I have had this product for a few years now. For quite some time, my sister and I went on some serious hair product buying binges! (We have since moved on to make up and nail polish but I digress) Anyways, this product was actually in my sister's stash and she handed it off to me. I used it a few times as instructed (by itself as a treatment, rinsed out) and really didn't love it. I put it aside with all of my other hair products and pretty much forgot about it until now. Lately I have been trying to use up my stash and I reacquainted myself with this product. I actually mix it with my regular conditioner, put it in and then shave, wash, etc and then rinse it out. It makes my hair feel wonderful! It has a nice amount of slip and it is so shiney and manageable. I believe that it has helped cut down on frizz as well. My hair is a mess right now as my TR is half grown out.... I think this helps all of my hair to look even and uniform and not two different textures like it actually is! I also love the smell of this. It's fresh and clean. I hope this is not discontinued because I truly do like this product. Glossy hair is my "thing" and this really does the trick!

Ok..do they still make this product anymore? I remember using this a few years ago. Since then I have probably tried 15 other gloss treatments(even a $150 one at a salon!) and none have worked as good as i remember this working! I seriously wish I had stocked up on this. It works SOOO good! Everytime I would use it I would get compliments on how nice my hair looked. It made a SUPER noticable difference. If you see this definately buy it!

Fantastic! Truly gives serious gloss to the hair & smells great! For best results, put a shower cap on & sit under heat for a few minutes. Then, rinse with cool water to close the hair cuticle. Great results!

I have healthy, fine, dense 4a/b relaxed hair. My hair has never been colored. I use this treatment occasionally to give "shine" to my hair, which naturally gives a "sheen". I like that your hair is shiny, without the weight of silicone based broducts that usually add shine because I don't always want that look. Anyway, I always have positive results. The only diffference is I shampoo and condition first, then apply the rinse w/ heat for 20 minutes under a dryer. After washing out the rinse I use a bit of BDT White Clover (as a detangler) and seal hair cuticle with a cold water rinse.

I like the product, but I haven't tried any others since this works fine, so I can't compare. Pure Beauty sells it for I think $20.50, which usually gives me about 10 applications.

This made my hair very soft , and did not weigh it down .I bought it on sale .I probably would not buy it again because it cost $20.00 which is too expensive for what it does .

I have used the tube probably 5 times, according to instructions and even used heat with it. Still hasn't done anything amazing for me. No shine, no glimmer, not even a twinkle. Nothing. I guess this just doesn't work for me. Since the price is so ridiculous for such a small tube, that's probably a good thing.

This stuff is awesome! Easy and quick to use. I use it once or twice a week and it just really adds shine without any weight to my overprocessed, limp hair.

LOVE this product. Gives you lots of shine! WILL purchase again. Only complaint is that I found it lightened my hair just a touch. My hair is brunette and this really brought some red out in my hair color.

I love this whole line (halo) of products, but the high gloss rinse is exceptional! I use it once or twice a week for shine and color vibrancy. It never leaves my hair oily or geasy, rinses clean, and always makes for a good hair day!

I really like this! I've had my tube for a while now and I've never really been certain of it until recently. I don't really have time to apply a glossing aid like this, get out of the shower, stand there and blast it with heat, jump back in the shower, and rinse. So, what I've been doing is showering and then applying the High Gloss Rinse to towell dried hair. I then cover my hair with a plastic cap and go about my business around the house. Often I will even sleep with the High Gloss Rinse in. In the morning, I rinse my hair and style. Results... lots of shine, great condition, and less frizz!

I won the Halo 5 piece set in a sweepstakes, and I wasn't too sure about it to begin with, but I tried the gloss rinse, and it was great! I let it sit on my hair for about 5-7 minutes, and the shine is gorgeous! I'll do this every few weeks definitely to keep up the shine!

I have recently started using just a drop of this in addition with my Halo conditioner and it makes everything work even better.
But leaving it on for 20 minutes or more is great also...but I have found to daily let it sit with conditioner for a couple minutes is just as good.

It makes hair silky soft and the shine is truely a natural health shine...not vinyl gloss.
So awesome! It gives a bit of body, at least to my hair.

:)

I too, really wanted to love this after reading Reddplanet's praise for it. However, it just doesn't work for me. It's a clear, syrupy goo that you slap on between shampoo and conditioner and blast with heat to produce a glass-like shine. The Halo, unfortunately, doesn't do anything and in a way I'm glad, as I can stick to Clairol Jazzings which is designed to do the same thing AND actually does it... for much cheaper.

Really wanted to like this, love most GW products, but this was a waste of money. I have very shiny hair and thought maybe it could be shinier! Well this actually made my hair look dull and flat.
After falling in love with the Reparitive shampoo, conditioner and styling products int the Halo line,I decided to give this another try. this time the results were fabulous!Super shiny, glossy hair!

Love! Do it after you wash with the shampoo and use a few blasts of heat to warm it up, it lasts longer. Then rinse well and apply the conditioner, as this isn't moisturizing at all.

Love this line.

Wow....weird product! Not moisturizing at all, in fact you need conditioner after this, but 5 minutes with this stuff and a heat cap will leave you with mirror-reflecting shiny hair! Once a week is all you need with this to turn up the shine.

This was my first experience with at home glossing and I think I will leave it to the professionals next time. This stuff is really really slick and slides right through the hair. Great but then I couldn't rinse it out thoroughly enough so I was a grease head all day. This might be great for someone with drier hair than me, my hair is colored and frequently highlighted so I thought it would be a perfect treatment but apparently not. I'd recommend the Halo Inner Strength Strengthening Treatment instead.
