Ooh, this goes on soooo smoothly and easily. The brush is on the end of a nice and long handle, so it was really easy to apply in the first place, and the formula being so malleable really seals the deal. I got it in "Fly Away" which is a kind of Barney purple, and really pretty. There's not a lot of shimmer/sparkle/shine but I'm fine with that. It didn't chip, just peeled after a couple of days. Recommended.

I bought this nail polish in 'Rumours Frost (64)'. Although this colour looks really pretty in the bottle it takes about three or four layers of it to actually look somewhat opaque. Since I am personally not a fan of sheer nail polishes, this polish did not suit my needs entirely. However after applying a couple of layers, I got the opacity I wanted. The colour is a very pale creamy-pink with a very very subtle hint of shimmer. It is a gorgeous colour but would probably not look as good on somebody with very fair skin. I have naturally fair skin with a yellow/golden undertone but now since it is summer, I have achieved a light tan which is why this colour looks alright. However in the winter I would completely stay away from this shade to avoid looking like a corpse (having my nails AND skin both look deathly pale). I am sure this colour would look gorgeous on someone with a nice tan complexion or dark skin. I wish I could find this exact same shade but a more opaque version. However this nail polish is perfect for those who don't mind seeing their tips under after a coat or two.

Back in the 80s, I had peel-off nail polish - you painted it on, and when you got sick of it in a day or two, you could grab the edge and pull and it would peel off in a clump - rather cool, really.

The Sally Hansen polish was on sale the other day and I felt like getting a new colour, so I grabbed a bottle and painted my nails that night - a base coat, two coats of polish and a top coat. It wore well for about two days (with maybe one or two small chips), but then today I scraped against my thumbnail with a knife when I was cutting vegetables. I didn't cut my nail, but the polish lifted a little - and when I scratched at it, a huge section lifted up and peeled right off! Weird. Curious to see whether it was just that one nail or all of them, I tried to peel it off another nail and the same thing happened! I'm not really bothered because it wore well for what I paid for it (about $3 CDN), and it kind of made me nostalgic for crazy 80s beauty products... :) But I probably wouldn't repurchase because I like my polishes to have a *little* more wear.

i have this pale and clear-ish pink one. it really helps my nails grow longer. i have very brittle and weak nails that could never grow. the only thing is that it peels off after a few days, so i have to re-apply every 2 or 3 days.

I picked this up at my local drugstore under a promo of 2 bottles for $2.99. I picked on bottle of cherry red shimmer and the other of a pale blue with rose shimmer. I applied this polish and had to wait 10 minutes for the darn stuff to dry. It was very time-consuming and I had to repeat this step for each coat. I found that the color didn't apply too evenly and it was a real strain trying to get this stuff to look half decent. Another bad point is the bottle. The brush is long and skinny, which is fine, but so much polish drips down from the top of the brush that it ends up being too much to brush off on the side. I prefer the Maybelline Express Finish polish.

I have this in pink crystal frost #38. One layer of this polish is practically transparent with pretty silver shimmers. Two or more layers tend to look too frosty. Too bad it chips easily.

I bought this in the color "Camel" which is a pale mauvish pink. It's a nice natural color, suitable for everyday life. However, this stuff went of very thick and even after the "cold water" treatment it wasn't completely dry. The brush is no help because it doesn't give a smooth application. I found that it was gloppy and uneven. There is a larger color selection in this line, but I still much prefer the "Diamond Strength" formula.
