However, the price is quite reasonable, and the scent is, as usual, quite refreshing.

I love this fragrance... its like my signature scent! I even chose my username after it lol. The perfume bottle is in the shape of a doll head and has lovely swirly patterns on it such as flowers and butterflies. Like with all Anna Sui perfumes, the overall design of the packaging is beautiful. The scent is sweet and flowery. Light and pretty, perfect for summer days...

Smells exactly like some stuff my cleaners use (to clean, not on themselves), ugh. The original is much better. Cute bottle though.

I purchased this from a discount perfume shop online. I just had to have it - I love the Dolly Girl bottles and the perfumes are nice as well. This one is very similar to the original Dolly Girl, but it has a lovely powdery drydown. I love it! Staying power is not great, but I can live with it.

I wish I'd been able to find the reviews before I bought it...nasty. Grapefruit popped into my head as soon as I smelled it. Unfortunately I only found the reviews here when I came to write a rant about it. Bathroom cleaner is another good description. If you like the sephora.com description "soft. exotic. romantic"..skip Ooh la Love and perhaps try a lilac scent from Yves Rocher or Caswell-Massey.
Ugh.

I've never gotten as many compliments on a fragrance as I have on this one! It's just a very fresh, delectable scent that has me sniffing my wrists every two minutes. I also love the kitschy doll's head bottle (although my roommate finds it creepy and won't let me keep it on the bathroom vanity!).

The bottle for this is so cute! I totally love it, it's a fresh and floral scent not too overwhelming but just strong enough so that special someone to get close enough to smell it.

I love love love this one. Of course the packaging is irresistible, but the scent itself is incredible too. It's very fresh and pretty complex. When I first spray, I smell grassy citrus and then it fades to a fresh floral. It seems to be one of those scents that will smell completely different on everyone, so I would recommend trying before you buy.

Grapefruit!!! Lots of it too. That's what I got out of this. It's kind of yummy, but also not what I look for in a perfume. I loved the package, but it's not worth it to me.

When I was preteen I used to wear citrus scents and loved them. I wish I liked this one too.

it is fresh, citrusy scent.. and i can smell floral notes also
at first it might be too strong, but after a while, it's a nice fragrance which lingers around you with its freshness
a plus point, a very pretty bottle! ^^
it's an OKAY fragrance..(not that great though..) quite unique, so you can use it as your signature fragrance (another plus point!)

I got a sample of Ooh la love and just love it! It is fresh and reminds me of lemonade. I will buy a bottle for sure. And the packaging is even cuter than dolly girl.

I think this is pretty new-- I picked it up at Bloomingdales in SoHo and they said the actual launch would be next week.

I gravitate towards heavier, sweeter scents (Belle de Minuit, Hanae Mori) but haven't been wearing them now that the weather has gotten warmer. This fits the bill for a non-floral summer fragrance. Once applied, it smells immediately of grapefruit. Maybe grapefruit with sugar. Ruby Red grapefruit juice... that's it. It's a clean (not "cleaner"!), sweet, citrusy scent.

I agree that it wears off very quickly. I usually apply my heavier perfumes sparingly because of their strength and longevity. With Ooh La Love I am having to spray directly on my wrists and neck for any sort of staying power. As my boyfriend put it, you can't do the "girly-spray-and-walk-through-the-mist" thing with this one. It just won't last.

50 ml of EDT was $45. The bottle is the Dolly Girl head...frosted white glass adorned with black, almost tribal looking swirls and butterflies. I have been instructed to keep the "scary head" out of plain view. But I think it's cute... from beind maybe.
