I absolutely love this product! It softens, detangles, and moisturizes my hair and has helped it grow tremendously. I started mixing it with pure extra virgin olive oil that I also use and sit under the dryer for 30 minutes. My hair has not been this healthy and beautiful in years! I simply cannot tell you how well this product has worked for me. I'm an African American female and moisturizing is VERY important for my hair and this conditioner has been outstanding. I think some of you are leaving it in your hair, you should rinse it out once your finished, I font believe its meant to be left in that's probably why there are complaints about it being clumpy. I will continue to use this product and if you haven't tried it you should!

Wow, this is one of the strongest-smelling hair products I've ever used. The patchouli smell is strong! I don't find it unpleasant, but anyone who's at all unsure about their love of patchouli should probably steer clear of this. I also have a hard time matching this conditioner to a shampoo with any other scent. It doesn't mix nicely with floral or fruity scents. It's pretty much essential to have an earthy shampoo with which to use this. But the reason why I only gave it a 3 has nothing to do with the smell. I gave it a 3 because this conditioner is simply not very moisturizing, especially for a product for dry and damaged hair. I've found other conditioners to be much more effective.

OMG, I love this product and the smell. The fact that it is organic also is a plus. The smell stays with you all day long. I have naturally curly and frizzy hair so I have to be very very sparing when I use this other wise the wheat bran will dry it out. My husband uses the normal amount. We buy it in the semi annual sale. We have like 20 of them in our closet we bought and it's the huge pumps . Again IF YOU HAVE CURLY OR FRIZZY HAIR, USE SMALL AMOUNTS OF THIS. bUT i LOVE IT.

I love this conditioner. I have fine hair and it works great for me. I am also a very big patchouli fan so the smell is divine. Other reviewers are correct in their assesment that the smell lingers, which is fine for me but may put off others. I bought this a year ago and it has lasted me a long time and I would buy it again.

THIS IS GREAT IF YOU USE THE MATCHING SHAMPOO! I DON'T REALLY LIKE THE LINGERING SCENT EITHER, SO I PUT GOOD SMELLING CHEAPIE CONDITIONER ON TOP OF IT. IT WORKS SO WELL! SOFT, SHINY, AND VERY HEALTHY LOOKING HAIR!

I have to agree with Kmarie. My hair is dry and curly and this conditioner did NOT moisturize or condition at all. It left a thick film on my hair that wasn't at all soft. Additionally, the patchouli scent is very strong and did not fade--not even after I used other hair products. It gave me a horrible headache. Perhaps it works well with fine hair but if you have thick, dry hair don't bother. I paid only $3 for a tube during the BBW sale and I still think I paid too much. This one went to the trash.

I love this conditioner! It's moisturizing, but it doesn't weigh my fine hair down, at all. I am a quality Patchouli fan, and this is a quality Patch fragrance. Not overpowering though.

The matching shampoo is even better than the conditioner, but still, this conditioner is excellent quality.

i bought this the day i had my hair cut after hearing my stylist tell me my colored/treated/damaged/fine hair needed some serious conditioning. I dont know why i chose this one. Well anyway, i like it...leave it on for the full 5 mins tho or it wont do much. nothing special -for the price will not repurchase

Sorry, but I hated it. My hair is thick and curly and this left it dry and full of frizz. I thought the scent was horrible, too.

Thick, rich, and very moisturizing. Not entirely natural, but can be overlooked. Unfortunately the fragrance is VERY PATCHOULI, which may turn some people off since it's quite a pungent scent. The WBP line is more pricey than the other shampoo/conditioners in the Botanical Nutrients line. Still, functions very well. I'm a guy, so I can pull off patchouli all right (seems to be ubiquitous in all of our cheap colognes :P). ETA: The scent is more like the Aromatherapy 'Sandalwood Rose' fragrance. Much like a strong, pungent, woody scent.
