Abcolutly the best .As all creams from LM..I don't think i will ever use others. I prefer the Coconut & Almond one (when i wear it everybody ask me what i use..they love it ) but for veriety is also great..LM body creams are my HG.Shame they are $$$ but they are super nice..so gorgeus smell and moisturize really well .One glass jar last me month with daily use.

I received 2 free samples of this cream the last time I replaced my stock. I find the product to be too greasy and it contains too much perfume. I would not recommend this products for individuals with sensitive skin.

I was surprised this large glass jar of creme did not come with a spatula to make it easier to remove the desired quantity. Instead you dip your paw in and inevitably end up with creme under your nails. The jar is too large and heavy for travel. This is the most expensive body product I have ever purchased and I'm no happier with it than I have been with Body Shop Nut Butter which is a fraction of the price. My skin does not stay moisturised without reapplication. I also don't like the sickly sweet smell - a bit like a custard apple. Fortunately the perfume does not last all day. I will not repurchase this body creme and am quite disappointed to have paid so dearly for my first and last jar.

I love the consistency of this body souffle. Thick, ultra rich, whipped & creamy. Leaves my skin feeling like silk, & never greasy. The price is insane, but I've never found a product like it. The scent, from LM gourmand line, is more floral to my nose. It is very strong, initially. Floral & sweet intermingled. At first I wasn't very fond of the fragrance. It's overpowering. However, if you can tolerate till dry down, the scent softens, & a sweet milky note emerges. It's a very comforting scent. It also contains mica, so I get a slight sheen on my skin. I prefer, creme brulee, from this line, but this is nice for a change. Not something I would repurchase though, because, I can see myself tiring of this scent.

The smell is ok--i prefer the creme brulee. Also, this is just not moisturizing enough for me--it does go on smoothly and leaves my arms soft, but I still feel like my skin is dry. I prefer Vaseline Intensive lotion--a lot cheaper and more moisturizing. Also, I feel like I can't wear perfume w/ this b/c I don't want to mix the scents! I would rather waste my money on something else!

This is my favorite non etailer lotion. The LM souflees are pricy, but the quality is exceptional IMO. The moisturization is great without being greasy. As for the scent it is a very "clean" scent. kinda milky also. I LOVE it!

I got this for Christmas from one of my dearest friends. I love this scent! It's very moisturising on me and leaves my skin so soft and smelling great! A definite must!

This is one of the first items I swapped for as a new MUA member earlier this year. I've had it for several months and have used it off and on but I've finally decided I don't like it. It doesn't feel moisturizing on my skin (which is normal) and the scent leaves my foody tendencies wanting. It doesn't really smell as foody and gorgeous as it's described either on the Laura Mercier website or Nordies. It's more floral than gourmand and I'm not a floral fan. I wish I could love this. The texture is divine and the scent has real staying power. I only use this on my hands and for the price at this amount it would last me til the crack of doom. But it is not meant to be! UPDATE: My husband had the nerve to tell me he liked the way this smells. He never seems to notice any other lotion or fragrance, so I'm going to have to keep using this and re-evaluate just for the scent!

I have VERY sensitive skin..and can use this product! Yeah! I love the smell and wonderful feeling it gives my skin. It is the best after you shave..I can't say enough about this product. Yes it is expensive..but it lasts forever and you don't have to use too much to get great coverage!!

I bought this but ended up returning it because the smell remained excessively strong on me throughout the day. It is a lovely scent, but the intensity is a little much for me. I liked the Creme Brulee souffle even less, though I *love* the honey bath! Too bad because both souffles have excellent moisturizing properties.

From some of the reviews, I really did not expect to like this at all.. but I took a chance - and I'm SO glad I did! I absolutely LOVE this product - and it's fragrance. If I had to choose between this and the Creme Brulee - well.. I can't decide! I like them both for different reasons. It is such a lovely creamy floral scent.. with a touch of sweet milk. It just smells so.. wholesome! Nothing sour, not too sweet, just a wonderfully yummy fragrance for those that aren't too into florals. The actual product is divine - not greasy at all, but leaves my skin like silk. I will definitely buy this again. UPDATE: After using this and the Creme Brulee for awhile - I definitely like this scent best. It's just like something from a dream. LOVE IT!

This is not as great as the Creme Brule by any stretch of the imagination. I was disappointed when I tried it in my travel kit and I found it to be too flowery in a milky sort of way. Something really bothers me about the smell and the only way I use it is with the Creme Brule on top to cover up the smell. I expected a very nice milky scent, but this is not that nice, although the texture and packaging is good. Go for the Creme Brule products instead. Much better for the money.

I expected to like Au Lait a lot more than I did. I still like it, but I definitely do not love it like I do the Creme Brule (which is odd, because I NEVER like foody scents) The Au Lait is somewhat perfumy with a definite milk note. It is sweet and creamy and maybe even a bit floral. The lotion itself is a wonderful consistency. It absorbs well, and moisturizes quick nicely. For those who are partial to such scent notes, this is definitely a lovely, if not purely decadent, lotion to try.

I got this cream in the sampler set for Christmas. The texture of the cream is wonderful--thick and rich, and it sinks in quickly and moisturizes well. I don't care for the scent, however. It's not foody like the creme brulee, it's more perfumey, which I don't care for. At this price, I won't repurchase for sure.

I absolutely love this thick, moisturizing, sweet body creme. It smells decadent, both foody and perfumey at the same time, if that's possible. I've found so many Au Lait scents I've tried in the past to be weak and lacking in any sort of intensity, but this one is truly warm, milky sweet, and fragrant. The scent outlasts the day and makes me feel wonderful. I've actually had moments where my mood is uplifted after sniffing it, and there is hardly a scent out there I can say the same about. Definitely worth the very costly pricetag.

If you want super soft skin then this is for you. Comes in gorgeous glass pot, elegant cream with a hint of sheen, and a delicious scent - I love it. Ask the sales person for a little spatula for application otherwise it can get messy and you dont want to waste any of this cream.

Another sample I received from the same generous swapper who sent me the Spiced Honey Body Wash! Besides the ridiculous price tag on this thing (hence the 4 lipsticks not 5, lol), I love this product! No way does it smell sweet or like rotten milk to me, it smells clean and fresh and the results (super smooth skin) lasted all day long! This may be a splurge for me at a later time!!!
