I admit I was skeptical at first...but after one use I was totally in love. I have a lot of fine lines (ok...and some wrinkles) and horrible genetically inherited dark circles...I used this as a concealer for my under eye area and a highlighter on my brow bones, cheeks, bridge of nose, and cuspids bow...also used it on my laugh lines to soften them. I have horrible lighting in my home so I really wasn't sure if the effect was that great...till I went out that day. I had 5 people tell me I looked great, that I was glowing, etc. My 13 year old brother even noticed as we were video chatting (and we all know how unflattering those cams can be!)...he said, wow sis, you look really good today! For me to get compliments on my completion is unheard of, and I continue to get them every time I wear Skinflah! Love love love!!!!!

Finally may have found the HG concealer that is not cakey and actually matches/highlights my complexion. I tried Benefit and that was way off the mark but this is nice and light while blending even and though it does match my complexiton I still see a slight glow but I am sure if I went down one shade the highlight woud be more visible.

I am not too sure about this. After my first application of dior skinflash on my face, I found that my seb K which I have 30 years began to itch and start to peel off. Now the ugly seb K ig gone. Thanks.

I came across Skinflash unexpectedly. I had gone to Nordstrom looking for a very old Smashbox stick foundation (it no longer exists). At this Nordstrom the Smashbox counter and the Dior counter are adjacent, so the saleswoman helping (shout-out to my girl, April) suggested I try Skinflash. What I was going for was heavy coverage for my undereye area--I think I got it!

I had my eye on this product for some time and finally just bought it after a makeup artist/sales associate at a Dior counter used it. She had used it as an eyeshadow base, but as expected, it creased within the hour. (My eyelids MUST have a primer of some sort.)

I've been using it as a concealer on blemish spots and find it adequate, but not great. One positive is it doesn't look caked on or obvious that I covered something.

Lately, I've gotten some dark circles under my eyes from lack of sleep and this has covered them decently. I'd say it's done a good job with that. It isn't great, but it's done the job.

As a highlighter I find it pretty useless.

I don't love the click pen or the applicator brush on the end. I find the brush becomes stiff and scratchy so I have to constantly clean it. With the clicker, I feel as if I have to click forever, but even one click too many and I have a huge glob and mess. A tube with a narrow opening may be better.

I do feel it's worth a try to see if it works for you. I can make it work, and won't return it, but it's not my favorite and do not see myself ever repurchasing as there are better products for me. I gave it three lippies because while it's not great, it's still not awful. I paid $37 for it, which is a bit too expensive for how it performs combined with the packaging. I find it a very middle of the road product.

This is just okay. I bought it with the hopes it'd conceal dark circles and brighten my skin. It works okay as a concealar, but I don't notice any difference in brightness. It's about $40 at Sephora. I won't bother buying it again since it doesn't wow me. I returned it.

Can't believe this product got such low rating here! I've got my second skinflash today. It does an amazing job on brightening up my eyes and yet makes it look so natural. I have tried many highlights, and I think this one is the best one out there.
When I have more serious dark circles I use concealer Diorskin Nude.

I received this in a swap as I had a Dior makeover in the Spring and the MUA used it. It's not a concealer, its a highlighter. I apply it in the hollow dark area on the eys close to the nose. I love it! It brightens up that area and thus makes my eyes and makeup brighter. I have it in the Rose - I'm a NC 20-25 and it works well with my coloring. I took a lippie off for the price and 1 for the applicator- as stated below its a twist up pen and you either get no product or too much. I'll probably get the hang of it soon. Yes I would repurchase. I wouldn't use it as a concealer though.

I am yet another advocate of the skinflash- it does what is meant to; brightens, makes undereye circles look less dull, highlights, and I use it to layer on top of some heavy duty concealer to hide blemishes when need be. For both price and quantity, this product wins over the ysl touche eclat- whilst both have colours that match my skin tone wel enough, the skinflash delivers the same results without the price hike.

I'll start off by saying I don't have very severe dark circles. I find many concealers to be too cakey and full coverage for me. Skinflash is the definition of perfection. Although it is a highlighter, it functions perfectly for the purpose of concealing my dark circles. It covers just enough and looks so natural that it would be almost impossible to detect you have any concealer on. It is incredibly hydrating (even more so than my eye cream) and is a dream to blend. It also has a pleasent scent. Like many of the highlighters on the market, this comes in a twist pen with a brush and fits into a lovely pouch. The twist function can be a little annoying at times (you twist a few times and nothing comes out and suddenly the product oozes out.) It can be solved after a few uses though. This highlighter comes in four shades and I find 003 to be the perfect match for me. The only major downfall to this product is that it is on the pricier side. However, I can overlook that as this is the only concealer I have been satisfied with.

I mostly use this to lightly conceal and highlight my under eyes, and it does a pretty good job! potential HG material! I definitely would not recommend this for people with dark under eyes circles as this will not conceal them in any way. I don't have a huge problem with dark circles, so I find that this really perks up my eyes in the morning and the formula is really light and blends in like a dream. I hate most conventional concealers used for the under eyes as I find that they are heavy and really drying which leads to creasing. However, it is really, really expensive for such a small amount of product so I won't be repurchasing. £25 for 1.5ml of product! It lasted me only about a month and a half as sometimes I also used it to highlight down the bridge and the sides of my nose. The packaging was really beautiful though, typical Dior! even came in a velvet navy pouch which I couldn't bring myself to throw away.

I had been using YSL Touch Eclat for the past 10 years, but will never go back now that I've discovered this! I have Skinflash in Candlelight and it is so much more flattering on me (NC20). I also find this to be much more pigmented than Touch Eclat and wears longer. It's made a huge difference in my makeup. Texture is nice and does not cake. I love this product. My only complaint is you get much less product w/ Skinflash (.05oz) compared to YSL (.1oz).

This really is an excellent highlighter. I have this in sunbeam (003) and it blends perfectly with my (olive) skin. Personally, I use this on top of my foundation on my under eye areas, on the sides of the bridge of my nose and on my upper lip. It doesn't cover up any dark spots (those still need to be taken care of with concealer), but it certainly goes a long way to giving me a more refreshed, glowy look. Aside from it working very well as a highlighter, the two other major pluses for me are the fact that it doesn't dry out my skin (which is a big thing since I apply it under my eyes) and it does not cake or settle into any lines. Ever.

One of my favorite products. Super texture, easy application, natural look, stays long. It is perfect. I became addicted, I really use it a lot, the only negative thing is the price.

I'm 66 and I love this product. I'm taking one lippie off for the outrageous price and the somewhat clumsy packaging but the product itself deserves a full five. First off, this is NOT a concealer. Don't even go there. What it does do is gently highlight, with none of those annoying sparkles. Used around the entire eye area it lightly masks those shadows that seem to make the aging eye disappear into your skull. I have very sensitive eyes and skin and have experienced no problems using this around my eyes. Highly recommended for the older woman. An added plus: it makes your eye shadow glide on and last much longer. Love it.

LOVE this! the beauty girls at Neiman's convinced me to try this a few weeks ago and it was amazing. I use it over and under my makeup and it always looks flawless... i love putting it in the corner of my eye near the bridge of my nose to brighten me up too. it looks great even when i have a tan, it still blends perfectly and doesn't highlight the fine lines under my eyes.

I used this for about 4 months being happy enough to keep using it, then was reminded in a youtube video of my old Maybelline Age something-or-other Concealer and Highlighter duo. I bought it on sale and saw that my suspicions of the Dior not really making me look wide awake were true when I compared it to the Maybelline.

I used it on my inner eye area and a little below on my under eye circle, but that area doesn't bother me, its the area right next to the bridge of my nose, under my eyebrow that gets so dark its annoying. I think I have this in candlelight, it made my eye look greyish, not wide awake like I wanted, but good enough to keep using. Until I got the Maybelline, the concealor alone brightens and covers like I wanted to make me look alive. So I will not be repurchasing. The texture is nice though, and I think the click pen is kinda cool, albeit not the best packaging design for this.
