like other reviewers said, this mascara is good for a daily look... it doesnt look dramatic, it doesnt clump.... but im just not sure if it gives length at all, it is a very subtil mascara.... so if you're looking for a mascara that will just give you a natural look, go for it!

this mascara applies beautifully without any clumps and curls my lashes well but it smudges, so no, will not buy this product again

Like the reviewer before me, I have short straight lashes as well. When I apply this mascara (which is my favorite at the moment ^^), my lashes look like they have a natural curl. This mascara curls them while applying it on, so there's no need to damage your lashes with a lash curler. I love the wand of this. It's thick in the beginning, then goes thinner and thinner towards the tip. I got this as a present from my friend, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, if I run out of it.

I've tried a lot of mascaras and I have to say that this is one of the best ones I've tried, even though like all premium products it is really expensive to keep on buying. However, I always reach for it as it looks so natural yet still gives my straight short lashes a lot of length and volume without clumping (its very buildable). I've tried every Dior mascara and this one is def the best, pity they seem to have discontinued it in the UK though because it is a really good mascara.

This is my favorite mascara for a daytime look. Of all the drugstore and high-end mascaras, this mascara provides the best lengthening of my lashes. It does not have a lot of thickening/volumizing qualities, so it works well for the daytime looks I like to wear on an average day. My lashes dry fairly soft, not too crunchy and I have had no problem with clumping. I have used this for several years and hope it will not be discontinued.
When I am looking for something more dramatic/full of volume, I use it with DiorShow to give me dramatically full and long lashes.

I love the size of the brush as it doesnt pick up too much product but gives me enough to coat my lashes in one go. I dont find that it clumps at all and it gives the appearence of long but natural lashes, I cant realy comment on the volumising aspect of it as i have really thick lashes anyway. Its more expensive than my other (drug store brand) mascaras but what else an you expect.
It would be etter if it was water proof but im not that bothered about that.
I only bought it because it was on sale and i liked the shape of teh tube but ill be buying it again - overall a great product.

I like how the brush is super tapered because it makes it easy to reach every lash with minimal effort. That is about the only good aspect to this mascara though. It only gave a hint of length and volume, the look is dull and it required a little more combing than I usually do. It makes for a decent subtle daytime mascara but I wouldn't repurchase it.

I really like the thin wand for catching the tiny lashes at the bottom, however in terms of lengthening this doesn't do very much for my super thin short and straight lashes. I used to use this with DiorShow as recommended by the BA (before DiorShow Unlimited came out...) and the results are not worth the price. Would not repurchase....

I begged my sister for the Ultimeyes mascara last Christmas, and unfortunately I was disappointed. The brush is too thin for me, when I try to apply it, I end up getting mascara on the bridge of my nose, under my lashes...like everywhere except where I need it. The thinness of the brush and the thickness of the formula are a terrible match - my brush constantly has thick clumps of mascara on it which often times falls directly on my cheek, leaving an annoying smudge I have to fix.
I prefer mascaras with a bigger brush, such as Christian Dior's Diorshow mascara.

At first I was going to buy Maximeyes due to better ratings and the guy at the counter said it was his top choice only to find that they were sold out. But I was in need of a new mascara so I just decided to grab this one and I really like this one. I was amazed with how much length it added though it didn't add so much volume, but that's okay. I would give it a 5 but it really doesn't hold much of a curl but that's okay, too. My lashes looked like they had a lot of oomph added into them.

HG mascara. I get outstanding length and really good volume. It does clump just a little, I don't mind that though, that's how good this mascara is. I prefer mascara wands like this one, long, conical and narrow, so I don't get mascara allover my eyelids. The price sucks so I only buy it maybe once a year, but it's worth it. I will repurchase in the future.

I really love this mascara alot. The brush is a long narrow conical shape that tapers at the end. There is no transfer of mascara on my eyelids, yay !! The formula holds the curl from my lash curler, which is a big must have for me. I get great length and great volume from this amazing mascara. It's very similar to my HG Guerlain Lengthening And Curling Mascara, which is mascara perfection. I know that some time in the future I'll buy another tube of Ultimeyes to mingle with all my other mascaras in my arsenal !! I highly recommend this to those of you that don't have a huge amount of lid space to work with, like me.

I was really disappointed. It is so clumpy and does nothing to my eyes. The brush is terrible and when I apply it, I always end up with clumps on the outer corners of my eyes. I would never purchase this product and I advise people not to.

I just love this mascara! It separates, lenghtens and the volume it's amazing! It's a bit expensive, bit I've bought it on 50% sale, and totally worths it. I'm not sure that I'm going to buy it again, because it's a bit expensive, and I like to try new stuffs also.

This mascara works wonders for elongating lashes, but does nothing in way of volumizing. So if you don't have thick, voluminous lashes to begin with, expect LONG, thin, often unevenly-coated, straggly-looking lashes to be the result. It doesn't hold a curl at all and clumps all my lashes together, making them annoyingly a chore to separate (I can get my lashes to look half-decent after brushing out the majority of product with a clean mascara wand after applying this mascara). You can achieve better results with drugstore brands.

I was undecided on whether I would buy this product again. If I didn't care about value for money, I probably would - it's a good mascara. But it's not anything amazing and it is expensive. I got it in brown, and the colour is great (deep black/brown). It goes on with minimal clumping (but I still use a clean wand afterwards to take off any lumps). It does make my lashes look slightly longer (as opposed to Nivea mascara, which was amazingly awful) but the result is not "wow". I'd say it gives a nice, natural result. (But I almost never wear more than one coat of mascara, so I may not do it full justice.) No irritation, flaking or smudging. I could buy this again but I'll try something else next - probably Paula's Choice.

Plus I've been using it for ages...and it's still liquid.

For my straight and short Asian lashes, these work fairly. The thin, narrow brush makes it easy to apply to the inner and outer corners of my lashes, and it has pretty good lenghthening powers. However, it doesn't really deliver in the volumizing and curling areas. It's good to use AFTER applying another mascara (I have a mascara for every purpose...for curl, volume, and lenghth. I usually use this after I use my Lacome lenghthening mascara).
