A beautiful floral. Light, transparent. Cosmos flower (bitter, salty note) + white dewy flowers. Garden in the morning.

Amazingly long-lasting perfume (by long-lasting I mean that you can keep the bottle a long time and the perfume still seems fresh.
This perfume has brought me more compliments than any other. I didn't choose it myself. My husband was on a trip to Paris many years ago when a perfume came out called Kenzo: Ca Sent Beau. I think the name has been changed since, but I think it's the same perfume as Le Monde Est Beau (or very similar). My husband isn't in the habit of buying me expensive gifts, but he was accosted by a salesgirl promoting this new perfume. She must have been top-notch, because my husband took a sniff of the Kenzo perfume and ended up buying it together with promotional free gifts such as a t-shirt, miniature perfume bottles and perfume pen. It's such a risk to buy a perfume for someone else, especially a new line. I took a sniff and recoiled - I though I'll never wear this, it's too strong, it's not for me. It was too good a gift to waste though, so I put some on and went out. I felt uncomfortable as I could smell the perfume myself and thought I'd probably put too much on. I got compliments. Someone said 'That perfume really suits you - it's just you'. So much for my initial reservations! I don't wear perfume much generally, so the bottle lasted me ages and still smelt fresh after several years. Eventually I bought another bottle myself. By then it was called 'Le Monde est Beau' but was in an identical bottle.

This is a happy, sexy, and blindingly bright scent. I only wear it a few times a year because the scent is not exactly to my taste. Kenzo bottles are cute and creative!

this is such an interesting yet easily wearable scent. As the reviewer mentioned below, le monde est beau is a sunny fragrance. I'd say the scent is bittersweet and has tangy quality to it. i find that when i put too much on it smells like im wearing too much makeup during drydown but overall it is a very nice fragrance. Not many perfumes really match the name, the bottle design, and the scent like this one. i like the fact that not many people wear this. im thinking about making this my signature scent.

The best of all Kenzo creations in my opinion. It is reminiscent of a very optimistic, bitter-sweet, fresh, sunny grapefruit. It is not a naive scent in the slightest. It will compliment a happy mood and gently lift you up other times. There are scents that have something in common with this one, but none of those come close to this perfume. It lives up to its name "The World is Beautiful" - that is how it makes you feel about life.

Top note : Cassiflore, Magnolia, Aglaļa Odorata
Middle note : Jasmine, Cherry Blossom, Albizia, Honeysuckle
Base note : Cedar, Vetyrisia
