i like Stila's double sided gloss. i like how you can add the clear gloss to make it as shiney as you want. the only thing i dont like about this gloss is when you apply the color and rub your lips together, i get a line of gooped up color on the edge of my lips that i have to rub in. other than that...

the color is very nice. its a very nice shiny nude and you can add the nude clear gloss to make it shinier.

i tried on many nudes at sephora and this is one that stuck out in my head

I found out that this will look good when you apply balm as a base to make it look smoother, even prettier with the lip liner( even create the new colour)... must try!grate smell, package and I expecting more shade.

This is the worst Stila product that I have ever purchased! The color is an orange-based nude, very unflattering. The color side is very drying and cakey on the lips. It defines every line. The gloss side is very shiny and a little sticky. I have only been using the gloss side. What a waste of money...

I thought this was really orange too! Way too dark. I love pink lipsticks, and thought I would go out on a limb and try a "nude," oh well, I'm constantly looking for the perfect lipstick--this is not it. I like the gloss end, it looks okay, very shiny. The only thing that bothers me is that it's messy. The gloss gets all over the applicator brush and oozes down all over the stick, yuck.

OK, I'm the lone dissenter so far on this product! While the concept is great, this color is just wrong for me. :-( The MA showed me several colors and thought this one looked the best. Unfortunately, she tried it on her hand and not on my lips. Once I put this on, it turned into a fairly unattractive shade of orange! Also, this wore off pretty quickly after I had something to drink, leaving an unattractive orange ring around my mouth. Ugh.

Unfortunately, it's not something I can really swap since I've used it. Sigh. Will have to find ways of "changing" the color by mixing w/other products, I suppose, which kind of defeats the purpose of having one tube with both ls and lg! Oh well...

I saw these on Sephora and I just had to try it! I have used Stila's demi creme which I love but it is very drying, so when I saw this came with a matching glaze I was sold. I have this in Nude and I absolutley love it! It is really the perfect shade of nude and the glaze makes my lips feel so smooth. This stayed on for a very long time; I needed to reapply infrequently. All in all, I would probably buy these again. I really want to try the Rose.> I tried the rose and I hated it. The color was far too light pink for me! Very day-glo. I'll stick to the nude.
