this did the same thing all my other serums, and creams, and leave-ins do. it softens hair, gets rid of some poof and frizz, but that's it. it's nothing special. nothing better than long term relationship, split mender, frizz ease, biosilk, etc..

I have been a devout Biosilk user for years, but it always weighed my hair down somewhat and has left my hair somewhat fried (there is alcohol in it). The scent of Biosilk began to turn my stomach about two years ago, so I have been on the search for a replacement ever since. I decided to give this product a go given the great reviews on this site and I must admit, it is decent stuff. It contains no water, no oil, and no alcohol, it does not weight my hair down, it does not give me the greasies nor leave my hair fried. I tried using this product with BTZ’s Get ‘n Creamed and did not like the results at all, however Frizz Zapper paired with Kerastase Lait Nutri-Sculpt gives me soft, shiny non-frizzy hair, untill it rains... alas the 'frizz zapping' affect only applies in decent weather.
I will not be buying this product again, because while it does work, I am sure there are better serums out there.
Be warned the packaging looks a bit like porny lube if you ask me, and I suspect the nozzle would be prone to leak if you travel, so make sure you use a baggie.

LOVE IT! I like the texture of it because its not oily or watery. It smells good..like watermelon and if you dont like the smell it goes away quickly. It does a pretty good job smoothing my hair and making it soft and manageable...for the best results..I like to mix it up with BTZ's Get N Creamed to have frizzless hair and flyaway free hair. I really do like this stuff and will repurchase..by itself its good and with get n creamed its great 2! only like 5.99 at Sallys!...i havent traveled with the bottle so im not sure if it will leak but it looks like it will..it has a sports bottle top which im not sure will prevent leaking..anyways..a little goes along way with this stuff which means it will last longer...Great Stuff!!

Ok, ill admit i'm a huge high end product junkie - If i dont have to shell out at least $25 bucks for one product, i cant buy it. I have never been in a sally's beauty supply store in my life! I stopped in their to pick up a wide tooth comb, and the sales girl was talking about this product, i over heard, and figured i'd buy it. It was only 5bucks... this product has changed the way i view products on a whole!! i've spent thousands of dollars trying to control my frizz. Who knew that this little gem could work MUCH better than any high end product i've used in my life - I put a squirt of this on after i wash my hair, on the ends, scrunch it half way up my head - then while i still have some residue on my hands, i add GHD's smoothing balm, just a dime size amount, rub that between my hands, and put that one my WHOLE head - then comb with a wide tooth... blow dry & Iron with Matrix Vavoom Dry Iron spray... My hair had NO FRIZZ and i was out on the water here in NY and its very humid..... a tiny patch frizzed up, but NOTHING like it used to be... truly amazing, and this product has changed the way I feel about Expensive brands... your almost always paying for the name!!

This is amazing, I have very thick, coarse, long, curly hair which is hard to style, and after I blowdry, it often gets dull and frizzy, so I whip this stuff out and - zap! Shiney, sleek and fabulous! Very cheap too which is always a plus! Be warned though, you need VERY little! I have hair thats about 4 inches past my shoulders, it's super dry/damaged and as I mentioned earlier it's very think and coarse, and if I use any more than a dime sized amount of this, it gets greasy. I actually concider it a good thing though because since you need so little it lasts a long time. :)

I don't usually need or use anti-frizz serums, but I got a sample of this so I tried it. It's by far the best I've used (10 times better than John Frieda). You can get a huge bottle for cheap at Sally Beauty Supply too.

I could not stand the smell of this product. In my opinion, it smelt like anti-bacterial hand sanatizer. I didn't really notice that it helped much with frizz. Would not re-purchase.

First of all, don't let this little bottle fool you because a little goes a lonnnnnnnnng way. However, the bottle does tend to leak a little if you turn it over so travel with it in a baggy. I have collar bone length (just got a new snazzy cut lol), coarse, natural, frizzy as hell, 3c/4a, thick, AA hair. I use this as part of my straightening routine once a week. I apply about a quarter or dime size of this to sections of damp hair before blow drying. Now, I don't blow dry for maximum straightness cause I flat iron, but this cut down on the frizz like you wouldn't believe and drying time. And it does get it pretty straight. This stuff is great. Oh and I'd start a review section for the product myself if I could, but i don't have 20 reviews yet, run don't walk to get the BTZ Straight Shot smoothing serum. It's awesome and smells wonderful. Made my hair soft and straight. It's compared to PM Super Skinny Serum, but I've tried that and didn't have nearly as great as results as I had with this, plus the price is way better.

I have below shoulder length fine wavy hair that I straighten everyday. I have been looking for an anti frizz product and was happy to hear that something not so expensive comes highly recommended so I purchased it last week. I have used this everyday since I bought it and I'm loving it. I use rotate between this and my phyto relaxing balm (which is my hg) on the days when I know i'm not going to attempt to wear my hair down. I add a dab of this to my hair....let it air dry then use hotrollers to style and I'm out the door in 5 minutes! LOVE THAT!!! I does feel think on my hair if I use too much but not greasy at all...just gives my hair some tug.

Thought this worked really great in combination with Noodle Head styling sauce for my thick wavy hair. Still have a tiny bit of frizz, think I need to add one more thing to my hair cocktail to perfect the formula when my hair is dry. This product is to be applied to wet or towel dried hair.

This is a very effective, inexepensive serum. Smells great (like watermelons but it does fade quickly) and even though it's thick in consistency, it doesn't weigh fine hair down at all. I like to combine it with a volumizing mousse for silky, shiny, bouncy frizz-free blowouts. Will definitely repurchase.

This stuff is great for leaving my curls frizz free. It's not greasy either which is a huge plus! I cocktail it with other products and my hair is happy. Overall I have good things to say about BTZ's Frizz Zapper... but it is pure silicone and contains the dastardly Cyclopentasiloxane which is extremely difficult to get out of your hair and requires sulfate shampoos to remove. If it was silicone-free I'd give it 5 lippies but because every single one of the ingredients is a silicone derivative, I can't rate it that high... I do love the results tho! And it's cheap too... like $6 at Sally's! As much as I love this product I can't say that I would repurchase any more since I've found other products which defrizz as well and are silicone-free (or at least have water-soluble silicones).

I think this is an excellent product to use on humid days. It keeps my hair looking frizz free, without adding too much weight. I do have to use it sparingly, but a little goes a long way.
Would definately recommend it and repurchase.

Works great at controlling my wavy hair's frizz. My only complaint is that for about the last part of the bottle, it's kind of hard to get out.

I want to start this review with a thank you to the ladies of MUA for recommending this product. I am a hair person, I believe if your hair does not look right; no matter what you wear, you still look wrong. I have very curly hair, spiral curl, thin and shoulder length. I have battle all my life with the central Florida humidity, which equals to huge frizz. When I blow dry, I feel like a doctor getting ready for surgery with all my tools, as the blow-drying takes about 45 minutes, a huge pain. Sure it looks good when I’m done. However, step outside and my hair begins to take a personality of its own, pissed to the fullest, almost like saying “how dare you blow dry me”. Trust me when I say, I have tried every product out there, and have reached deep into my pockets to make this hair thing work. I live in Melbourne Florida; I drive to Miami, a 2-½ hour drive, just to get the perfect cut, the perfect cut that adds to nothing when I step out into the frizz zone,
Beyond the Zone, Frizz Zapper, and Beyond the Zone Noodle Head is the Holly Grail of hair care. I use the Frizz Zapper after I blow dry and for the first time don’t have to worry about rainy or humid days; my hair has an unbelievable shine, soft and manageable, truly manageable. On weekends I use Noodle Head and wear it curly, it makes the curl frizz free, controllable, and soft enough to run your fingers thru. I can’t believe it, me running my fingers thru my curls, incredible. Please note, Noodle Head only works if you have naturally curly hair, don’t believe it will create a miracle curl. But its worth a try, these products are inexpensive and will give you a huge bang for your buck. I am thrilled and truly excited that finally there is a product out there that delivers what they promise, and you ladies know what I am talking about. Do yourself a favor, pick some up, try them, you won’t be disappointed

This is just what I have been looking for in my quest for hair products.
Its inexpensive, makes my hair look smooth and healthy, and easy to use.
You have to be sure to work it well into the hair or I can see how it might look greasy. But as long as you do that, this stuff works like a charm.

This is a really fun product! The consistency is thick but my hands feel less greasy after using this than the oilier stuff. Makes my hair to feel more managable/healthy and its nice to get a brush through without snapping ends! It does leave my hair feeling a little heavy though.
