I bought Melon of Troy on eBay, from a reputable seller, and was not disappointed. This color is so yummy! It's a bright and cheerful coral, but not garish at all. It has a little bit of a frosty look to it. The consistency is great, OPI brush is great, and it dries fast. What more could you ask for?

I love OPI and I love this color! I have been experimenting with different nail polishes and this by far is the best brand. The price is a little expensive for me but I have discovered you can buy it on ebay for cheaper!

I LOVE this color! It's so pretty and I was thrilled to see that once on my nails it looked just like it had in the bottle! My only "complaint" would be that it is a little bit sheer so I have to put two or three layers, but it dries pretty quickly so not too bad. Love it!<3

I LOVE this color!! it looks really good when you have a bit of a tan. but I wont be buying it again....because i found a dupe for it. Revlon's Charismatic 610 is really close to this color.

MOT is the perfect mix between orangey-peach and coral for my fair (NW15) skin. Often I find corals to look sort of gaudy or off on me, but finally I found one that flatters my coloring.. And it's such a spring/summer polish! The application went well being perfectly opaque at 3 coats though I am sure some do get away with only 2. The wear time was a few days before only minor chipping, when using a top/base coat so I was satisfied. I would recommend this lovely polish whether your tan or pale or in between.

I picked this for my last pedicure and I love it! So much, that I went and ordered my own bottle online so I could use it for my manicures. (I do my own manis... but have my pedis done in a nail salon.) This coral-orange nail polish looks amazing with a tan!

Skin tone = NC35.
I must admit that right before I purchased Melon of Troy, I was really looking for a peachy color. Nevertheless I was very drawn to the name and it looks so nice in the bottle, so I bought it.
This is not really a peachy color - instead it is a nice orange/coral color with a bit of shimmer in it. Although it is sheer, it is pigmented enough so it doesn't streak.
I do like the color, but I won't be purchasing it again.

Nothing like i expected it to be...but i still love it. A glorious apricot with slight shimmer in it. Fun and flirty for summer and perfect for the beach.

Just painted my nails with this color, it's lovely i must admit! beautiful coral shade, it does have a frosty finish nothing over whelming but you can't help but notice. I bought this color out of popularity, I'm not gonna lie. Its going to look nice on now that it's starting to get warm for the summer. I might pass this one up to my mom since she has fairer skin, I thinkI'll keep looking for a less frost, more cream coral polish!

I'm not an orange / coral colour person and brought this out of the blue in last summer. Somehow, it is one of my all time favourite summer colour and had received so many complaints. Melon of Troy is a colour between orange and coral with modest amount of shimmer. Perfect colour for the summer season.

This was one of my to die for colors when I first started using OPI (yeah, before I got addicted and bought all the colors)
I do have two bottles of this color but don't find myself reaching for it much unless it's spring/summer(oops it is :) haha so I will be getting lots of uses out of it this year before I have to throw it away
It definitely is nice to have because there's no color like it. It's a perfect coral/pink. Not too much shimmer but a very pretty glow. It screams girly girl!
I think everyone who can wear a coral should have this one. However, the bottle I have does leave streaks. Idk if it's just me because it didn't do that before. Maybe I drop some thinner in it. :)

I'm not a huge fan of peach or orange colored nail polishes...I usually tend to stick with beige or pink. However, I bought this on clearance a few years ago and it's become my go-to color during the summer. It looks so beautiful on my fair to medium skin tone, more peachy than orange without being too bright and crazy. I love the moderate amount of shimmer this has as well. Only two coats are enough and this is so nice for a change from the neutrals I usually wear.

Absolutely adore this colour. Have been looking for a warm Orange coral colour like this for a very long time and finally decided to get this despite of the mixed reviews. As mentioned by one of the reviewer, I too seem to have the problem of having bubbles caught in it. Application is a little challenging because it will reflect the brush stroke pattern but from far it is not obvious. Colour looks so good on my skin! I'm a little tanned with yellow undertone. Wont be repurchasing this because of the difficulty in application but will continue to look for something of this colour.

I really like this color! It looks nice and summery-- a pick-me-up from the sub-zero temps outside.
Looks alright on my NW15/20 skin tone but would be stunning on someone with a tan.
I found that one coat was all I needed for an opaque color.
I would repurchase.

Melon of Troy was my first OPI nail polish ever and needless to say I was not very impressed. I'm a big fan of OPI now, but this polish is not one of the best. It's an orangey-melon color, leans more orange on my skin tone but I liked it. I liked how in two coats the color was opaque. My one big issue with this is that is bubbles like CRAZY. No matter what I try to do to reduce the bubbles, they show up and it's so frustrating. I haven't had this issue with any other OPI polishes other than this one. So if you're looking at this one I say skip out on it. You won't be missing out on much.

This is a very pretty coral color that is perfect for summer without being too bright. It makes my fair skin tone look very tan which I need. The only problem is it can be streak. Also, it is easy to see mistakes on your cuticle.

A really pretty light pinky peach colour. You need to be careful applying it though as the shimmer aligns with your brush stroke, so messy application shows up! Other than that a really pretty subtle summer colour. I think it's a good colour for younger girls and I bought one as a gift for my 16 year old sister. It is the nail polish equivalent to Strange Potion by MAC.
