This is a bright blue with a satiny finish. Even without a white eye base, the blue pops against my caramel skin. With primer, it lasts all day until I wash my face. This is a good blue to try out if you are new to wearing bright eye colors.

WOW more than I expected. This is a satiny, not shimmery finish and the color morphs into such beautiful things depending what is on top of, from a not quite navy to a greyed, purpled blue. Blends beautifully! Stays on top of eyeliner beautifully This and brule are my first e/s from this line and will certainly not be my last. Thank you MUA for your input on these inexpensive gems!

Wanted to have a obvious blue color that can pop out under my glasses. This one is.
It actually applies on me more like matte than sheer, but the color payoff is nice and blends really well.

Like most people. I love this blue. It is very pigmented, and its very cheap :). I do suggest this product.

I LOVE this blue! Like some other reviewers said, it can go on sheer or more vibrant, depending on what you want. I've used it all over the lid or with a eyeliner brush for a little pop of color. It's very hard for me to find a blue I like but this one is it for me.

I love, love this blue. I'm normally very adverse to non-natural/neutral shadow colors. The reason for its greatness is the build-ability. It CAN go on loud and vibrant, or more sheer depending upon the look you desire.
Very pigmented, denim-blue color that is totally matte. Pairs beautifully with brulee. If you want to experiment with color, these singles are the way to go.

WnW eye shadow singles don't have a lot of colors that catch my attention. But this one was a deep, bright looking blue, I had to try it!
It doesn't go on too bright, but can be built up.I got it on sale for a dollar and would buy again.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.. I am brown skin and with a black base, the color is so nice and pigmented.. It also stays on long. I once fell asleep with it on and woke up with it still vibrant. I will definitely purchase 2 more soon to keep, just in case I ever hit pan which I can see happening.

I love WnW e/s! Kitten is the only one I have not tried cuz people say it is chalky. But Lagoon is gorgeous bright blue. It can go on as a soft blue jean blue or with something like NYX's Milk underneath, it can go on 70's fabulous! If you want to play with color, start with WnW eye shadows!

The only reaosn i wouldn't buy this again is because im not a huge blue e/s person. I use it for blue eyeliner. Its a good product but it has no applicator. :( But they sell millions at my drug-store :)

I've had this e/s for 3 years or so so I'm not sure if it's still on the market. This is a shimmery teal-mermaidy color. Not turquoise, not blue, not green, but some divine mix of all of the above. Great summer color. Yesterday I was inspired by Loreal's new HIP ads with Mila Jovovich, so I wore this on the inside of the eye blended toward the middle, Plum Silva (shimmery eggplant) on the outside V. Made for a cool, shimmery/iridescent butterfly-eye. :-D
Compared to other d/s shadows, I like WnW better than Loreal, CG, and Jane. I like Milani just as much or more, however. This is a great summer color, and if you don't want to blow big bucks on a little pop of color, this is the way to go.

wow I really love this e/s soo much..great color, great price ect...
here's a tip ladies : I use it with any black eye liner, preferably, maybelline and with Maybelline dream mousse..the blue one, first I put on the mousse as a base sort of and then put the wet n wild blue lagoon over it and wow it looks great!!!
so don't forget: dream mousse + eye shadow = great results!!!

This product IS all that! It's a beautiful turqoise with a (gold-ish?) shimmer. I love it used wet as a liner. Used that way, it stays all day--no fading or smudging at all. It's also great, of course, as a lid/crease color. It creases a tiny bit, but this product still gets five lippies from me because it's $2 USD and so incredibly gorgeous.

Another Wet n Wild surprise! So completely deceptive in the pan; it looks like the matte aqua Maybelline e/s my Aunt Terry wore all through the 60s and 70s! But wait - it's soooo delicious, sheer aqua with gold shimmer....WOW! I agree, remarkable on brown eyes, very easy to build up color by applying it wet. Get this! :D
