I always use this cream during the icy Norwegian winters, and my skin never dries out. I have tried other brands, like Dermalogicas Skin Smoothing cream - but this is the best for dry skin during the coldest months

This product didn't work for me. I liked the lavender smell and the glow it gave to my skin, but this is as far as my appreciation goes. It did not help with my dry patches and I think it's responsible for some imperfections.

Great for winters and getting rid of flakes of dry skin. Other moisturizers have alcohol and may make sensitive skin sting, but this moisturizer is fantastic.

Now that it's winter, I've started using Creme 83. I really like it. I just use a little, and spray some of YonKa's Lotion (Toner) PNG (for oily skin) into the moisturizer. This provides the perfect consistency for my skin. I have sensitive, combination, break-out prone skin. I have to be very careful about essential oils, fruit acids and glycolic acids. Creme 83 really moisturizes, without causing me to break out, or turn red. This is a little too heavy for the warmer months, but it's perfect for now. It's practically fragrance-free also.

This has become a staple for me. I used to use all kinds of products, most of the costly. At age 48, slight rosacea I've simplied my skin routine. This is not breaking me out, lasts a while so I'll continue using it.

Hmm, I hate this cream. I have extremely sensitive, dry, red, congested skin, and I was hoping this cream would have a calming effect on it. It did nothing of the kind. In fact, I think it worsened it. Here is the deal: this makes my sensitive, dry skin look normal, though rather shiny in a matte sort of way, but it does NOTHING for the actual dryness, roughness, redness , etc. In that sense, it is absolutely worthless in its superficiality. Typically french, in that it is much too fragrant. Sample generously before buying.

I started using creme 83 about two months ago. I'm pleased with the results. My skin is less red and no breakouts. I have dry sensitive skin with rosacea.

A really wonderful cream, especially in cold, winter months. I use this with one drop of Dermol 2 in the morning and Elastine Nuit at night and my face glows. It doesn't matter what other creams I try, when I go back to this regime I wonder why I ever strayed. If your face is looking dull and feeling blah try Creme 83, you won't be disappointed. For an extra bonus splurge for the Yonka Dermol too.

This is a fantastic product. I use Tazorac Cream .1% on my face for acne, which leaves my skin a red, dry yet oily, irritated mess. The Tazorac constantly exfoliates the first layer of my skin so the skin on my face is very thin and fragile and VERY easily damaged. If i so much as squeeze a pimple, my skin comes right off. I have found that Yon-ka 83 Creme has been a miracle product in it's moisturizing and healing abilities. And somehow it does not clog my pores. It actually seems to calm any acne I have, while healing old spots. I'm thinking of going on Accutane soon and I am so glad I found this! Truly a dream product. My HG!

I live in England and as soon as the temperatures drop in the winter and we start to live inside more, my skin becomes very sensitive. The cream I would usually use to counteract this has been discontinued so have been on the hunt for a desensitizing and moisturising cream to get me through winter. Spotted Creme 83 on a UK message site, researched it on here and it seemed to be just what I was looking for. I have been using for a couple of days and was extremely impressed with it's skin softening abilities - my skin has not been this soft in years. Started to get excited and started to compose a wish list of items to buy from the same range - but now since yesterday but skin has become red and burning. As this is the only new thing I have used I have to sadly conclude it is this cream. I would give 5 out of 5 for the softening effect but 0 out of 5 (for me, perhaps not for you). I have given a 3 overall as I thing I have strange skin! Update: because I loved the softening effect so much, decided to try again. One go, okay - could not believe how soft my skin felt - second go - flare up again. Gutted! Might use once a week just to use up!

I got a sample of this from a nice person in a swap and I have been using this to clear up my post-peel skin. This, in conjunction with Creme 11 has made a dramatic improvement within 30 minutes of application and my skin has healed at a faster rate. I may buy a full size tube to keep around for post-peels and facials.

I'm not usually one to rave about a product, especially a moisturizer, but I felt the need to share my good fortune in discovering this product. After years of searching for the perfect moisturizer for my sensitive, dry, and break-out prone skin, I think I may have finally found it. I like to use natural skin care lines, and have been a devout Decleor and Biologique Recherche user. But, when a friend started using this cream and her skin looked amazing, I took the plunge and bought a tube off ebay. Well, I must say that this is the first moisturizer that hasn't caused me to break out at the initial trial period...just perfect skin! Smells heavenly and feels fantastic. A must try!

This is a great moisturizer I discovered at a mini day spa recently. I have very sensitive skin and had been looking for a new moisturizer because my pervious one was being discontinued (Shiseido d Program). It's pretty expensive, but with my skin, it is very much worth it. It has soothed my skin, and made it less red and irritated, and made it so soft. It has a great essential oil smell, not too strong for me, but I can see how some might not like it. It has thick cream texture, so when you squeeze it out of the tube, it keeps it's shape. (I'm used to the Shiseido texture, which is liquid) but melts and spreads nicely with a bit of heat from your hands. The tube it comes in is good, no oozing or cleanliness problems. And with the level of essential oils in there, combined with the cream texture and tube, I don't expect a lot of microbial activity, so i feel fine that it doesn't have a pump. It is expensive, but it is a great product that I will continue to buy. The tube should last a long time because a little goes a long way.
(And just FYI, I also tried the Creme 58 normal/oily and that had a thinner texture, but felt less moisturizing than the 83)

I've been a devout La Mer user until I happened to be recommended this product when my skin was acting up from an allergic reaction to a new product that I was trying out. My skin was sort of exfoliating itself on its own and was really flaky and raw looking. The estetician at the spa that I had gone to (I didn't even go in for a treatment, rather to get makeup) saw how my skin was acting up and gave me a sample of the Creme 83 to take home and try. I normally do not have sensitive skin, but when I put this on my irritated skin, it instantly looked better and felt better as well. My skin went back to normal overnight and even my La Mer cream couldn't heal my skin this fast. I now use this creme during the day since it provides my skin with enough moisture without leaving an oil slick. This stuff is so much cheaper than La Mer and works so much better. I am now a convert to Yonka skincare and my skin has not looked this good in awhile. I also use the Lotion and cleanser from this line.

This is a good moisturizer for sensitive skin. However, it is a little to "heavy" if you have oily skin like I do.

Great cream for sensitive/dry skin. It is a good moisturising makeup base that soothes the redness at the same time. The smell strong at first, diminishes after application. Lovely product.

I have been using La Mer but it's a bit too greasy for my young skin right now, so I decided to buy this. My mom uses this line and her skin has never looked better. The creme has a very strong smell, kind of reminds me of ivory soap, but other than that I absolutely love it. It sinks right into the skin, doesn't leave any shine, and gets rid of any dry spots I may have. Also, I don't wake up with gross, oily skin. Great stuff!

Best moisturizer I've found for my sensitive skin! It really moisturizes without being too heavy or making me break out. It also works great under foundation. Does have a strong essential oil scent, but it's very pleasant to me and it doesn't linger. Love it!!!

This product is great on my super-sensitive, reactive, pale thin skin. I admit that I love all Yon-Ka products -- work best on my skin. It leaves my skin dewy and refreshed, relieves flakies and doesn't make foundation or makeup slip. I've also found that regular use has reduced the redness/ruddiness in my skin. A little goes a long way. It is my HG of moisturizers for daytime use.
