I have had these quads for a couple of years now and they are fantastic.I keep coming back to them for day and night looks.
They each have a non shimmery color ( no one over 35 should wear shimmer) so look natural but better and have great color pay off.
The packaging is innovative too, a compact with a hinged inner plastic cover over the shadows, twice the protection for them.
I just wish they would come out with new colors soon ( and lower the price)

This is really nice eyeshadow! I love that the colours are matte and seem to have good staying power. I don't do any intense designs, but the dark grey brown is good for a bit of smudged liner. I have the sandbar palette, who's colours are all matte and neutral. I like more basic, classic makeup, so this is perfect. The packaging is also pretty chic! I wouldn't buy again, because i don't see using this up in the near future!

This review is in response to their quad shadows specifically.
I have two of their palletes, the first is sand/sable which offers four truly matte neutrals ranging from vanilla to mink. I normally hate multiple shadow packs because I end up only using half of them, but in this case it's the PERFECT daytime neutral palette and I use all the colours. The medium tone is great for my brows, the light for an all over wash and/or brow highlight, the taupe-beige for the crease, and the dark for along the lash line. And they are MATTE!!! I am so tired of absolutely EVERYTHING being shimmery these days. To me, wearing shimmer all over your face on every feature is akin to a TV ad with someone yelling at you for 30 seconds. It's just TOO MUCH to have everything at the same volume! Particularly if you are in a professional work environment as I am.
I also ADORE the package. The hinged plastic shadow-protector that is inside the lid is brilliant as far as I'm concerned. The brush is useless as they always are, but it's a GREAT travel shadow kit for anyone who is fair skinned.
The other one I have is in the grey/black family, and while one of the shades has a SUBTLE shimmer, it's a fabulous set with everything you need for a smokey evening look.
As a make-up junkie, I truly love the pigment and wearability of these shadows. Oh, and MAC addicts might be interested to know that this line was formulated by the same Canadians who created the very original MAC line, way back in the early 90's before it was purchased by EL.

got this in florentine pathway and it's pretty expensive for a drugstore brand ($15). the packaging is really annoying because you have to stick your nail in the crack to open it up. the colors don't show up too well and they go on pretty blotchy. will not repurchase.

I really love Quo's eyeshadows. I usually buy the quad palettes and the colours are easy for me the apply and blend, even though I am horrible at applying eyeshadow. The colours are true to what you see in the pack, no need to apply a ton of shadow to get the colour so they last a long time which makes the high price not so bad. I also haven't had much trouble with this product creasing, which is usually an issue for me. Will definitely continue to purchase.

I used Nightlife as a liner, and it stays pretty good. Because i only use it as a liner, its lasted me a long time. Which is good, becasue I remember a couple of years ago they changed their eyeshadows, I'm not even sure I can get Nightlife anymore. And these newer colours don't look as bright.
If they still have nightlife, I'd buy it again.

I went to my Shopper's Drugmart and found this amazing color of pink shadow. I got home excited to try and and was so dissappointed. The shadow looked solky soft but was actually chalky and didn't apply all that well. The beautiful pink color washed out on my eyelids and barely noticeable.

I've just tried the Holiday 2005 Naughty eyeshadow quad and it's amazing. The shadows last all day and the color stays true. Goes on very silky! Great value for your money. I use this everyday!

I heard so many raves I had to check it out, but I have found this only so-so. I prefer Revlon ColorStay, especially the new 12-hour 4-color compacts.

Quo eyeshadows are excellent quality for their price (which is a bit higher than other drugstore brands). The powder is so finely milled, it literally feels creamy to the touch. And they feel very soft and smooth on the skin.

Ironic as it may sound, after working many years at Shoppers, I never gave much to QUO eyeshadows. I just wish they had a bigger selections of colour. They are reasonably priced and have great staying power.

I love their eyeshadows! after reading the reviews on here, i purchased some eyeshadows that were on sale at shoppers drug mart. no creases, no smudgin, excellent quality, price is great when it's on sale.
i will no longer buy eyeshadows from mac anymore. i will be saving $$$ for stuff that's the same quality!
the only downer that you can only purchase them at shoppers.

Quo eyeshadows are amazing... quite likely the best thing to come out of Canada since Peacebuilding!
No, but seriously, these shadows have fantastic, vibrant colors. Colors so rich that they rival the most expensive department store brands. They have great staying power, and don't crease on the lid.
They are worth their weight in gold, and well worth a try. Only drawback: you can only get them at Shoppers!!!

When I first got this product I was very excited to use it but once I had used I was so disappointed. The eye shadow doesnt show up very well and the stay powder was very bad compared to some of the cheaper ones I have. I would recommed maybelline eye shadow..ITs so much better!

I just picked up 3 of these as my SDM is having a clearance sale on some of the old shades right now. They were so inexpensive I had to restrain myself not to buy them all up. Anyways, I love the ones I did get. My favorite shade that I picked up was Trouble. A dark, shimmery copper brown. The only brown eyeshadow I've ever found that really compliments my dark brown eyes. I pair it with the copper eyeliner. These are regularly somewhat pricey, so if you find them on sale you might want to try a few. Update: Out of the 3 shades I purchased the one with shimmer is great, the matte shades I honestly don't like. I live in Canada, it is very dry and cold weather and I while most people complain of eyeshadow creasing, I have the opposite concern as I have dry skin, and the matte shades only served to enhance the dryness, and flakiness, and it didn't matter how much eye cream I used, and I love my eye cream. I also couldn't get the shade Haze to blend properly and it looked really chalky. Love the shimmery shades on me though.

I couldn't find a really nice bright blue anywhere...and then came across the Quo line. I LOVE their eyeshadows! The staying power is amazing. I like using the really bright ones with a wet brush for a bright, metalic look.

Glamour - Shimmery bronze/copper
Glitz - Shimmery light gold
I have both, they are better than the regular mac shadows, and most other brands because they are jet-milled. I despise non-jet milled powders of any kind, as the "particles" are too big. Jet milled is superior, as are the shimmery Quo selection. The price IS cheap ($9.95 cdn on sale 4-5x year at least) you get a decent amount and who care about not getting a stupid sponge, I throw those out anyways, invest in shadow brushes, or you still doing a "grade 7" job!

I bought this in a pretty gold colour as seen in one of the reviewers pics below. The lady at Shoppers told me the quality was compared to MAC so after reading the reviews in productville (of course).. i decided to buy one. My sister bought Mac's Casablanca and I bought Quo's Glow. I think i prefer my sister's Casablance for sheen and lasting power but the Quo was equally just as good. I think I would repurchase in the future though because they are basically indestinguishable and the price of Quo is much better

This stuff is great! Just as good as MAC or better! Very pigmented and easy to apply. Comes in quite a few shades as well! It costs about $15 at my SDM. But I think its worth it because its so silky and finely milled! I'd recommend this to anyone! Has an awesome array of Matte shades too! Love this stuff!
UPDATE: I just bought the last Quo mini eye palette, but it was a CP for an MUAer. I wish it were mine!! it looks so pretty, and I tried out the testers. It comes in a frosty pale yellow, frosty blue-green, and frosty light blue. If only this weren't a LE item and if only they had more so I could get one for myself!!!! :( the item costed $19 at my SDM
