amazing product. its done wonders for my skin and it doesn't dry me out at all! i will note though, a little goes a looonngg way. if you add too much of the moisturizing acne treatement gel, you wont see any change at all.

I really hate using this product. The bottle is so sucky, I mean, it's a ridiculously hard bottle and... well, I don't need to get into that. But, it's REALLY helped my acne, which is why I gave it such a great rating. The product itself takes a while to dry and can sting, at first, and every time you use it.. but it worked for me, so I'm pretty sure it's worth a try. I still break out every once in a while, but I've only been using the entire kit for a little over a month now. I've tried everything from Proactiv to cheap drugstore products, desperate for something to work. Once I ordered the Murad system, I'm afraid of my Proactiv bottles which are going in the trash sometime soon. Don't be afraid of Murad, it could help you!

This was so slimy it ended in the bin. Sorry, it really felt unpleasant to put on, and did absolutely nothing for me.

I seem to really like this product. I have combination skin with breakouts here and there, and my skin has a tendency to get dry when I use most acne products. This worked great with my skin and I did notice the breakouts became fewer and fewer. No dry patches anywhere. The only drawback to this product is the price tag. I was given this tube by a friend of mine who didn't think it was right for her skin. While I did like this product, I don't think I liked it enough to pay such an enourmous price for a tube that is a little on the small side.

I have been using this product nightly for a couple of months now. My skin is acne prone, but not sensitive. I have been using Clearasil Ultra with 10% BP for a couple of years now, and that has kept breakouts minimal. However, when I put the Clearasil on at night after washing my face, it tends to dry out my skin by the time I wake up. During the day, I use the Clearasil with no problems because my skin acts very oily. Therefore, I was seeking an anti-acne lotion that would be moisturizing but still have breakout-fighting benefits. This Murad gel seemed to be the answer to all my prayers. At first, I didn't think it was doing me any good. But, I have been under extreme stress recently, the weather is warming up, and my skin is clearer than ever. I think it's due to the combo of the Murad gel at night and my Clearasil during the day. The Murad gel does seem to have some soothing effects and moisturizes my skin just the right amount. I found that for 2 oz. of product, the price tag at approx. 20 USD was not too too expensive. However, I will not be repurchasing this gel because I don't think any of the benefits that it may have provided were worth the price. EDIT: I ended up discontinuing the use of this product because I felt it wasn't doing anything - it didn't hurt my skin, though, so I give it a rating of 3 lippies.

So far I like this. I like that it vanishes into my skin as soon as I apply it. I also like that I can wear it under makeup without it balling up and feeling like a true "acne" medicine. It's really silky to apply and so far no bad reactions. I'll update this to see if it really helps this skin, but I love the idea of something that hydrates and kills acne at once. I got this as part of the Optimal Health kit for acne prone skin, which contains the clarifying cleanser, this as the step 2, the spot treatment for big ones, and the oil free sunblock tint...everything seems nice and good for summer heat.

not worth the money! this stuff is junk. it makes my skin feel incredibly oily, and does nothing to combat acne. if anything, it caused me to develop more acne!

The first time I used this product, it didn't work at all. Then later, this was all I ended up having left on the shelf. I use it after a st. ives scrub, and it seems to be taming my pimples a bit. It's really good about drying them out. I don't think it really helps them from occuring though. The consistency is really nice and silky, something you'd love to put in your hands or on your face. I would reccomend this starting out on your acne treatment adventure, to see if it works. I wont buy this again, but I will use it until it runs out.

I like this stuff. I've been using it for about two months. It's a lightweight gel and does seem to help keep the little bumps at bay.

This gel is great. It was very effective and it didn't dry out my face. So many acne treatments dried out my skin, but this treated my acne without the awful side effect of dry, scaly skin. If you use acne treatments on a regular basis, you need to try Murad's Moisturizing Acne Treatment Gel.

This "moisturizing" treatment is not very moisturizing at all. In fact, it dried out patches of my skin so badly that it started flaking off and I had to purchase a glycolic peel to fix it. And I have VERY oily skin. I would advise anyone to use it only on blemish prone areas as a spot treatment.

This was fantastic in the winter. Had enough acne fighting power to keep me from breaking out but actually moisturized my skin. Probably not strong enough for the summer though.
