I bought this in Cookie Dough. I love the taste and the smell. However, it leaves a really gross tint on my lips, making them look white-ish brown. I won't be buying this again...

Overall, Naturistics' Color Slixx isn't terrible, just not worth any fuss. I got mine at the Dollar Store (yea!) in Strawberry Ice. It pumps up my natural lip color (my lips tend to be very pale), has average lasting power, and little taste or smell, which is always good. If you can get it at Dollar Store, go ahead, but don't waste any money buying it at full retail price.

I purchased two: One in Blue Raspberry and the other in Chocolate. They were both repugnant... The Blue Raspberry tasted terrible], and the chocolate like some kind of rancid candle wax disaster. The taste of both literally made me sick. I wanted to like them so very much - They come packaged in *huge* LipSmacker type tubes... The Chocolate one gave such a nice brown tint to my lips, too. Ah, maybe you will have better luck?

I have Naturistics Color Slixx Lip Gloss in Strawberry Parfait and it is amazing. It has lots of shine, gently moisturizes my lips, colors my lips in a very light pink shade, and smells delicious!! I use it everyday..could not live without it! i don't know what these other reviewers are talking about...it doesnt dry up my lips at all or become powderey...maybe they're talkin about a diff color slixx. anyways, i recommend that all gurls pick up one of these..it makes u feel great!

I bought this in Cookie Dough, in the regular chapstick-size tube (not the larger ones people are talking about). It doesn't taste like cookie dough, really--more like coconut with a plastic note. It tastes very sweet, like there are sugar particles in the formula, but after a few minutes it tastes and feels very powdery, as the other rewiever mentioned. For this reason, it is not very moisturizing nor soothing. It's also supposed to tint your lips, but on me it only gave them a mauvy-whitish cast that was none too flattering--made it look like I needed to exfoliate my lips! Save your money.

When this product first came out, I snatched the Strawberry one. It smelled really fruity, so I thought it was going to be good - wrong! Things hardly burn my lips, but this did! Plus, it tasted somewhat powdery after awhile. Blegh. Both of these things are rather unfortunate, since this lipgloss does leave a sheer, red tint on my lips, and the big fat stick means it lasts forever for a cheap price ($3.49). Oh well.

I have this in 'strawberry'. It is a nice, glossy red tint. I like the color. However, it does not last long at all. Oh wells, its just a fun cheap gloss. I wouldn't buy this again though, because the taste gets kinda funky about 5 minutes after you put it on your lips. It*s in a fat chapstick tube and sometimes the cap has trouble staying on. >:\
