Spring Leaf is a color that I use to lift my spirits. With my coloring and brown eyes, most greens look very nice on me as long as the color isn't too yellow or moss toned. Spring Leaf pulls cool on me and kind of hints more toward a light silver tinted teal. The pigmentation is nice but the color itself is very wearable. I use it on the lid and pair it with a cool based neutral, for example, MAC Femmi Fi. I usually only pair this e/s with one other color, with the other color being a neutral, because Spring Leaf is so pretty and it deserves center stage. I bought a NYX Trio (#8) and this color is by far my favorite in the palette.

I've always heard people say that NYX shadows are comparable to MAC shadows. I really can't confirm this because i don't own any MAC shadows. I find that their eye shadows are ridiculously over-priced, I mean come on AUD $32 for a single eye shadow- what are they, gold?! Money doesn't grow on trees you know. Anyway, this eye shadow is a gorgeous wearable green, It contains some teeny tiny silver shimmer which makes it look even prettier on. It's certainly not one of those intense greens that you wear once every blue moon. I love this on with some liquid eye liner and mascara for everyday wear, it's subtle and compliments brown eyes very well. The texture is unbelievably soft and velvety, i can't believe how little they charge for these. So long as NYX keeps making these, i have no intentions on trying MAC shadows.

Spring leaf is a beautiful light colored sage green shimmer. Perfect for anytime of the year, but colors in spring look extra pretty. Color has come back big time this season, so wear your colors girls. Good thing NYX has so many.

This is a gorgeous light green eye shadow. The color is exactly what the name suggest, pretty and springy. There is a tiny bit of shimmer if you look closely. Going on it was smooth and a little sheer, but I found it was best to use a wet brush to make the color stand out more. This is great pared with a darker color like Mermaid Green. Will buy again, and you can find pictures of this color in my gallery.

Springleaf is a shimmery, silvery light green slightly warmer than MAC Aquavert. Actually the two are so similar that you don't really need both. Overall it's a nice mint that looks good in many looks especially green and teal ones. I would consider repurchasing this if I ever ran out. This shadow is smooth in texture, blendable, long lasting, highly pigmented with great color payoff. I don’t wear foundation but for reference I wear Clinique Stay Spice pressed powder, a medium brown color.

Spring Leaf is a wonderful, wearable, green shade. It's a subdued minty color and I like to pair it up with a silvery taupe for "mysterious eyes" LOL. Pigmented, but not as finely milled as some higher end brands, though for the price, you can't beat it. I love the cheap thrill of NYX eyeshadows and will continue to purchase.

I love Spring Leaf on the lid with Green Tea in the crease. Very pretty. Not super shimmery.

Oh my, Spring Leaf is a lovely, lovely shade and will be my must-have e/s for the summer. A light, subtle warm sea-greenish shade with golden shimmer, this looks amazing on the lid with a darker moss or olive green in the crease. If you love green eyeshadows, you NEED Spring Leaf! I thought it would not show up on my LLL-MMM, olive skintone, but it did, and it looks great. The NYX quality is superb--lots of pigmentation, long-lasting, no creasing, and an affordable price. If you can find this one, pick it up!

buy again yes !!! I adored this color! this was the first shade i got when i dedided to get rid of my "naturals and neutrals" regular MU. it is a lovely light green with slight frost, very wearable. I got it in a trio with lime green and green tea, they're all super cool and versatile.
