I'm nc20 and I have this in 02.I use this to cover dark circles and spots. If I want more coverage, I will apply a bit to my nose, cheeks, and chin and blend in with a beauty blender or the RT expert face brush. I do not notice any creasing or settling throughout the day, although I usually do need to blot once or twice. While I do enjoy the product I will not be repurchasing. I do not like the packaging and the product is expensive and small (0.60 oz).

I am a younger looking 39 yr old. I am starting to get lines for the first time in my life, very fine ones. The texture of my skin is changing. I have combination T-zone skin that leans on the dry side. I am sallow fair-medium complected, medium brown hair, blue hazel eyes, English/Irish/ Native American mix.
Anyway, I obsessively buy different concealers, as I have dark circles that are also turning slightly puffy. I have the frown lines between my brows, that drives me insane. I have used the drug store brands, Bobbi Brown, Benefit, and had been using Mac Pro Longwear prior to finding this. Bobbi Brown and Benefit are a little too dry and can look too cakey when used alone. Mac and Lauder Doublewear are comparable in consistency, yet Mac dries out and settles into your lines after a few hours and Lauder is too sheer.
I don't like wearing foundation as I feel it clogs pores and tends to look unnatural. However, I have started using Stila's tinted moisturizer. That is a nice start to nourish my skin and even out the tone a bit.
I purchased Cargo's OneBase Concealer is 003 along with Amazing Concealer in Tan.
So my routine is thus: start with a tinted moisturizer (I recommend Stila's Sheer in Tone. It's smooth, nourishing, no breakouts with a touch of spf 15). Your skin will soak it up, and it has a nice velvety feel once blended, leaving a sheer natural finish. However, it is a moisturizer, so like a foundation it will attach anything you put on your face with pigment.
Then I swipe Cargo over my T-zone and around my eyes. Cargo is absorbent, creamy, and blendable, and covers very well without drying out like Mac. Your skin soaks it in, no cakeyness at all. However, if you need a little extra coverage for circles or breakouts, while Cargo does really well on it's own and for daily wear, for those times I want to look flawless I use Amazing Cosmetics concealer as to touch up. Just take just a tiny drop (for each eye) of Amazing, and if there is any excess I pat that around the redness around my nose area, and then a tiny bit in between my eyes, where I have the frown lines. The best way to apply it is with your fingertips and just pat it lightly or gently rub and pat pat pat. Amazing Concealer is excellent, especially when paired with Cargo Onebase and Stila's Tinted moisturizer.
Anyway, I then continue with the rest of my makeup routine, shadow, blush, etc. I live in the southeast, so there is extreme humidity. I finish everything by lightly dusting my face with a finishing powder. Voila. The makeup looks extremely natural and the best thing is no creasing and it fills in my fine lines! Incredible! It takes years off of my face. I still look to be in my 20s. One more thing though, you may find your shadow will crease if you don't use a shadow lid prep. I use Urban Decay's eyelid primer. It's awesome as it works as a nice base color as well.
Bottom line: This is my new HG concealer, along with Amazing concealer, to use in conjunction. Don't let the price tag throw you off, because when you find something that works, it is always worth it. Remember, you are your own worst critic. ;)

This is the perfect summer liquid/cream step for me. I use the OCM with homemade coconut oil based blend, straight rice bran oil for moisturizer and even with all that have pretty dry skin. Any heavier foundations suck right into my face and I get little bumps AND I leave prints everywhere even with primer. Anyway, this is just enough for mild undereye circles, brightening and toning redness in the naso-labial area and a thin coat feathered out with a brush on my jaw. I use T LeClerc powders afterward to set, Stila convertible color with Georgia powder and I still look fresh after 8 hours in Alabama July humidity. I am pretty ruddy/tan in the summers and 025 is perfect, so it may run a little dark.

I don't have acne prone skin so I don't often need a lot of concealer - but I do have bags/dark circles around my eyes and I prefer to cover that up. My skin is naturally very pale and I don't tan well and a lot of concealers on the market, even in the lightest tones, are far too dark for me. My mom gave me a tube of this to try and it's really done the trick for not only evening out the skin tone around my eyes, but also blending well into the rest of my face and not being so obvious that I've put something on.
At $24 a pop, I kind of feel like the packaging should be a little more substantial but I can't really complain since this was a gift.

I've been using this for probably six months now, so I figure it's time for a review! This is the only concealer I have gotten to work for me for the under eye area. It doesn't crease and doesn't look cakey. I would rather have a little less coverage than more coverage and being able to see the concealer cake up. This is perfect! It is expensive, I bought two when they went on a sale at Ulta for half off.

I have reddish bags under my eyes and have tried many concealers on the market. So far, for me, this one is the BEST. It blends easily and, most importantly, stays intact all day. I DO NOT like the high price but will continue to pay it considering this is my HG for eye-bag coverage.
The tube is marketed as a foundation for your entire face but, if I used it for full coverage, I'd be in the poor house!!
Sephora has stopped carrying Cargo so it's hard to find these days. I get my supply at Sears.

Bought this when Sephora was discontinuing carrying Cargo products. I think I paid about $6 for this. Hmm, that being said it's ok. I use Benefit's erase paste and like the results much better. I also don't feel the packaging is hygenic. Because the wand is going from my face and then back into the tube it just doesn't seem sanitary? i dunno, but for $6 it's ok.

I don't need all-over coverage, so I use this just to cover up some discoloration on my cheeks and the stray breakout every now and then. It's a breeze to apply, stays fairly well without the assistance of powder, and matches my skin tone really well (Asian coloring with a grey/golden undertone). I'm not big on the packaging, though, since I think a lot of it is wasted.

the coverage is medium ... looks so natural with a nice brightening effect not caky at all ...dries fast...doesn't crease at all ...quite expensive in my opinion ... the wand helps me in following the shadow that my under eye bag creates makes it easy to conceal it ..it's really good for precise application ... will repurchase

I ended up returning this. The texture of this concealer/foundation is smooth and sheer which I liked. However, the coverage was not enough for my dark circles. It did not stay on for my 8 hour work day either. I will stick to my Touche Magique concealer for now and probably give MAC a try soon. Not bad, but not worth $27.

theres another name for this w reviews on here.. http://makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=89716/One_Base_Concealer_and_Foundation_in_One/Cargo/Concealers
i got a sample of this on 04 at sephora today. i have bad under eye darkness and i always need a thick concealer. i got home and took off my cover fx and applied this.. it took a few layers, but i got pretty opaque coverage. i was highly impressed. i of course set it with powder. it looks very natural. normally, when i use concealer under my eyes, i never put it all over my face and my shades are always off, so i can sometimes tell the concealer from my face, cuz it's a couple shades off... this blended very well and because it's a foundation, i can use it more around my face unlike concealer; it's just too masky and thick. its currently on sale at sephora for $-12-14CND. i'll definitely be buying this!

I am pale with yellow undertones, and I used shade 01.
Medium coveage, great for covering up undereye circles and blemishes. I don't need all-over foundation, and Onebase is perfect to use only where I need it. I have petty dark undereye circles, so I usually use a separate concealer under my eyes first and then layer this on top to even out the color and add a bit more coverage.
My only complaint is the spongetip applicator... I dunno what Cargo was thinking bc its not exactly the most useful type of applicator for foundation. A squeeze tube would probably be more useful/sanitary/convenient. But either way, I still love it!

I got this at Sephora, without the benefit of my beautypedia recommendations. I was happy to find that she likes it to.
It has great coverage. It's a little heavier than I'm used to, but then again I'm used to sheer. This does a better job. I started layering it as a concealer, and is a more natural color that matches my skin than teh regular Bobbi Brown I was using.
I like it a lot. I'll buy it again, unless I find something I like even better.

I absolutely had to write a review for this. Last Thursday I went and had my lips done (juvederm). As a result I got 2 nasty looking bruises. I was desperate to find something to cover them up because I had an extremely busy day on Friday with having pictures taken for a friends portfolio, an Area business meeting, and a night out with friends. After trying everything I had as far as concealers and some recommendations by others, I went to Ulta for help. Not only did they give me a recommendation, they put it on me, showed me how to do it and how to set it. OMG, unbelieveable! 1st, you would have never in a million years guessed that I had any bruising on my face. 2. This has mega staying power. My meeting was outside in the Texas heat/humidity and my face never melted off! I couldn't have been happier. This is definitely a keeper. It's easy to use. I like the packaging, although once I dab it on I use a little brush for blending. It's excellent. Love Love Love this. I also love it even more because I will be able to use this going into the fall and winter as a base. What was recommended to me was to use one shade lighter than my skin color and use a mineral make-up to set and for color. Excellent product!

I liked the packaging for this - there is a wand for selective covering, or you can squeeze a little out of the tube for full coverage. It can be both a concealer or a foundation, light natural coverage. Try mixing some with face moisturizer for a nice TM.

I bought this product awhile back. I'm almost out. It's good for light-medium coverage. But it is possible to layer and get more coverage. Not cakey whatsoever and the lasting power is decent. The packaging with the wand applicator is a plus for easy and mess free application.

This is an average concealer. Covers the minor stuff, but not dark circles. Doesn't fade, looks natural (almost too natural). Make sure to have smooth skin before you use this, because it accentuates dry patches like a mother, and can easily look cakey.

After using drug store brands for years, i ventured into sephora one day in hunt of a good concealer. The SA recommended this one, in the lightest shade for me. Ever since then I have been in love with it. It covers everything from my under eye circles to my mild acne. I find it to be very creamy, and not drying. It has a good consistency and is very easy to blend.

This product is very good for someone who is in a rush and in need of some quick decent cover. I am yellow-based fair, but on my face have some pinkish undertone as well and it's hard to find a good match and the lightest one is perfect. It isn't too fair where it washes me out, but it is fair enough not to create any sort of line, so I don't have to take five hours blending it,.. it's actually quite easy to use with the wand applicator. As far as it being a concealer too, I have to re-apply in the areas I need covered after I put a little on all over and then it does the concealing job. So it's buildable, by applying an extra layer in the areas where I need concealing. It doesn't look cakey. Very nice product and the price of $22 is a pleasant surprise because a lot of the foundations I am using cost a lot more than that. I alternate foundations and try everything once. I find I use this very often due to the convenience and good coverage with a good/natural looking finish.

I love this stuff. Most concealers seemed too cakey to me, but this allows you to layer a bit to get more coverage where you need it, like under the eyes and over blemishes, but it's also nice swiped on and spread out for more sheer coverage and even tone in places like the jawline and around the nose. I haven't used any other makeup for skin that I like as much as this.
