Such a nice vanilla scent!! Smells EXACTLY like Vanilla Lace from Victorias Secret which is great because ive been wearing Vanilla Lace for years and its good to know theres something else that smells just like it and I dont have to drive all the way to the mall to get it! About $7 at Walmart or $8 at Walgreens... its a great buy and the cotton candy one smells really good too =)

Full bodied vanilla that is a near-dupe of VS Vanilla Lace. Both are linear, but have a depth and roundness that few vanilla based scents pull off. No Playdoh or rice, either. Great for layering and softening harsh or sharp fumes. A staple in my stash. If you like Vanilla Lace or L de Lolita, you'll most likely enjoy this vanilla. $7-ish at Walmart for a big bottle.

Ummm, I love this! It's so cheap and so good. It's a very gourmand vanilla - smells like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies (yum!). I love vanilla and have many other interpretations of it, but this one is my all-time fave!

First of all, I hope that I'm reviewing the right product. Mine had super-cheesy packaging with green plastic fairies dancing around the cap.

This is the BEST vanilla body spray I have ever smelled. Warning: You may get an overwhelming number of compliments on how delicious you smell.

The only Canadian store I know of that sold this was Wal-Mart. I was heartbroken when they stopped carrying it. I tried every drugstore in town with no luck.

I've tried other brands of vanilla body spray like Calgon (eww) and Bodycology. Most of the other brands aim to smell like cupcake frosting vanilla, not sexy vanilla. I may have to import a truckload of this stuff from the U.S.

Wow, this is a GREAT vanilla scent. I too am a hardcore vanilla addict and all these years I was searching for the one. I think it's safe to say that I've finally found it!
This is a warm, yummy spray that smells like pure vanilla extract, not complicated at all. It's simply lovely! This is not a cupcake over- the- top- foody vanilla, it's cozy and inviting and I can see older women wearing it with no problem, as this is not a teeny scent.
Vanilla is definately my favorite scent and yet as other reviewers have already mentioned, it's so effing hard for perfume companies to even try and make a decent vanilla scent. There are many abominations out there such as BBW WVS that smells like burnt sugar and musk drizzled with alcohol and TBS new vanillas that smell like peach and rose! Save your money and time and go straight to this if you're looking for a true vanilla scent that smells like...VANILLA! I'd also like to add that this reminds me of the old and discontinued TBS vanilla perfume oil that I had a bottle of (circa 2000 I believe), just in case you're looking for something that comes close to that heavenly vanilla. ;)

Vanilla addict here. I can't believe it took me this long to find such a wonderful body spray. I bought this for $6.99 at Walgreens. The packaging is super blah, luckily what's inside is the complete opposite. If you just remove the cap and sniff it smells awful. In fact, even when I sprayed it on myself at first it smelled like sweet chewing tobacco, ick! Luckily, I gave it about 10 minutes and it smelled like sweet pure vanilla extract. It's not overly sweet though, it doesn't smell cheap. It lasts about 3-5 hours on me. My husband gave me a hug and said "When did you become a walking talking human vanilla candle?" Awesome! I love this stuff. :D

My 9 soon to be 10 year old wanted a body spray she can use at school. This was hands down the winner. In the bottle it's an alcohol stench but spritzed on skin, hair, clothing, it smells exactly like pure vanilla extract. Slightly sweet, very inviting and, most importantly non-cloying and inoffensive. I haven't seen PdC products in Canada for a few years, unfortunately. I will stock up when I go cross-border shopping.

This is my curent number one fragrance right now! It smells subtle enough to be worn everyday but just sweet enough to get everyone to notice it. It lasts almost all day and I don't need to continuously spray huge amounts of it to get the smell across. Awesome product!

Bought this after reading all of the glowing reviews for this great, super inexpensive body spray. Picked it up on sale at Walgreens for $4.99 for the 8 oz. spray bottle. Lasts nicely, especially for a body spray AND the fact that my skin devours fragrances. It is sweet, but not too too sweet. If it was just a tad less sweet, I would have given it 5 stars. Will definitely repurchase. Went back the next day and bought a bottle to surprise my roommate with. Being unemployed right now, it was such a treat to find a pleasing product that boosts my mood and my confidence -- and at such an affordable price. Thank you to all of my wonderful fellow MUA-ers for the recommendation.

This is the scent of vanilla extract and vanilla cake and when it dries down it reminds me of chocolate pudding. It layers wonderfully with so many things and is also nice to wear on its own. I have to be in the mood for something foodie when I wear this. The price is very nice and this can be found in most drugstores. I would repurchase since I'd like to always have this in my collection. There are other fun Body Fantasies scents too. Hopefully this one sticks around for a long time.

I am a lover of all things vanilla...well almost. However, I am becoming pickier with my taste. This to my nose is almost identical to VS vanilla lace (with a better price tag). Its vanilla - like deep, warm, creamy, vanilla extract kind of vanilla. The bf is a big fan also...bonus : )

This is one of the few colognes that I can wear. Most of them go very off smelling on my body. I just love this one and have been trying to find out where I can buy it now. You give me hope that I can find it again!!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! I've been wearing this for as long as I can remember, at least since I was 12-13 (about 10 years). I've repurchased it many times, because it is one of the most satisfying vanillas I've found. Vanilla Fantasy is not like BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar...which places more emphasis on the brown sugar than the vanilla. It is similar to VS Vanilla Lace...it's definitely vanilla, but with depth - not too much complexity, it's just right. Vanilla Fantasy is sweet and warm...things like caramellized sugar crystals, vanilla extract, the creme inside a pastry come to mind. It also has touches of amber and musk, which gives it a feminine and sexy feel. You won't feel like a walking cupcake, but you'll feel delicious and comfortable wearing it. Most vanilla fragrances are inviting and appealing to others, and I tend to get the most compliments on Vanilla Fantasy. I wore it today and got a "you smell awesome" comment! This spray lasts a pretty good amount of time, and it layers well with most perfumes. This wonderful stuff comes in a $6 bottle available at any drugstore. Also, Parfums de Coeur recently redesigned their packaging, and instead of the fairy-capped bottles, they now come in sleek, simplistic bottles. Now young girls and grown women alike can buy this without feeling weird with childish packaging.

I discovered the Body Fantasies line back in my early teens and I tend to have a scent of theirs in my collection in some shape or form. Right now I'm wearing the Vanilla Fantasy and for $6 a bottle it's a steal! In my opinion, it's sweet but not overpowering. I'm currently using Fancy by Jessica Simpson as my fall/winter scent and this compliments nicely! It has amazing staying power. I can spray this in the morning and there will be a slight remainder when I get home in the evening. I always keep a smaller bottle in my purse. Without a doubt, this is a staple for me :-)

Delicious! This is the most perfect vanilla scent I've come across- sweet, warm, and fresh; sophisticated but not stuffy or overpowering. I always get tons of compliments in this. It's a great fragrance for anyone and it's super cheap! The bottle isn't the best but the scent makes up for it. Definitely recommend!!

After reading the reviews here, I bought a bottle of this. The packaging is truly awful, but the vanilla fragrance is lovely. The scent lasts a long time, too. I'm glad I tried it.

This is one of those fragrances that could benefit from a packaging ovehaul. Leave the formula alone and repackage and no one would ever know its not a high end perfume!

I am picky with my vanillas. I don't like the over the top sweetness of the CSP's and some of the higher end lines like Laurence Dumont have plasticky notes which turn me off. $50 bucks for a bottle and it smells like playdoh?? I think not.

I HATE the B&BW vanillas but this..love this. This was my "signature scent" all through highschool and college along with the Avon Vanilla. Both cheap but amazing, This is a very deep, creamy, warm, vanilla witha hint of caramel and just enough musk to round it out. Musk scents always work well on my skin.

I find this wears pretty close to the skin especially as the day goes on. But its always there. If my husband sniffs me I get a "Mmm you smell nice" but he cant pinpoint what it is. Fortunate since he HATES vanilla scents and gourmands unlike most men.

The packaging as I said, stinks. But its so inexpensive that I simply pour the scent into a pretty dark blue glass atomizer bottle I own and you cant tell its a cheap drugstore fragrance. Voila, instant class.

Staying power isn't phenomenal but then again, I find most sweet scents, even "high end" ones do not last more than a few hours. So for the low price tag, no issues reapplying this unliek some of the more expensive but equally fleeting scents.

Def will buy again and again.

Oh I do hope they haven't changed the forumlation (it's been three years since I've worn this).

I am very very very picky about Vanilla (I'm even picky about the vanilla I cook and bake with). It's one of those fragrances that tends to be either very very good or very very bad. I've read that vanilla and "foody" scents in general tend to be very appealing to men (though for some reason my BF hates them haha) and vanilla is an integral base to many fragrances, even if it's not a prevalent note.

I tend to stay away from all the "vanilla sugar" scents as they tend to be plasticky, flat, and juvenile-smelling. the BBW vanilla sugar scent, I avoid like the plague. It smells so synthetic and cloying. However, over the holidays they offer a Vanilla Bean Noel scent which is much better. L'Occitane makes a lovely Vanilla fragrance, and Anthropologie used to carry an entire array of vanilla scents that were quite wonderful, but there is one vanilla fragrance that has outshone every other I have ever tried. I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but it's the Body Fantasies Vanilla.

I discovered it years ago when I actually wore "body spray" (I believe I was in 8th grade and thought the fairies on the cap were cute) and was taken in immediately. It is a true vanilla. Rich, creamy, warm, and surprisingly sophisticated. It has undertones of caramel and musk, which lend it an exotic presence. My 50 year old mother (who is a total fragrance snob) adored it as well. I wore it for years (all through high school and college) and would never be without a bottle of their shimmer body cream (every time I would wear it I would get compliments on how gorgeous my skin looked and smelled). It was like my secret weapon. It even layered beautifully under other fragrances.

The only reason I stopped wearing it is because the man who I have been with for the past three years dislikes vanilla fragrances in general. I do hope they haven't changed the formulation over the past couple of years because it is truly divine and I highly recommend it. I rarely re-purchase products because I'm such a junkie that I have to try everything, but when I wore this, i went through bottle after bottle of the lotion. It was the perfect consistency, had just the right amount of fragrance, and left my skin (whether it was fair or a little more tan for summer) looking healthy and glowy, never glittery. I do find the lotion turns bad if you don't use it quickly enough, and as an adult I do find the packaging a little childish, but for the price and the quality I will not complain. I feel inclined to go out and buy some right now as it's perfect for the autumn and winter...
