Is this discontinued? I bought it a couple years ago and haven't seen it since. I have Electric Avenue, a sheer but metallic aquamarine shade. I was digging through my makeup case this afternoon and came across it, and I have no idea why I haven't worn it more. What a great product! (Personally I hate the wand applicator and use a brush or even finger.)

These are superbly pigmented and stay true even through a very hot, steamy, sweaty summer day. I do wish the applicator was an eyeliner or brush though.

I RIS Route 66, an aqua color with pink shimmer. I normally don't like cream eyeshadows, but this one actually stayed on me without creasing. I had a little trouble getting it to go on evenly, but I think with a little practice I can fix that. It blends nicely and isn't too shocking but isn't too sheer either. I would like to try more of these.

I received a sample tube of the lavender shade (though it didn't say its color name on the label) in a deluxe sample pack from Sephora. This is the best cream eyeshadow I have ever used. It isn't cakey or color concentrated, but yet it isn't too sheer either. The shimmer is just perfect and light, but the color is still visible. Super easy to blend and does not crease. AWESOME product!

Ok I LOVE this product! I have oily skin and a lot of shadows crease but this one stood up to the test! I have three colours Penny Lane which is a nice coppery colour with a green-gold-pink shimmer to it, second is easy street a more subtle colour of silver-gold-pink good for everyday use, and then there is route 66 a turquoise-mauve colour that has a big colour punch! I am planning on going to get the rest but I have to wait as the only downfall is the price $22!!!

I bought this in the green color and I love it! I use it mainly to line upper and lower lids. I want to get the blue and tan colors as well. Don't like the wand, but I use my own brushes anyway.

This looked so appealing to me so I ordered Easy Street which had the promise of iridescent beige with a greenish shimmer- it was so intriuging. The stuff barely comes out of the tube and when it does it applies streaky. Bleah. It's going back!

REM - Sunset Strip is another fabulous shimmer, creamy - stick applied shadow. Sunset Strip is a neutral, platinum shimmer coral-beige-tan.

I loved the REM blue and white shadows for the extravagant and quick eye I could make. Sunset Strip is great for the dramatic and glamourous eye this gives with easy application. There is so much good pigment in this product, and the shimmer is very fine. It's subtle enough for the day (by itself for example) and for night it is such a lovely hue it's easy to pair with other colours for all sorts of eye excitement.

I put a violet, purple in the crease for an over the top day look. Highlighting with flat, bright colours.

UPDATE: I can't stop finding new ways to use this shadow. I did an eye today with Sunset strip as a light base and the tiniest spot of Cargo tuscany at the corner of my eyes to give colour contrast. No eyeliner and mascara - and my eye looked defined.

This colour is an alternative to the shimmery, pigment shadows of MAC, that often look ridiculous on me. If you have the slightest crepiness around the eyes MAC doesn't work - REM however has a controllable shimmer - FABULOUS

Pair with the muted Manchester in the crease for a smokey day look and for night-time? Kenya in the crease, perhaps. EL and really goopy mascara to finish.

UPDATE 2: Unfortunately, product dries out. 1.5 years is my estimate

I've been wanting one of these for a long time & was finally able to swap for a couple. Having only seen these on Sephora.com (never in person) & read the reviews, which are mixed, I wanted this to be a HG product because it just SOUNDED so unique. Fortunately it is! I don't know why I waited so long to get this! I have Highway 101 which is described on Sephora as being iridescent pink to silver & gold. It's a very interesting color which does appear pink at times, silver at times, gold at times, even slightly greenish (like MAC White Gold Pigment). It's a very complex, shimmery color. I applied the color to my lids w/the wand tip applicator & blended w/my fingers. It dried fairly quickly & evenly for the first layer. The second layer started out gloppy & removed some of the first layer (just like WnW cream shadows) but I just kept blending & patting and the color finally dried down, looking more pigmented than the first layer (just like WnW cream shadows, which I love). I have horribly oily lids & this wore amazingly well, even WITHOUT my precious UD PP. I was impressed. I have also discovered that if you use this lightly, this particular color has other uses: highlighter in the center of lips over l/s to make them appear more full, on cheeks, hair, even very lightly over mascara. But you have to apply it quickly especially on cheeks & lips or it will dry to a powdery finish & you won't be able to blend very well. Only downside is the size & price: 3.2ml, 0.108 fl oz for $19. All in all, I'm really pleased w/this product in this particular color & plan on getting more! UPDATE 3-23-05: Still loving these. In fact I have purchased more than the original Highway 101. I have the following (shade descriptions are from sephora.com) Sunset Strip-hot pink to platinum, Electric Avenue-turquoise to emerald green, I-95-shiny seashell mauve to powder blue, Route 66-shimmering turquoise to mauve. I have had a little trouble blending I-95, Route 66, & Electric Avenue when I don't use Primer Potion so I make sure to use it with those colors.

Love These! - I got the sample kit w/ 6 colors (butter/tan/bronze/lavender/turquoise/green) and it was so worth the $22 usd! - it has a lipgloss-like wand, but I prefer my fingers - it's easier to apply & smudge - cause they dry sorta fast - but they stay all day!! - the colors are shimmery and intense - what you see is what you get! - I really recommend these, they are so fun!

This caught my eye because I thought it seemed rather different and fun. (I have the 401) Initially, I found this difficult to apply evenly, without smearing it all off before it dried. The wand really didn't do much to help things. Also, it feels a bit strange on my eyelids when it dries. However, after using it a bit, it got easier to apply. I really love the subtle shimmer, and the multifaceted colors, and I think the little tiny tube will last forever. I'd like to buy some of the other colors, but I don't know if I would re-purchase 401. (I'll probably never run out, so moot point.)

i've really enjoyed my r.e.m. cream shadows. instead of applying them with the provided wand (it's a bit clumsy), i swipe my finger across the applicator and apply a little at a time, allowing a few moments for each layer to dry between coats. (you really want the first coat to dry, or you'll end up wiping off some of the first when you apply the second--trust me.) i do one coat for a subtle highlight and add more coats depending on the desired intensity. they pair well with other eye colors and blend almost effortlessly. it may take a couple of tries to develop the method that works for you, but i highly recommend anyone give at least one of the universally flattering shades a go. i might not ever repurchase for myself beacause a little goes such a long way, but i would surely consider them as gifts. a makeup junkie's dream!

REM was a e/s, peppy cream base I used on a friend whose breaking into makeup. I used the irridescent white on her.
It gives an interesting shimmer to your eye which makes any colour application afterwards so much easier. Other colours become so apparent over this. The highlight of the eye area is very subtle and yet visible. This is makeup idiot proof, and fun. (update) getting a strong effect on this is a little challenging. I've heard about Aquarelles by Makeup For Ever. Perhaps this would be better for a Starlett's eye.

Disappointing. Blah. Nothing special. Def don't recommend and def will not repurchase. If you're looking for a good eye highlighter try Cargo Cannes eyeshadow.

Love this. I purchased REM in Route 66, a shimmery sea colour with a grayish undertone, and am really pleased with it so far. I don't normally wear blues, but this changes when it hits the eyelids. The blue is toned down quite a bit into a shimmery wash of colour that sparkles in the light with hints of blue-green and faint gray. It just really adds a different look that I find fun and great for springtime (and it would look beautiful in the winter with flushed cheeks and berry stained lips). Lasts the day, also. I wasn't sure how I'd like this when I ordered it sight unseen but I think it's great!

I think these are one of the coolest products to come out in a long time. R.E.M (Radiant Eye Movement) are cream to powder shadows that actually change colors, depending on how you look at them. I have #401, a shimmery white that flashes blue/green & pink and Route 66, which is a darker teal green. I have not used this one yet. My skin is extremely oily and these don't budge at all. They last all day.
