Well, Too Faced changed up the whole brush set and they suck. Yes, they're soft but they do not pick up product well ! I don't even use mine, it was such a waste of money.

These brushes are amazing. I bought them a while back from Sephora only because they were the only brush set with all the necessary brushes I needed. I didn’t actually start using them regularly until recently as I had bought a Sephora brush set not that long before I bought these ones and I wanted to get some usage out of them first. What was I thinking? These are SO much softer! I love the eyeliner brush the best because I can do amazing cat eyes with it as the bristles are in the perfect dimensions to do so. I also love the powder brush. I take extra time to apply power with it because feeling the smooth, silky softness of it is like an orgasm for my face. I love the case as well, it’s perfect for carrying the brushes and other essentials except I can’t fit my other brushes into them as they are longer than the case itself. I would recommend that every chick has a set of these teddy brushes!

great quality.
incredibly soft.
if you are using this for shadows and just a powder you are set.
not very versatile.
it is well worth the quality of the brushes but you need so many more brushes.
these are basic. and don't change in shape really.
same thickness for all.
eyeliner brush works well.
i will not buy again.
i returned them actually.
i want more from my brushes.
more than a great feeling.
but anti bacterial.
i don't know why i didn't like them so plush and basic.

I purchased these brushes recently because I'd always been curious about the teddy bear brushes and I like fact that they're cruelty free. I was blown away by the quality of these brushes. My set has the powder blush brush, angled shadow brush, fluff shadow brush, eye definer brush and angled liner brush and it came in a pink carrying case. I paid $65, which breaks down to about $12 a brush & $5 for the case. I found the bristles to be soft, yet dense and firm, so they're perfect for applying loose or pressed shadows. The handle length is shorter, more comparable in size to my ecoTools brushes, which I really like. The Blush brush is my perfect brush. I always feel like I get a perfect application with it. The rest of the brushes are great, too. I feel the set is definitely worth the cost.

As a former devote of BB and Chanel brushes I am a huge fan of these Too Faced brushes. I have given up cruelty-full brushed and now only buy synthetic. I have found a few winners in EDM and Ecotools which are great but this set is really fantastic. They are super soft and do NOT shed (never found a brush that truly did not shed until I found these) They do the job they are supposed to do and do it well. I'm big into cream shadow these days and it's hard to find good brushes for that. These are perfect! Best of all no animal had to be harmed just so I could apply my makeup. Good value too.

These are the first brushes that I have ever reviewed. I love them. They are so soft and gorgeous and I will use each brush regularly. The powder brush picks up and distributes powder nicely and does not disturb my foundation, a big problem I have in winter when I have to apply foundation over moisturizer. Its also a smaller size than alot of other powder brushes and find that its easier to use to pick up powder from smaller containers than my huge fluffy powder brushes. The eyeliner brush is good, I use it to apply dry shadows as liner and it makes a crisp clean pigmented line, even with dry shadows. The 2 eyeshadow brushes pick up a lot of color and deposit it where you want it. These work awesome with a few loose eyeshadows that I have had a hard time working with due to weak color payoff and fallout. The one they call a crease brush I think would be very good for cut creases, its flat with a sorta blunt edge, but for my everyday looks I prefer a crease brush with a rounder shape and tapered edge. The fluff brush has longish hairs and is round, and I use it to blend out the outer edges of my crease color. And did I mention they are soft? Cause they are soo soft.

These are the absolute softest brushes you will EVEEERRRR have! :D
They're softer than a baby bunny & still dense enough to apply eyeshadow/powder/whatever perfectly.
that's basically all i can say, so um yeah just buy them. :D <3

Oh my! These brushes are perfect! Plus, they are animal cruelty-free. They are so soft and are great for application. You can create such a smooth finish because the bristles are so pliable. They literally feel just like a teddy bear. A nice indulgence for a small set.

So after searching forever for these brushes, they were sold out from Sephora for a while and online at toofaced, my boyfriend suprised me with the set when he came back from his trip to Vegas. I was like aahh! I've been so hyped to try these! Needless to say, I am in love! I love all the brushes, the face brush, the eye brushes and of course the little eye liner brush. I don't use these everyday like a lot of reviews have said, these definatley pick up small amounts of pigment. But they are so soft and I love that! I am very careful with these brushes because I tend to be a little too rough with a lot of mine so I keep them in its cute little case and use them every now and then.

I LOOOOVE this set! (I have the retractable kabuki as well). It is super well made, uber soft, ALL THE BRUSHES ARE REALLY DENSE and DOES, I repeat DOES pick up ALOT of pigment! I was afraid due to how soft they were they wouldn't but they do!! (And I am picky- I like to have dark eyes!)- BLENDS WELL, distributes color perfectly, I look like I have model perfect skin after I use this set! The case is pink, if you do not like pink I don't know what to tell ya. It is very girly, but such high quality brushes! I really do think you need to try them out!! (BTW, I bought mine off of ebay brand new for 24.00!! What luck!!) So you shouldn't have to pay full price of the 65.00,.. shop around!

The prettiest and softest brushes I've seen but the bristles are too slick to pick up pigment and they apply cream products streaky. I can only get the sheerest application with these. The one standout IMO is the angled brush which I use for my eyebrow powder. Since it applies a sheerer color, it does a more natural eyebrow. I like it better than my Mac small angle brush.

I am in LOVE with these brushes! I received them as a gift (per my request =D) last Mother's Day and I'm so glad I did. They are amazingly soft and dense. I find them to be softer than Mac brushes. They totally apply makeup so well. The only one I would say I rarely use is the angled crease brush. I love how I can fit other brushes, like contouring brush, lip brush, etc, in the extra pockets. Definitely worth the price for the quality of the brushes. The color of the brushes is so cute and feminine as well. Btw, not a single hair has shed from any of the brushes! I fully recommend you add this set to your brush collection. No face should go without feeling the luxurious softness of Too Faced Teddy Bear Hair =D

I got this set for Xmas, I dont think I would have bought it myself. I love how soft the brushes are!! But the fact is... they dont really work all that well. The case is cute and has extra places for additional brushes. Overall it was pretty pricey and basically your money goes to the softness of the bristles and the packaging.

These brushes are so amazingly soft! I didn't think I would like synthetic brushes this much. I use the large brush for all-over powder. It's dense and picks up a lot of product, but it feels super soft. One of my favourite powder brushes. I also use the Small Crease Brush often, but I use it as an all-purpose shadow brush. In fact, I can't find a use for the Angled Eye Shadow Brush - it's just way too big for my features. The Fluff brush seems a little weird as well - not soft and loose enough to blend, but too long and tapered for applying shadow. I don't really use this one either. Finally, the Angled Liner brush - I like it because it's super thin and stiff (but not too stiff), but I wish it wasn't so wide. As for the case - I think it's a little pre-teen juvenile, but it's cute. I use it to hold my rarely used brushes, and may use it for travel. Overall, I love the synthetic bristles and I find that they do a great job, but I'm not totally satisfied with the shapes and sizes of most of these brushes. I probably wouldn't pay full price, especially knowing that I only use 3 of them regularly, but I'm very happy with the price I paid ($30 on clearance at the Bay).
Edit Aug 3/10 - I've started using the larger angled e/s brush a lot. It's quite big, but because it's thin and tapered, it's not hard to work with at all. I'm still very happy with this set. I use the powder brush daily, and the e/s brushes a few times a week. I just don't use the liner brush much because I have a smaller one by Lise Watier that I really love. I'm bumping this to 5 because I really do use these brushes on a daily basis, and they're holding up very well. I would totally pay full price and replace this set if anything happened to them.

Why are people creaming their pants over MAC brushes when these are so soft and dense? I did not get the brush set. I bought them when they were on sale a couple of months ago an kept going back for more. Each Too Faced brush I purchased is beautifully shaped. I am not very good with eyeshadows and having these brushes makes eye work so much easier. I've looked around for softer brushes and haven't found any.

These are great brushes. I never thought synthetic bristles would feel as good as real hair...but these feel better. I've collected makeup brushes for years, and spent quite a bit of money on them. This is my favorite set. Not only is the packaging cute, the quality is touchable.
Ally three eye brushes apply makeup easily, and feel so luxurious on the skin. The eye liner brush is a bit stiff, but works well. The powder brush works well for applying blush on the apples of the cheeks. You will need an additional contour brush for blush if you prefer to elongate the cheek bones, rather than just have blushing apples.
The case they are in is soft, the interior silky, and the brushes nestle in their spots like they belong. The case has an interior pocket to store mascara and eye liner, along with several extra spots for brushes on the opposite side. I also keep my glamour to go kit in it. Well worth the money, and you'll keep them for life. Highly recommend them.

These brushes feel sooo luxurious...I'm even hesitant to use them because I don't want to ruin them LOL. It'll end up being decoration haha... Truthfully it does tend to pick up less pigment- maybe because the bristles are so smooth....but it's workable either way..
The case is also very cute...the look and feel of the brushes and packaging is what propelled me to buy it ... I'm such a sucker LOL

This is the zenith of all makeup brushes everywhere! When I got my second set along with the retractable kabuki brush courtesy of a friend (after I gave my first to my cousin for her birthday), it was as if angels were caressing my face whenever I used them. They are just SO. DAMN. SOFT. They're wonderful, and it's amazing! The powder/blush brush is big enough to deposit color on my face and to spread my mineral foundation evenly in a jiff, and without the painful pulling on my skin. The shadow brush, crease, and flat brush were just right in blending colors on my eye lids to create a dramatic effect. The liner brush is a wee stiff though, and not made of the same teddy bear hair brushes. The pink zip-up pouch was another plus. Its size and extra compartments allows me to chuck my makeup in there without the hassle of bringing a separate bag. The synthetic hairs are dense and packed and cruelty free, and it's very hygienic. Cleaning can be a bit tough, but it's highly tolerable! Haha! I adore the pink, black, white, and brown motif of this set because these are my absolute favorite colors! For me, this is a serious must-buy for all beauty and makeup junkies!!! Two thumbs up!!!
