i absolutely adore this cream! at first i was a bit turned off by the smell because it reminds me of some kind of ointment or medicine. i carry it in my huge bag all the time, but after a month a corner broke off and the cream was spewing out all over my stuff. had to tape the end of it so now it looks pretty ghetto! after all this, i ended up falling head over heels with it. my skin was soooooooooooo soft, which is a huge feat since i work with money and constantly have dry hands from using those hand sanitizers multiple times a day. recently i've been running out of it and have been using my regular cream and that was the moment i realized how amazing this cream was... the regular hand cream just doesn't satisfy my dry hands. although it's 60$, i'm going back to sephora to purchase another bottle before i head on a 2 week vacation.

I received a small sample of this cream as a GWP and absolutely loved it. The scent is really different and refreshing, if a bit strong, and it does a great job of moisturizing my skin. However, the price for the full-size product is more than a little ridiculous. There are plenty of other body creams that work just as well and smell great for a fraction of the price. I'd only recommend this cream if you have $42 burning a hole in your pocket.

I've gotten to the point where I make my own body lotion concoction out of several brands. You basically get a gigantic (salon) sized bottle of something you like best of all, go through it, and when it's half-full, you start squirting in other products that were so-so or pretty good and could have been better. Then you shake it up and the result is a body lotion beyond compare with the exact scent you want. This is one of the portions in my personal lotion concoction. On it's own I didn't use it on my body because my skin ate it up, and it was just disappearing too fast. So I started using it sparingly on my feet, which actually worked like a champ (soft heels in record time!). Then I looked at my spa bottle of Dermalogica body lotion and squeezed the rest in there. The rest is history ...

This is average in terms of moisturizing properties. Sinks in and isn't greasy but doesn't leave you extremely soft or velvetty. Definitely not moisturizing enough for winter. Smells good at first but also very familiar, like another (doubtlessly cheaper) lotion I have but can't place. All in all very average but at a high price. Would not repurchase.

I've been using this for the past few days when I get out of the shower and I love it. The scent is so energizing, very citrus-y and lovely! It doesn't hang around too much, though, and is often covered up by my perfume if I wear any. This doesn't make my skin sticky and keeps my dry elbows nice and moist until my next shower.

I love the texture of this lotion. It's more of a nice lotion than a body cream. Not greasy, absorbs quickly, and moisturizes well. However, I did NOT like the scent. It started off lemony-lime and rather tart and then gradually went away completely to having no scent. Not at all pleasant. At $40+ a bottle, I would expect this to have been so much better.

This is great for people who want a citrusy smelling lotion. I like to use this when traveling b/c it smells nice. For some reason the scent is very relaxing to me. I don't use this as an every day lotion. I like the scent more than the benefits of the lotion.

I love the way this smells. Paired with Burberry Brit it's an amazing combination. I can't quit sniffing myself! I don't know if I'll buy the full size since I already have so many body creams but I like the way it moisturizes without feeling greasy and leaves clean, fresh scent.

I also received this as a sample. It moisurizes very well without being greasy and leaves my skin soft, but the scent is horrendous! It's so strong and makes me smell bad :( would not repurchase.

received the the small trial size from sephora.com and it was horrible! i couldn't get over the horrible smell. normally, cream/lotion smells like nothing, fruit or floral... this just smells like, well... i can't even think of a word for it, but it's not pleasant at all. it feels like just any other lotion, but to be honest... maybe i didn't get the full effect of it cuz i washed it off (cuz it smelled that bad). definitely will not be purchasing, esp. for the price!

If I can get this cheaper I will definitely buy again--this cream is celestial! I LOVE the smell and it smooths on my skin effortlessly. I disagree with some of the other reviewers that claim it's sticky--I really didn't pick up on that. Fantastic product!

I also have samples from NM. I patch-tested a small amount and was overwhelmed by the strong smell. Initially, it reminded me of lemon-lime soda, but then it gave off a less pleasant smell, like a deodorant soap. Also unpleasant is its stickiness. I used just a small amount, but it didn't sink in and left my skin feeling very sticky.

I also got this as a sample from Neiman Marcus. Though I adore that it isn't greasy, absorbs into the skin quickly, and smells ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC - I would not purchase it because it is just way too expensive (getting this as a present is a whole other story). It's a decent lotion but you are essentially paying a whole lot extra simply for the fragrance because the lotion formulation itself isn't any better than many drugstore brands.

Holy cow, this is one expensive body cream. But, it's worth it. The texture is very similar to Lubiderm- not sticky and dries semi-matte. Also, the cream is very light weight (so if your skin is really dry, this would not be a good option). The smell is not like their Rice Face Cream. It doesn't have that beautiful apricot scent- instead it smells almost like their Sugar Face Polish (slight citrus notes). A wonderful body cream for spring and the summer!

I tried this on my hands, which are generally uber-dry, and it left them nicely moisturized. I don't take issue with the scent, it seems rather mild to me, but others may not like it. I always give the benefit of the doubt and choose 'yes' for would buy again if I am undecided. I will update after using this a few days and see whether my opinion becomes more definite.
